I can vouch for micro-dosings effectiveness if used correctly. Its certainly not a cure-all, but can be a powerful catalyst when consumed responsibly

You should definitely ask him about it, try to avoid being confrontational just say you were curious. I know that I am frequently on my phone but very infrequently respond to casual texts from those in intrested in. Like myself he may use text for setting up dates and try to focus on getting to know someone when in person.

Any advice on recovering from a LTR with someone with BPD? I've been out for 4 months and just now starting to see hope for myself, would appreciate advice on how to proceed. The experience destroyed my confidence, game and damaged my self-worth significantly.
