| 1 | I just want to say thank youIt was beautiful! He sent me and my mom and sister to get our nails done, had my lash tech friend do my lashes for “free”, and took me shopping all that weekend. Then he took me on a sunset cruise with wine and cheeses. While I was taking pictures of him in front of the boat my family and friends came up behind me and he started proposing then turned me around to see everyone. He flew my friends in from across the country and I was just crying like a baby. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 25/09/20 01:05 AM |
| 2 | I just want to say thank youWe actually got engaged 3 weeks ago! And he did buy my ring with the $5000 sign on bonus but it wasn’t here yet, since he got a custom design. My best friend and my family was listening to this same sob story while helping him plan my proposal and buying plane tickets, and that’s why they were treating me like I was crazy, which forced me to resort to Reddit. I feel like an idiot, TBH. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 25/09/20 12:45 AM |

| 1 | For those of us that have been gas lighted, told we are too much or not enough, or called toxic by a man... delete and block him. Learn to vet to avoid more of thisYes! This guy in college I had been dating for about 8 months told me he loved me, then went home and blocked me on everything. Completely broke my heart and I was pissed, but in that whole thing I was crazy... | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 28/07/20 12:49 AM |
| 3 | did anyone else fall for the trap of asking men for dating advice (regarding other men) when they were younger? My dad, but he’s a terrible example. Provided for us well, was around, but was emotionally unstable and was still VERY bitter about how he was treated by girls when he was younger. It’d usually end in slut shaming. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 19/07/20 12:58 PM |
