1	How do you smile? Here's a good trick: Push the tip of your tongue firmly against the back of your teeth when you smile. It can be top row or bottom row, whatever works for your type of smile (as long as your tongue isn't visible from the outside). Doing this when you smile allows the lower facial muscles to inherit the stress of maintaining the smile, and takes the pressure off the muscles around your eyes.
