Got this from a Seddit post: Directly from the email: Major changes include: Removing Chapter 1 and splitting it up across the rest of the book. Changing the terms 'True Confidence' back to 'non-neediness' (this was the term in the original version of the book) and 'False Confidence' to narcissism. I feel these terms are more accurate and less vague for readers. Re-wrote the section in the Demographics chapter about beliefs and self-selection. Less analytical and more powerful now. Made some cut…

As long as your body language isn't stiff or awkward, and you look like you're having fun, you can use it. If you've been dancing with your friends, and notice a girl, use the Hand of God as your opener. If you've actually been dancing with a girl for a while, and want to pull her in, Hand of God. It's a very simple and clear thing to do, and as long as you don't half-ass it, there's no ambiguity, you are showing sexual interest. You don't have to be a good dancer to get girls, though it genuine…

The whole frame of "not being permission-seeking" is the key to the Hand of God btw. You want to fully commit to it and not half-ass it, watch Jeffy's body language, it's controlled and slow as fuck.

Yeah don't grind, that tends to be creepy as fuck. Try using 'The Hand of God' as explained in this video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mg9p899Ydlo Key points are: Face her or get her to face you (tap her lightly on the shoulder if she's facing away) Hold eye contact, and smile, and extend your arm out. Keep it slow and controlled, and don't jerk your hand back, even if she rejects you. Pull her in if she holds your hand, and if she doesn't, just leave your hand hanging there for a few m…

There's a thing about alcohol and game, they don't really mix, you'll find yourself forgetting and just generally not being in control of yourself or the situation. And believe me, I know from experience that drinking more to try and get over approach anxiety DOES NOT HELP, yeah, you might be able to go up to girls, but you won't be closing at all. In your case, drinking or even not liking clubs isn't the problem. It's getting over approach anxiety. There's a lot of things on seddit and youtube …

In terms of getting rusty, perhaps you should try online dating? I live in an area with not too many people my age as well, and have taken it up until I get back to college. It's less reliable, and "harder" than real-life imo, but going for the #-close and calling the girl is a good way to work on text-game, practicing phone conversations, and general interaction with women. If you live in the middle of nowhere, you may have to up your distance settings a bit lol.

What's funny is that doesn't seem to matter either. I was brought up around my mother and sister, and I was awful with girls until I started fixing my problems out with /r/seduction and etc.

I remember watching a video that said something along the lines of "Your thoughts are not you", so negative thoughts should be viewed as not being a fact, but just your brain spewing out some response to some stimuli. I think I should go over this video again. Thank you.

Yeah, I'm definitely not a master at Inner Game. But I do integrate the principle ideas throughout most of my daily life. I think that sometimes though my AFC past seeps in, and I need these "tricks" to snap back to my new Inner Game oriented mindset.

I had a lucky streak of good nights when I first started out, so now a bump in the road seems like a mountain. Thanks :)

Cheers man, solid advice. Seems like there are a few more things in my Inner Game that need addressing, especially becoming fully outcome independent.

I agree with /u/lasvegasfun, you need to realise that there are lots of attractive women and they are no different from unattractive women. I myself am a "newbie" to pickup, and had an interesting experience at a house party where I spoke to lots of good-looking girls, who I had fairly decent conversations with, and I started to feel no difference between how I feel about hot girls, and not-so-hot girls. My opener, which wasn't really that important at a house party (essentially nightgame) was a…

Elaborate? I refuse to believe that anyone is truly 100% boring ( even though there are some people who are very bad at presenting themselves, and who appear very dull on the outside). Personally, I thought I used to think that I was a very boring guy, doing a boring degree, with boring interests. So much so, that I actually began projecting these feelings onto other people, and they thought I was boring too! So here's a few things I want you to think about: What do other people say about you, c…

The book that helped me the most was "Models - Mark Manson", really helped me change my mindset and made me identify where my mistakes were. I'm not going to lie, I was really stressed out and frustrated before but reading that really helped me with introspection, it made the next steps for me in pickup very clear. Before that I read "The Game - Neil Strauss", a true story about an average guy who gets pulled into the seduction community, while not directly informative and helpful, I found it wa…

Not really, it's more of the process of not trying to appease the girl by just saying your real feelings or opinions on something, instead of trying to say something that she'll agree with. Say you're talking to this girl about a topic, and she expresses an opinion X on something, but you genuinely have an opposing opinion Y regarding this topic. If you be honest with yourself, and express that you have the opinion Y, this will have a more of a "polarizing" effect on the girl, which in turn will…

I think this term might be a synonym to "polarization" from Mark Manson's book, Models. It's behavior that forces a woman to feel strongly about you, whether positive or negative. It's a essentially a way to screen women, turning a woman who feels neutral towards you, to either being receptive or unreceptive to you.

Is typical street daygame applicable to college campuses? I thought the dynamic changes since you are more likely to bump into these women again.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
