Just be genuine, obviously don't over due it, or else you will look creepy. Full smile, half smile doesn't matter, just do what feels natural. Maybe practice in the mirror first. Congrats on the straight teeth!

Make sure they see a before and after. It is creepy if they see you and youre already smiling. Make eye contact then big smile. When they break eye contact focus elsewhere

Here's a good trick: Push the tip of your tongue firmly against the back of your teeth when you smile. It can be top row or bottom row, whatever works for your type of smile (as long as your tongue isn't visible from the outside).

Doing this when you smile allows the lower facial muscles to inherit the stress of maintaining the smile, and takes the pressure off the muscles around your eyes. The benefit of this is that you can manipulate your eyes/eyebrows independent of your smile. Basically, you can give your biggest & best smile while your stare remains sexy & cool. It's when you're smiling as much with your eyes as you are with your mouth that your smile becomes scary/creepy. Not to mention you can look like a happy-go-lucky idiot lol.

Compare your smiles with & without tongue in a mirror, you'll see what I mean.

A big part of smiling is how you express with your eyes.

Think big smile and wide intense eyes with a straight brow- CREEPY

Think big smile with crinkled up eyes and eyebrows raised slightly/relaxed- Nice.

Honestly I had problems smiling with my teeth and not forcing the smile to be closed, meaning that I would force the smile to be closed most of the time until I REALLY smile by accident and it's this giant foolish mess. Just relax you mouth muscles, let your lips naturally fall apart and the corners of your mouth turn up as you talk. It's okay!
