The problem is that the bias against men around safety isn't applied racially to the extent it does apply. This makes it clear that it's not about seriousness of the issue, but just in- and out-group membership.

Unfortunately, sex is a reproductive act Consent to sex has implied consent to a risk of conception. But since abortion has severed the causal relationship between conception and birth, that risk of conception shouldn't be deemed to be a risk of birth. I talked to and made out with a girl, after a while her friend took her away and I never saw her for the rest of the night. She never tried to find me. The next day she added me via mutual friends on Facebook and we met up again.

I didn't say they were. Similarly SEA women aren't poor due to PPBs. You keep avoiding addressing the practices that I specifically criticize about Onlyfans. For instance, advertising on datint websites; nurturing parasocial relationships with "girlfriend experiences"; being willing to take money from financially vulnerable men.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 05:47 PM

Well that's not really true. When I tried the passport feature most of the women I matched with had a university education. In fact that was true no matter where I've swiped (Sweden, UK, Philippines). But anyway who said PPBs primarily use those methods of meeting. So much of these responses are just people conjecturing about PPBs from memes.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 05:33 PM

Because there's an increasing number of lonely, isolated men. Because many of these women are targeting online dating platforms (which even many other creators appear to view as unethical). Because they're offering services like "girlfriend experience" or "findom".

The women they're dating aren't struggling to survive; the men who are being exploited are vulnerable and isolated. It is different, but not in the way you keep alluding to, but refusing to make an actual argument for.

Western men can date upper middle class women in the Philippines.

Airports are targeting a richer than average demographics; Onlyfans girls are often targeting desperate, lonely men. You also provided no basis for why you think the women are exploited.

It's a meme that they say all these things but when I check the subreddits they're talking about dating and marrying educated traditional women.

/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 04:59 PM

Cam girls are similar I imagine. Books aren't nurturing parasocial relationships, don't cost a substantial portion of men's earnings for starters, and aren't being bought out of desperation for a start.

They're mostly university educated women, living frugal lifestyles. They have phones, jobs, food, housing. I get the feeling you don't really understand other countries much. We lifted over 1 billion people out of poverty in the last 25 years. The percentage in poverty is estimated to be the lowest of any point in history. Many previously destitute places now have emerging middle classes.

I did. You didn't until a glib comment at the very end. Mostly you attacked PPBs. But let me paraphrase it for you: A guy choosing to waste his money on porn is not the same thing as exploiting the poor. I get that you think that but you're just asserting your belief without argument. There’s a reason governments came up with laws to curb exploitation of the poor. Policy is often a function of popularity or special interest more than moral conviction. Also, there is no law against dating foreign…

Look, if you argue for libertarian values then of course both are ethical within that framework. But this thread is explicitly addressing those who believe passport bros are unethical (read the title).
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 02:06 PM

There are way too many posts about “submissive Asian women” and “awful hypergamous western women” showing both sexism and racism. Isn't the argument that western women are entitled? Most cultures' women are somewhat hypergamous? OF creators are as exploitative as booze stores or weed sellers. Except the analogy is "booze stores that are knowingly targeting alcoholics". On a side note some OF creators are being exploited. Sounds like a crime, but it's irrelevant to this discussion.

Your comments seem disjointed and I don't see an argument really. To answer your last question, I suspect they pay for Onlyfans because they're lonely, not just horny.

This actually isn't a debate about the ethics of passport bros, the focus is on the comparative ethics of Onlyfans creators which you haven't addressed. The other thread handled passport bros. Did you just compare idiots who waste their money on porn to people struggling to survive? Incels and lonely, sexless men have very high rates of suicide. I suspect the women in SEA have substantially better quality of life than these guys. You're also avoiding addressing the fact that creators seek out th…

Almost every relationship has some amount of leverage. You didn't really address my argument. For example, if a woman assaults or abuses a man she'll receive a lesser sentence. That gives women leverage. So are you concerned for men in the UK? Then you don't read PPB subreddits.

Almost every woman I know has been cheated on at some point in time. But that's not contrary evidence to what I'm saying. My claim is there are both more men who will cheat and more men who are truly committed than women. Monkey branching isn't cheating, it's just hedging.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 09:01 PM

A lot of women maintain those relationships while taken though.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 08:59 PM

That's low resolution. It can be true that men cheat more but that women are willing to monkey branch easier. The point is there are a large minority of men who won't cheat or monkey branch. There's a smaller minority of women who won't cheat or monkey branch.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 08:44 PM

There does seem to be more of a willingness for women to monkey branch even when both partners are meeting their obligations though. Like, yes, both genders will walk if obligations are broken, but there seem to be few women who won't walk if a better option comes along. I know a lot of guys will too, but many men seem to truly invest in their women.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 08:30 PM

I can think of many female friends who monkey branched surprisingly casually.

And the goalposts move again. I'm not red pill. Argue against my arguments only. If a man makes one dollar more than a woman, then she would be "dating up financially." That doesn't make it a financial boon. We both know that's not the reality. So 3-4x as many men are making just marginally more? Stop clutching. I don't see anything in this that says men do not also receive out of court disposals. Maybe the part that says it's a female offender strategy. The same is not applied to men. Your spec…

This is just red pill nonsense, plain and simple. There is no such thing as "dating privilege," especially since red pillers themselves claim it is only easy for women to get sex, not relationships. I mean, it's been quanitfied by dating data. That discussion has been resoundindly won so I'm not going to revisit it. Also, I think the red pillers' position is that it's difficult for women to get top-tier relationships, not just regular guys. Secondly, the belief that relationships are typically f…

Any relationship probably involves a trade of some kind so you can always focus on some leverage the guy has over the girl. But you're completely omitting women's privilege again. In the UK women are specifically diverted from prison (where a man would be imprisoned), given preference in hiring and promoting decisions, given more access to scholarships, subsidized by men via taxation, and have easier access to dating. Why aren't you worried about women exploiting their privileges in the west? Th…

Are women in the west wrong to leverage their dating privilege for financial gain? What makes the use of a privilege morally wrong? Don't gynocentric policies in the UK say (diverting women from prison; subsidizing women with men's tax; biased courts; easier dating; preference for hiring women) create situations ripe for abuse against men? And why does the mere potential for abuse (present in nearly every relationship since two people are rarely close on all metrics of privilege) get brought up …

Women have easy access to sex and relationships in the west. Men have that in SEA. When women use their privilege to date richer men for financial gain that's fine. When men use their relative privilege in SEA it's "exploiting" a financial difference. One is using a social privilege for financial gain; the other is using a financial privilege for social gain. I would note: women in the west are implicitly endorsing the trading of social and financial gains by their behavior of dating richer. How…

Six figures is an okay amount for someone to demand, again, especially if they're looking for a relationship and they have the ability to provide that salary or close to it themselves. If someone has a salary of $1M they can reasonable demand $1M. I would say a gold digger is anyone looking for a millionaire or close to it. Someone who makes six figures will likely end up a millionaire sooner rather than later if they save...

A gold-digger is someone who places a particular high priority on resources though. There's enough to live a good, even luxurious lifestyle, and then there's "he has to make 6 figures".

I get the impression that a lot of passport bros are decently attractive, well-off and fun to be around. So I'm not so sure that socioeconomic reasons are the only ones at play. Dating in the west is heavily female advantaged. On Tinder I get a few matches a week in the UK. When I tried SEA and even Sweden I got a lot more matches. The US gave me zero matches. To an extent women are gold-diggers everywhere. Not all of them of course, but I don't see many western women choosing men with far lower…

The stereotype is that they stop going out as much in general. Also clubbing is usually a friend activity. That argument feels like something you don't really believe but that conveniently satisfies the corollaries of the arguments made so far.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 07:30 PM

It's literally a stereotype that couples stop going out with their friends as much... Part of that is commitments, but part is there's less interest in it.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 04:42 PM

Couples don't go clubbing nearly as much. Which is consistent with the hypothesis that a reason women go clubbing is male attention.

No need to give up on the UK completely. The same people pushing this stuff are also working in America to do the same. In fact many states in America already use sentencing risk assessment algorithms that take sex, but not race, into account despite your 14th amendment. These algorithms classify men more negatively.

Take diverting women from prison for crimes men would be imprisoned for: The Conservatives, The Lib Dems and Labour Party all support it. I'm sure they'd almost all consider themselves feminists. Looking at debates on this kind of policy in the AskFeminists subreddit there was a fair amount of support, although admittedly many of the answers were vague.

Hiring where gender is hidden with a voice changer didn't find evidence of bias. Where's your evidence that women in recent times are treated worse than men in tech? Girls exposed to andogens prenatally develop male toy and career preferences. How are you so sure it's not just biology?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 09:56 PM

Feminists in the UK want to largely exempt women from prison. Feminists in the UK want to be advantaged in hiring decisions. Feminists in the UK want mysogyny, but not misandry, to be a crime. All major political parties are neutral or support these policies, despite them each being a human rights abuse. Who's oppressed again?

I love that so many guys are struggling to understand “you either fuck the women that are available to you or don’t fuck at all”. I love that so many women are struggling to understand "you either work the job that is available to you or don't work at all". Is my response right for the gender pay gap? And look, women's dating advantage in the west is largely a function of being subsidized by the government. So it's not like this outcome arose from a perfect free and fair market anyway.

What gynocentric policies exist in the west? I gave you one: the policy of giving women community sentences when men would be imprisoned. See this. Not only does it not work (see later research) but it violates the notion of equality under the law. How do you men support women through their tax dollars? Women collect the majority of welfare but men contribute the majority of tax revenue. Women pay way less tax than men. Women also live longer, so draw state welfare longer. In New Zealand we have…

In the UK feminists are trying to exempt women from prison, and censor anti-feminists. Equality under the law and free speech are human rights being stripped from men. Men are forced to subsidize women financially with taxes almost everywhere. You already have human rights, handouts and gynocentric policies in the west.

Women aren’t at fault for having options; we as a group didn’t create that dynamic. The men who act like we did and treat us with disdain are genuinely mean people aren’t going to inspire women to stick around to hear what he has to say. Most of the sexual dynamic in the west is due to political gynocentrism. (I know that's a big claim so I'm happy to flesh out the argument for that more.) We give women handouts at every stage. Women as a group absolutely petitioned for special privileges.

Males exhibit similar behaviors. Males know they would allow a beautiful woman to come up and dance with him but they would be disgusted if an extremely unattractive woman tried to do the same. I haven't heard men claiming there isn't a double standard for attractive women. But some women do claim that unattractive men are treated equally. The vast majority of initial romantic interactions are at least slightly uncomfortable. Feminist women who obsess over comfort are using their privileged position as selectors, instead of initiators, to set unrealistic standards for a role they never have to play. Additionally, if they did have to play the role they would do no better - as we can see on Bumble.

the whole point is that women’s needs are as important as a man’s needs when dating. Shouldn't you be centering the oppressed's needs which you just identified as men? Like what would your solution be to men having a harder time dating? Most of the advantages women have in dating are created by left-wing policies to start with. So maybe we could extend the left-wing treatment to men?

That's a very narrow way of framing things. A lot of the help women are given is by constantly talking about their issues and driving behavior which, even if theoretically not determined by government, is highly influenced in practice. Defunding feminist campaigns, lowering tax rates, and legalizing prostitution would all affect the general dating market too.

Those "pressures" are men's preferences which are fine. Women also have pressures. Also this debate is quickly focused on a single factor: women's time out of work and men's influence on that. But firstly, many women want to be stay-at-home and, secondly, other factors such as degree choice are also a large parrt. The point remains, discrimination at work is not a significant factor in the difference in average wages. No serious economist believes that.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/23 05:53 PM

Most situations where someone asks for a number are in public around other people. It's definitely much more akwardness than rational safety concerns. Anecdote is worthless when we have systematic studies. I did the same anecdotal comparison and found the contrary result in the UK but it's meaningless. People see what they already believe. If a woman's product is cheaper then you can always rationalize that it's inferior, etc. We need systematic studies. Also, the paper doesn't say there's absolutely no differences in any store or for any product class. It says on average some things are more expensive but some are cheaper.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 05:20 PM

The paper suggests women's razors are cheaper. Unless you study it systematically it's hard to reliably control for features, quality, bundling, etc.

Average men love to blame women for everything, but they’re being screwed most by other men. Men enact the policies, but women have soft-power and vote more. The vast majority of the top income earners pay less tax than the average person, some pay none at all. How do you explain stats like the top 1% paying over a third of all tax?

This is an illusion. Women are subsidized by the government. They receive more tax money than they contribute. Is not much of an argument and more anecdotal. Any functional adult can care for themselves, mostly. Those industries are male dominated due to merit. Read the literature. If women dominate society financially, they'll find themselves paying for men one way or another. A large number of men will demand subsidies. All of this ignores demography, AI and some other trends.

Considering my education in statistics, yes. As said if it's not casual it's a proxy and still a red flag. Do you know what a proxy variable is?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/23 10:53 PM
2

Either it's causal or it's a proxy for a trait which is causal. Either way it's a red flag. You also cherry-picked and slightly misreprented the data. We see with the most recent cohort (2000s) that's there's a fairly consistent positive gradient, with 10+ partners having the highest chance of divorce.

Relationships don't have to be symmetric. Why shouldn't men (or women) negotiate for traits they themselves don't posess? After all, at a very fundemental level every heterosexual relationship is asymmetrical to some degree. The better question is always to ask what the economic balance is. And, further, whether that is fair. For instance, I'd suggest that the welfare state redistributing men's economic output to women biases the market substantiially since producing is a large part of masculine…

Women's progress in society is mostly through political subversion of liberal democracy not personal improvement. For instance, the extended welfare state redistributes men's money to women. Affirmative action, same. Gynocentrism in courts, same. Avoidance of the draft, same. It's hard then to see how it's men who are entitled. If we withdrew our tax subsidies etc, women's newfound independence would disappear. Because it's an illusion maintained by proxy through the state.

Didn't see this chain of messages until now but your analysis is overemphasizing minor details and neglecting major factors. Women's contribution to childcare has little benefit for GDP or taxation. Not really. We pay more tax and receive less benefits (in monetary terms) than women. Also, the point is that lesser needs of women are considered, such as their work-life balance and career aspirations, so sex is absolutely on the table too. And no, that doesn't mean anyone being compelled to do anything. There are all kinds of ways to help men's dating indirectly, including just reducing tax taken and spending on women's issues.

If the comparison is men vs women, you can't just choose it to be men vs you. The relevant analysis is at the group level. The reason you're happy to give up some money is because it affects you less. For men, the money he earns is part of his identity and status. The equivalent would be for society to tax women to pay for prostitutes. That would be using your own money to reduce your status. If that happened you'd feel it.

A child won't exist without the decisions of both. That is known as the "but for" test in ethics. That isn't sufficient to assess causation in most contemporary moralities. Did Hitler's mother bring about world war two? They know exactly what sex does. It puts women in a sutation where they can create a child.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/22 09:39 PM

Men don't create children. They only do the initial step. Responsibility goes hand in hand with control. Women have sole control anywhere abortion is legal. To say men create children is to say gun manufacturers kill people. The reason people don't view it this way is that abortion is very recent. Until then, men did create children.

I have not seen any proof that the systemic forces that affect the pay of men and women cancel out. The literature shows this. Read it. You're probably talking about how some feminists think women, who on average deserve to be paid less for a variety of factors unrelated to gender, are being shortchanged in their pensions because they assume equal outcomes are inherently fair.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 07:08 PM

Well, right now more is paid to women's issues so you do support more to men's issues than the status quo...
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 07:03 PM

Democracy means that the people choose the candidate they want. Any system where you push women candidates to the top is not democratic by definition. Democracy has nothing to do with your desire for proportionality in outcome and I don't care about your electoral reform beliefs as they're irrelevant.

Peer reviewed studies show the opposite biases to the ones you posit I'm exhibiting. Women and men are both biased in favour of women. No women will take care of low-value men, the reverse is often true. Society cares less for homeless men. Men dominating the top, ignores 80% of the story. Almost all feminist issues are middle-class warfare.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 07:00 PM

That assumes women should receive equal outcomes on merit which is proven false. It is a human-rights violation against whites, asians and men according to long-standing civil-liberties era norms.

Pensions redistribute tax money from men to women. Wasting tax money on campaigns like these is another.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 06:54 PM
3

Nothing that you've written is much of an argument. But it's perfectly reasonable for men to question whether they want to continue paying a majority of tax but receiving a minority of benefits. Subsidize yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 06:51 PM
7

No, tonnes of even gender-neutral services benefit women more. Pensions in the UK for example. Women benefit more from a larger state.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 06:41 PM

Relative to a democratic framework where balance ought to be distributed, yes, asymmetrical power holding is a problem. You're referring to there being fewer woman legislators? But why are you not concerned about fewere male voters? Also I don't see why either in and of itself either is a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 06:40 PM

Nobody is forcing men to be less successful. That's exactly what affirmative action is. You're missing the premise of how women were structurally barred from running companies up until very recently. "[V]ery recently."
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 06:01 PM

Society can just be a bit more balanced in its attitudes. It can start with spending more tax money on men's issues and less on women's. The effect of that alone would shift the dating market.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 05:50 PM

I didn't say I was in favour of "redistribution of sex" policies. Although given the ever more trivial women's issues we address the argument for it increases. Also, I'm British, we have healthcare and abortion. I'm sure some food is produced with forced labour too. Obviously the police should address coercion, but there's nothing inherently immoral about prositution. You're really just making an argument for better policing. Many women are saying quite a lot more than that though. There are a m…

Food doesn't have to consent to being consumed. A human being has to consent to having their body used. Someone has to produce the food, so does providing food require slavery? No of course not, because there's a free market. There will be someone willing to provide sex for money of their own free will. Sex workers are already a thing. Go buy one if you're so desperate to meet this "need". I mean, clearly you don't care whether the person is there of their own free will or not, so... My argument…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/22 04:02 PM

No one suggested nonconensual means. With food, society taxes people and redistributes money. Sex workers are a thing if such a policy is desired. My only point was that it's hypocritical to act like your desire for abortion is a right while, you don't care for arguably even more unfortunate people with even more unmet needs. Pregnancy deaths, rape and incest are fringe issues related to abortion. They get trotted out because the core issue is harder to argue. And like I said before, I support f…

It's not a binary, there are shades of grey.

The majority of people are somewhere between "fully allow" and "fully deny".
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 09:05 PM

What is and isn't a right or need can be debated. After all sex is often considered a primary need in the heirarchy of needs. Abortion is not classically considered a human right either.

Society, and the conclusion applies to everyone.

If something is wrong, it's wrong. We don't turn a blind eye to other things that are immoral. That said, I don't view first trimester abortion as immoral.

It's not murder at all though.

Plenty of things are much more detrimental and destructive to human life [...] Individual rights are infringed over drug rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 07:47 PM

If celibacy is all some men can expect, why should couples be an exception? I'm sure this kind of argument comes off as bitter and "incelish" but it really just shows hypocrisy. The women here clearly don't care about romantically unsuccessful men but expect others to care about their rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 07:45 PM
1

It probably won't, but it may push society torward 1-1 relationships more. But in any case, the argument that "if celibacy is good enough for incels it must be good enough for women scared of pregnancy" seems solid.

Something being worse isn't justification for something else. Gun ownership doesn't inherently cause deaths, whereas abortion does (if you believe the fetus is human life). Self-defense has a malicious moral actor, whereas the only moral actor in abortion is the woman.

Don't see the relation to my argument.

I'm British so this won't affect me. I agree women are less interested in sex but women absolutely enjoy it too. So I think you're rather downplaying the loss for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 06:04 PM
2

You could always abstain from sex and focus on other things? That's the usual advice for guys right...?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 05:21 PM

Alot of women here suggest sex shouldn't be that big of a deal for men and those men who can't get laid should focus on other ways to be happy. If women are scared of being unable to abort, they can take their own advice now. And for the record, I am not opposed to abortion and don't live in the US anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 05:15 PM

So obviously in a poor rural area being top 20% is relatively easier and in an affluent city such as London it's harder. The question then becomes, which places can a 5/10 face 5'9" guy become 8/10?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/22 03:10 PM

Frankly, you're just out of touch. Only 15% of Brits have gym membership. Of 25-34 year olds I think it stands around 20-25% (quick estimation using various sources). More women than men have gym membership too.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/22 07:40 PM

Statistics for alopecia, dental caries and obesity seem to indicate otherwise. Not that many people have all the things I listed down.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/22 05:54 PM
2

No, you're a good looking guy. Really the only things I can think of is that you're in a city with an insane amount of competition or you're doing something women find offputting you're unaware of?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 11:25 PM

Do you live in Hollywood or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 11:11 PM

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "yes this does work for getting women once they become interested over OLD"?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 11:10 PM

So it's not better in a small rural town in person than in a big city online? That doesn't sound right! Is it possible you come off as needy?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 11:01 PM

By definiton top 20% is above average...
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 10:56 PM

But those factors, excluding height, aren't really major factors on Tinder.

For sure, an iPhone-quality camera helps too!
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 10:51 PM

Never said top 20% means women will line up for you. Just that you'll get a good amount of attention on Tinder. Location probably matters a lot too. I imagine London is harder.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 10:50 PM
2

Black men do as well as whites on Tinder. But yeah, it does seem like it's harder for Asian men and black women but I'm doubtful of the extent to which you claim, without seeing evidence.

Do share your skincare routine? I'll post mine too if you like!
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 10:47 PM

Skincare as many women practice is an expensive placebo. But I agree eating vegetables is underrated -- Americans should try it more! 😋 Also some of the richest people I know dress in sweatshirts. It's those who are most focused on social elevation who seem to power-dress in my experience!
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 10:46 PM

Depends how you define "Chad" I guess. I'm just saying, there are a lot of people with great bone structure that fall down in other ways!

Why can't we estimate where a 5/10-face and 5'9"-body guy would end up?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 10:34 PM

You're just jealous because the hot women of PPD are going to be lining up to give me reward sex!
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 10:31 PM

I really am getting a sense that the city someone lives in may be a very big factor. How do you meet these obese women if I may ask?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 10:22 PM
1

Do you live in a very high-standard area (Bay Area or somewhere)? Is it possible you're doing something offputting to women? If neither of those, why are there people who are self-described-average saying they're not finding it as tough?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 10:17 PM
1

That's not the worst I've heard. Do you feel you're putting a lot of effort into achieving that? Would you say you're overaverage attractiveness?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 10:08 PM
1

I think by the time that becomes an issue, one has probably attracted her enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:47 PM
1

Well, what percentage of men on Tinder get decent (not necessarily great) attention? 20% doesn't seem unreasonable and it probably varies by region/state quite a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:44 PM
1

But a lot of the top-20%-tallest guys have dealbreakers. Balding, bad teeth, overweight, or something else.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:43 PM
1

Incapable is a strong word. It probably seems speculative to them and so they follow paths of least resistance.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:42 PM
1

Yeah, maybe my hypothesis is more people in the top 60% for face, height and money can become top 20%. Do you think that's more reasonable then? I have to disagree that many men are obsessed. Compared to women, they absolutely aren't.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:41 PM
1

Aren't the most attractive men less available since a higher percentage will be taken?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:38 PM
1

That's more for a girlfriend than for Tinder though.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:37 PM
2

The dimensions aren't independent so you can't just multiply them.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:35 PM

No one is swiping on Tinder based on "good dick". Charisma is hard to judge too.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:34 PM
1

Where does a 5/10-for-face guy end up after looksmaxing as I described?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:32 PM
4

So you believe the Tinder market is more 96/4 and the offline market is more 80/20?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:25 PM
0

But most men are around 5'9" in the UK and if so other factors start to matter too. There's perhaps a threshold for height, and more over that is still a plus, but shouldn't a 5'9" guy with a nice smile and good hair beat a 6'2" guy with bad teeth and no hair?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:21 PM
4

But lots of 6ft white guys are bald, have bad skin, dress poorly, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 12:18 PM
2

You don't think someone who's a 5 in face and height would be an 8 if they do all the things I say? I mean, ultimately this is a question about what percentage of men can looksmax to 8/10.
