You still talk to them? I am as direct and to the point as possible when it comes to women. Very small small talk, like "yes im good and you? - great, now how can I help you?" I never talk about anything except the task at hand. Its sad yes, but its the world we live in now. Obviously with men its different, I will do small talk with them but even then I keep it all pretty limited.
