In my experience, it came to what I wanted. I wanted someone who was willing to go ahead and have sex with me in awareness of the fact that I was a virgin. So, at some (advanced) stage of the interaction/date/dating I told each and every one of the girls I was meeting that I wanted them to know I was a virgin. A couple of them did not take it well. Then someone else did. This happened with me at 24 years of age by the way.

I'm 24 years old. Last september, I went on /r/nofap, started dieting and exercising properly and making an effort to be more social even got a professional haircut for the first time in 7 years. Thank you for your post, it's well structured and cohesive. Though, I have to say that I kind of am driven by my basic instinct of sex. I am, however, coming from a place where I do not want a committed exclusive monogamous relationship. I draw state from thinking of myself as an animal or rather by not thinking too much at all (in certain situations).

After 5 or so months on nofap a girl walked up to me and tried to kiss me without saying anything. Somehow, I'm still a virgin. Edit: this all actually happened, I believe nofap did make (and is still making) a difference for me. Needless to say, I am still not putting myself out there as much as I should. I don't really do cold approach.

I'm just wondering what do you mean exactly by 'fit' I like to think I'm quite fit. However, my focus working out is just more on conditioning than strength. I am leaner than anyone I know, but not as big (or fat) as many other guys I see at the gym. So, what is it that you mean?

I may be completely wrong, but I am getting some new sense of what "fake it till you make it" means. Maybe I'm just getting it, just now. For us noobies, outer game is mostly just there as things for us to experiment with. Perhaps this is not the core of the matter but I used to consider myself athletic because I have always done sports, however it was only after I started taking body fat percentage seriously that my face started looking better.
