so whats the better option, i know there have been suggestions to get her to go to a party and then just escalate there and i guess i could do that but that requires a party. do you have any other suggestions?

I like your second suggestion, but like i said i didnt respond to the text and im going to see her in person tomorrow. Should i just tease her a little when i first see her and then continue as though it never happened?

good advice, I think i'm more or less just looking for something to fall back on for fake confidence. The problem for me with just going up and introducing myself is really how do you start up a conversation from that? In my mind the conversation seems to go "Hi, my name is IFAF711." Her "Hi i'm _______" me "it's a lot of fun here" or "are you guys having a good time" or anything like this her "yeah" so basically i'm just trying to avoid that "yeah" and then nothing because i'm unsure of really …
