Your fears are controlling your mindset right now. If your GF is LONG TERM material she'll also recognize that you are the best and this crowd she's with is just sleazy and bullshit. Bro I'm dealing with the same issue. My guy in the comments said noporn nofap nogirls for 90 days which had work for me before too I just relapsed. Give it a try. My solution is that if you focus on getting jacked and start socializing in an athletic environment, whilst doing nofap and nopprn you'll bound to find someone in shape that won't die if you tip her over.
