When this happens, I try to think of it as a learning experience in how to be more grounded emotionally as a human being. A good trait in leaders is being able to have shit go wrong and keep a level head about it. The will be peaks and valleys. The key is to never get too high on yourself with shit is going right, and never to down on yourself when shit is imploding.
