Actually I think it's the opposite. Dudes don't become conservative because they don't get laid. They don't get laid because they are conservative. Apparently being misogynistic is a huge turn off for most women. Go figure

I've been pretty lucky that in most of my relationships I actually would watch porn with my partner (briefly dated a pornstar as well). It's a pretty hot couples activity, ngl. Only a handful of times have I encountered potential partners that had issues with someone they are dating watching porn. What I have noticed: Sometimes the angle is more so someone's objection to the porn industry in general. I mean, obviously some validities but I genuinely think that entertainment in general is just to…

How about just being a good person because it's the right thing to do? Who cares if your moral character has any impact (positive or negative) on your dating life. Just be a good human

Grew up being raised by a single father. Motherfucker used to use my brother and I as his little wingmen. He had a system and everything

Single guy in the lifestyle here. I generally find that the men you run into at parties are in one of 3 categories: 1) Men that came as a couple with their partner 2) Those cringy lurking single men 3) Quality single men Coupled men are a strange breed. Some of them I do vibe with (like the super chill hot wife guys who want me to bang their hot lady friend) but honestly I always notice there is some kind of power dynamic going on. Even those super "submissive" cucky dudes secretly run the show …

I have come to learn that it's not so much about what their political beliefs are, but rather the level of privilege they have had in life. Overly woke Leftists who use their beliefs to make up for the guilt they have about their privileged upbringing are just as a-holes as conservatives who tell people to "pull themselves up by their bootstraps" when their parents are mega wealthy. On the flip side there are Leftists who have actually experienced the struggles their ideology speaks of, as well …

I hate to say it but so far it's not looking too good. I find myself trying my best to embrace the "perpetually single" mindset but still longing for deep romance. On the other hand if next week is like any of my past dating experiences, it will be a lot of disappointment. I wish I could be more optimistic.

Oddly enough I have been randomly meeting a lot of men who choose to be perpetually single and they seem pretty fulfilled (I'm a full time uber/lyft driver so I meet all sorts of people). These guys tend to have no kids, have high paying jobs, have a lot of personal freedom, and bang hot chicks left and right (but commit to none). They are usually not only happy as far as having their worldly desires met, but also seem rather emotionally fulfilled. I guess if I were to be single for the rest of …

I guess it's the whole "status game" that really turns me off about a lot of women in general. I definitely ain't a multimillionaire alpha male warlord, but I am very much capable of standing on my own two feet and navigating this world we live in. I guess it just sucks because I expect the same out of a life partner and people act like that's too much to ask. Like I just want someone who has their shit together, not problematic, and ultimately enjoys being around me because we have similar valu…

Actually one of the main decisions for me to go back to therapy is that I have pretty much the exact opposite problem as most men have, where women only seem to want to have sex with me but immediately ghost me when I express the desire for a deeper level of connection. So in a strange way I am actually in therapy because I get laid too much. Whatever is going on in your personal life that is causing you to insult strangers on the internet, I legitimately hope you find healing from. Best regards…

I probably should have gone into further detail in my post as far as my logic behind all of this. What it boils down to is that I have become incredibly jaded as to whether or not "love" actually exists. I broke down to my therapist during a session and said something to the effect of "I am tired of people telling me that eventually I will meet the right person and instead I just want someone to show me how to be ok with being single for the rest of my life". I think it has something to do with …

My body count is in the hundreds. If I meet a girl and she tells me she is in the same range then I will know for sure she is telling the truth. If she tells me she has only been with like 10 people, then I'm going to be skeptical

Probably honestly. I think it may have to do with the fact that the more "wholesome" aspects of myself I tend to be very private about, while my "chaotic" traits are very out in the open.

"Stop apologizing for your sexuality" I was once in that very same position as you. One day I was extremely frustrated because I was so self conscious about not coming off as creepy while at the same time it felt like women were just straight up not attracted to me. On that particular day I decided to go for a jog to shake the stress I was dealing with. Before I went out I sent out some Dms on Instagram and various dating apps, fully expecting no one to reply to them as has always happened in th…

I don't think it's a sexual thing. Not meaning to brag, but my "body count" is in the hundreds. I have the opposite problem where women like having sex with me but get really difficult in the dating realm. As far as qualities I like people who lead genuinely interesting lives, have solid character, respectful of other people and their time, as well as good communicators

Have your shit together in life, take decent care of your looks, don't be a creep, have self respect, and understand basic social skills. Sounds very simple, but if you have all of those qualities then you are ahead of 99% of the male population. The bar for men is tragically low, and most of us still miss the mark

I think that's where I get in trouble is that when I vet women based off of the qualities I actually enjoy in others I am left with no one. I don't even think my standards are all that unreasonable either

You said what I was about to say but better. For me it's very much a spiritual concept, but has it's secular reasons as well

Maybe it's just my perspective, but I find that the majority of people in this world don't have self awareness. I can have sympathy for people legitimately working on themselves (again I have been there, and do feel like it's an ongoing process) but for the most part a lot of people don't even have the capacity to understand their flaws. I'm no saint, but the character flaws I do posses I am fully aware of and actively am willing to have them removed from me. No one is perfect, but I straight up…

That last part though. Like when I have to deal with toxic people in general I suddenly go into this "fuck the world" mindset, and I know it's extremely unhealthy

Mostly music related. Either making music or going to shows. People in the music scene are fake as hell though. I prefer to exercise alone. I am really into the kink scene, but although those people are fun to play with I don't have much else in common with them

True that. Hot women are usually not that good in bed anyways. I'll take good personality/character over looks any day

I mean yeah. It wouldn't make sense for me to go to places/do things that I don't like. I legitimately enjoy my life and how I spend my time

I do have a pretty full social life. For some reason however I almost never have women from my immediate social circle that find me attractive. The vast majority of my dating action comes from outside of my circles oddly enough. On top if that I am one of those people where even though I am a very sociable person, there are very few people that I actually like. I'm pretty protective of my aura, if that makes sense

It may sound cocky, but I would consider myself to be a pretty well developed person (emotionally, spiritually, etc). I worked very hard to get there. I always tell people that the unintended consequence of becoming comfortable with yourself is becoming uncomfortable around other people (and dealing with their insecurities)

And to top it off, dating women in their late 20's and onward is way more chill. I feel like at that age people finally start to really let go of certain expectations that society has upon them and become more settled in their true identity. I'll take a cool young mom who has things figured out over a college aged girl still trying to find herself any day of the week. Plus single moms always have snacks in their purse 😋

I mean, I hate to say it like this but probably because most dudes who are relationship oriented come across as super needy and therefore unattractive. Most men I know have at least one bad experience growing up where they legitimately pursued a girl with pure romantic intent only to get their heart broken and it turns them off to the idea of ever being relationship oriented again. It totally sucks because deep down inside I know that I want a serious relationship (as do many other men) but the …

Yes it is a red flag, yes you should leave her, and there is actually a science based reason why. So they have actually done studies on couples while they are having difficult discussions, and the number one predictor on whether or not a breakup/divorce would happen eventually is if one or both partners have contempt for each other. I believe the study was conducted by Doctors John and Julie Gottman (both renowned in their field). One important thing my father has taught me is that there are act…

Sliding in Dms is both an art and a science. I personally prefer to make a comment on something the girl posts (has to be genuine, humor helps) and if a good conversation ensues then I take it to the Dms. The key with seduction in general is that you really have to stand out amongst all the other guys thirsting on her

I just realized that I am a combination of both of those things. In general, I am a bit of an aloof person (busy life, a bit if a daydreamer) but I am also quite open about my sexuality and desires. I think at the end of the day I strive to give off the vibe that yes indeed I am an extremely sexual being but also would not take rejection personally. Let's face it, if women didn't have to face the prospect of their safety being in jeopardy every time they reject a man then dating in general would…

Lol good to run into another friend of Bill on here. I have definitely found that overall discipline is definitely a hidden "promise" of meditation.

Having my ducks in a row (or as I eloquently may say "having my shit together") was actually something I struggled with for years. It felt quite frustrating because it felt like the harder I tried to get my life together, the more it would fall apart. What was the absolute game changer for me (and may or may not be applicable to others) was that I developed a solid meditation routine that worked for me. It may sound silly, but meditating (a seemingly passive activity) was what helped me get into…

2020 has surprisingly been a good year to me on a personal level. It really forced me to work on myself without a lot of the usual distractions. That being said, I think a lot of people want results to appear in their life right away which isn't feasible. It's also totally ok to prioritize certain things over others. Life in general has taught me that it's totally ok to walk to the beat of your own drum. As for 2021, I really want to build upon my financial foundation. I ended 2019 in quite a bi…

I struggle with the same thing. At least from my perspective, I think I have an interesting personal life and I find myself yawning as I swipe on what feels like the same Tinder profiles of people who have very little interests/hobbies. Do I agree with a lot of people replying that "you must be arrogant?". I wouldn't go as far to say that. I know I personally can be a pretty judgemental person though, especially when it comes to people who I find to be "basic". I had to stop thinking of being "b…

Usually the women I get to a position where I can "seal the deal" are pretty under my standards (not expecting super models, but decently attractive). And I guess that's where the mindf*ck comes in is that I have tried to "act as if" and it puts a lot of women off. I feel like there are certain actions that if another guy were to take some would consider bold/confident but when I do it it is labeled as creepy.
