Fuck, I know that so well. Girls that are just complete jokes that I feel like I can't speak to on an emotional level. Like everything is a joke. I've had so many friends like that, actually. I don't even know what to do in that situation, but if she's always so perky and happy to be around you why not take a risk and kiss her to shut her mouth?

Treating her like a child might awaken some Freudian instinct inside her which would obviously be very effective. It depends, but sometimes girls like that really appreciate a guy who can restrain them a bit.

Girls that are "hyperactive" and "excitable" are dopamine addicts and need constant stimulation and excitement or they get bored and move on. Most of these girls are hot and have the luxury of acting this way. Ugly girls don't.

If that bothers you, you should probably consider pursuing someone else in the first place.

With that said, usually, they won't be like this all the time. If they're always talking, its super easy to create attraction, because the conversation is mostly her and you are just asking questions. So just be interested and listen to what she is saying. If you like her and listen well, and sometimes match her personality, she will be interested in you, because a) Most guys don't bother b) If they do, they probably don't listen all that well.

Don't judge the girl so quickly, if you're attracted to her.

I've been with girls like this, they are usually extremely nervous, have a hard time copping with that so they drink or smoke weed a lot , they hit the club every chance they have. Stay clear from such women , they usually have banged half the city by now and you're next on their STD sharing session if you dont stop now.

Well if you ever do find yourself in an LTR with someone that perky, she'll get on your nerves.
Personally I don't need to deal with that high of an energy level person every freaking day of my life.
That and the incessant talking that comes with being hyperactive. I mean it's one think for her to
be hyperactive and high energy in the bedroom (that's good) but if she's like that 24 / 7 then
fuck me! I couldn't deal with that. I need someone quiet, who can listen to me for longer than 10 sec,
who is also a freak and energetic in the bedroom. Won't settle for the hyperactive ADD perky ditzy blondes,
they're just too much to handle every fucking day. Not for me.
I've been with girls like that (hookups, FWBs) but I've always stayed away from LTRs with them.
I treasure the peace I have in my life too much.
