I wholeheartedly feel your confusion! I have a five (almost six) year old child, and these are a few of my go-tos: I won’t date a man with more kids than me. If he is a father, he has to only have one as well. Any more than that would feel like he’s bringing more baggage to the table than I do. I won’t date a man with a child any younger than at least three years old. For me personally, the first few years of my child’s life were FULL of dysfunction and make up/break up between myself and my chi…

100% this! Pam essentially traded in her dream of being an artist to play bangmaid to Jim’s childhood fantasy.

Might get burned at the stake for this, but: Rachel and Ross. Rachel was beautiful, successful, and highly sought after. Ross never truly valued her, only his idea of her/her aesthetic. An example off the top of my head of this is when he makes that disgusting pros and cons list of her, mocking her job, her upbringing and her ankles. Rachel was thriving as a single mother and was offered her dream job in PARIS, yet gave it all up for his underwhelming ass 😕

You’re absolutely right! Not that they were ever “enemies,” but I used to LIVE for a good enemies-turned-lovers plot. There was never anything really romantic about it, and I feel like a clown for ever stanning this lol

“I couldn’t/can’t do xyz because I’m so tired, I just got off from work!” I work too. I’m tired too. But I still manage to do xyz, why can’t you again?

Awesome! Could I have a flair please? Edited to add that although I don’t comment often, I stop by this sub nearly every day. FDS has *truly changed my mindset on dating, helped lead me to the path of leveling up, and helped me learn to forgive myself for past mistakes with men. I talk about what I’ve seen here so much irl that even my little sister stops by here now. I would really love the opportunity to contribute to the sub with posts of my own 💜

They are out here simultaneously trying to lure you into a trauma bond, and weaponize your trauma/mental health to attack you with it if you eventually hurt their ✨wittle feewings✨

I once blocked and ghosted a man (a long time “friend” turned significant other) after finding out via social media that he impregnated someone else. This man then proceeded to harass me from different numbers for about a week; threatening to show up at my home, negging me, and even threatening suicide if I didn’t talk to him. I ended up having to change my phone number. I can only imagine what it would’ve been like had I tried to have a conversation first before cutting ties. I dodged a MAJOR b…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
