Just try to make this as smooth as a transition for your children. There is no healthy way to stay married to a woman who does not want to be married to you. Unfortunately part of getting married is knowing that there is the risk of divorce. Can I ask what went wrong in the marriage?

Do you have any assets at all you need to protect?

I think this is a comprehension issue on your part. So I will write in a a way you might understand. Google “Divorce lawyers in my city”. Call divorce lawyer. Pick good divorce lawyer. Give divorce lawyer payment details. Yay, now have lawyer. Now won’t get ripped off.

Do you use a parenting app? Only respond when a message directly addresses something to do with the children. Whatever she wants is not what you want.

I would suggest getting a lawyer just in case she wants a division of assets that doesn’t suit you. Don’t be a brat and don’t be petty. You made the grown up decision to get married and part of that means being grown up enough during a divorce. You knew it was a possibility after all.

Im sorry. Its really not ok that your masculinity is weaponised against you whenever you show the full range of human emotions.

Wow, that sounds like malpractice. Its completely normal to cry and be devastated after one of the most traumatic events a person can go through. The blame is on her not you. That must have been a further trauma after what you had already been through.

Can you quote the specific words your psychiatrist said?

I think that the lies have to be pretty heinous for a judge to penalise a party. On the level of documents being forged etc. If its just lies about whether the dog is an emotional support animal then no, it will just get ruled against and that’s it.

I have sympathy. I understand you must be in a really shit stressful position right now with her. And I also see that your are on a fine line right now as your really can’t afford to lose your shit right now. I don’t know what you need to do, therapy, put every one of her and her family members on the block list, smoke weed, buy a fuck machine - whatever it is you need to do to keep that temper under control is vital. Because right now in the eyes of any judge that you stand in front of, she has…

Honestly it sounds like you you and your ex are two fireworks trapped in a pressure cooker. You need to listen and it seems like you have a hard time doing that. This is your life. This is your future. Its time to take responsibility for it before you make some really big mistakes here. Decenter her from your life. She can only have as much power over you as you allow her. Because you violated a restraining order and damaged her items you already looks dubious in the eyes of a judge. You need to…

Let your lawyers do their job. I don’t know when you got them (before or after you threw out her stuff) but start trusting them and stop going off what YOU want to do. This divorce should not be about punishing your ex. Focus on separating from her and being free. Let the lawyers handle her lies and her manipulation tactics. They are professionals and they will know how to win your case if you just let them.

Yes but 3x is exceptional. Especially by your thirties.
/r/Divorce_Men20/07/26 09:34 PM

Tbh first things first is getting therapy. You need to process your last 3 marriages and at least be able to say why they failed. Stop thinking it will never happen to you because its already happened three times. Understand what you might be contributing to your failed marriages (picking the wrong type of person, missing red flags, relationship style, etc). Being a 3x divorcee will make you less attractive. At least you should learn something from them.

Men race to the bottom without a strong man (their fathers) making them submit to a higher cause.

No one said about blindly trusting anyone. You are commenting on a post where she has seen the step mother take good care of her child. If they are taking care of your child then you need to put your feelings aside. Of course you want to vet and of course their should be rules about introducing children. But the fact is that your marriage broke down and thats on you and your partner. Take responsibility for everything you didn’t do. Accept the loss and your part in it. Acknowlege how this had af…

I think you can’t get you mindset around it because you are centering your feelings over your children’s needs. Its not all about you. Its about the child. And even if the love is not exactly the same, as long as she is going above and beyond for the child, that is all that matters.

Think about why it makes you angry. The idea of being replaced? The idea of them loving him more? The idea of them spending more time with him? The idea of what should have been? Understand that all these ideas arise from an insecurity of some other man taking your place. But understand this, you are their father and they will always need their father. That is a biological imperative. The only way you can fuck it ip is if you decide to. You can’t change what will happen in her house but you can …

Im sorry you were encouraged to get married and have children so young. Someone should have told you the truth. If you have to work 12 hour days just to float a family, then perhaps building wealth should have been the priority, not making children.

- No more staying in a relationship that harms you. - No more expecting something from someone and getting disappointed when they let you down. - No more strife and constant fighting. - No constant expectations you can’t live up to. - Setting a good example for your child about when and how to leave an unhappy relationship - Being able to have more autonomy about how you live your life

Its negatively affects men more than women. Relationships come with too much conflict. I prefer to be single and peaceful.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 09:25 PM
3

Its actually better for men not to be introduced to the children of single mothers. Thats how children get Epsteined. It would actually have been better if your had stayed single and not have children at all- which is a conclusion many women are coming to.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 09:22 PM

You are still centering dating though. Women are more successful single because they have better support systems - these system are platonic not sexual. Mens focus on sex in their downfall. They forget the rest of their humanity.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/26 09:36 PM

No its not just that. Its about sharing ones inner world. But a lot of men do not even engage in their inner world enough for them to share it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/26 09:25 PM
4

Its in the minority. A dinner is $40. A date is 2-3 hours including preparation. But sitting across from someone you don’t like is extremely costly. $13-$20 an hour is not worth it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/26 09:19 PM

I think you are a bit delusional. The things women can market come at a high risk. And that risk is reproduction. Women have adapted to be more sexually selective because women are the ones that have to deal with the burden of child rearing and pregnancy. I think you should be a bit more realistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/26 09:14 PM
1

Read sexual conflict. Women are more desirable but they also take on the biggest risks when it comes to reproduction. If both men and women could get pregnant and het others pregnant, then it would be even because the risk is held on both sides - but this would also change male behaviour. How many men would be frivolously sleeping around if they it would incur and 18 year burden as a consequence.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/26 09:12 PM
2

Hate to break it to you - but maybe these women are just not attracted to you? If a woman is attracted to you then the dates will be fun, and pleasant. If you keep hitting a brick wall in dating it might be because these women simply are not interested in you.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/26 09:08 PM
6

Its also applicable for all men. Many many men 40-60 still hunting for 20yos and long since been over for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:43 AM
3

Well its not true. Case closed.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:42 AM
-1

If you know she settled for you, and that you are punching, then thats on you for making a poor choice. And part of it is that you as a thirty something man are never going to compete with the 20 something men she was with at the time. Part of it you just have to take on the chin.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:41 AM
2

Lmao. Most men want a hot wife more than almost any other characteristic.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:38 AM
14

Average average person is attracted to people hotter than them on both sides. There are plenty of middle aged men trying to get 20yo’s. It is what it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:38 AM
12

Then don’t be a bb. Stay single. Men are expecting women to salivate over them but if you aren’t attractive women won’t be doing that. It really is that simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:36 AM
2

We all know women are more selective than men.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:35 AM
-1

The amount of memes made by men sad about not getting the same treatment as a much hotter guy. He should get hotter or date at his level. Simples.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:35 AM
-3

Well its not unfair because a man is not going to treat an attractive woman the same as an ugly one. Don’t date above your station and there won’t be a problem. Or get hotter.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:34 AM
-5

Doesn’t mean they aren’t attracted to them. And men in general want attractive women too. They won’t go that many levels below them unless they are desperate. What’s the problem?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:33 AM
-1

So why do men act so surprised then? What is there to be mad at?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 02:31 AM

Agreed. And everyone does it until they get sufficiently humbled.

/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 12:56 AM

Attractive yes. But are you loveable? Would this person being you chicken soup when you were sick, and look after you if you needed help?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/26 12:54 AM

If she can’t resolve conflict then she can’t have a healthy relationship.
/r/Divorce_Men11/02/26 08:09 PM

What are your expectations of being single. As long you you know there will be ups and downs and are prepared for that, then do what is best for you. You might find someone (or many people) more compatible, you might not. You might fall in love, you might break up, it might be exciting, it might be dull. Just prepare yourself and have realistic expectations.
/r/Divorce_Men11/02/26 01:11 PM

He is not in love with her. Respect is the foundation of a relationship, not attraction.

/r/Divorce_Men17/10/25 10:41 PM

There is no shockable rhythm in this marriage. MC is best done early when the parties still care. How come you left it so late?

Has your lawyer advised that you delay the divorce?
/r/Divorce_Men14/10/25 02:38 PM
2

That is fine, but do not drag out the divorce. You do not have to leave the house but keep your nose clean. Do not come across as spiteful, vengeful or petty because that will look bad in front of a judge. Have strong emotional boundaries. She is no longer your wife. She is your co-parent. Be level headed, be sensical, do not get dragged into a back and forth with her. Do not fight or argue in front on this kids. Separate your emotions - where she is going, heat she is doing and who with is no l…
/r/Divorce_Men14/10/25 02:37 PM
3

You control the agenda by getting a lawyer and taking their advice. Delaying the divorce will look very bad in court and cause you children unnecessary harm. If you really care about your children, focus on doing everything you can to get the amount of custody you are entitled to and doing everything to amicably end this divorce. Don’t cut off your nose to spite your face.
/r/Divorce_Men14/10/25 02:32 PM
7

You are not doing this for your children. Children get fucked up not because of divorce itself but because their parents refuse to grow up and co-parent in a healthy way. Be careful or you will lose them too.
/r/Divorce_Men14/10/25 02:25 PM

I think that is what he is saying.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:42 AM

She should keep talking so that he can get locked up. That’s and easy charge that will wreck the rest of his life.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:41 AM

Woman want to be loved in the same way that men want to be loved. But the care that women put into loving men is rarely reciprocated.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:39 AM
1

If you being around doesn’t benefit anyone then maybe you are just meant to be alone. Why would anyone want you in their social circle if you aren’t contributing anything?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:37 AM

Nah we need charisma. Charisma is the golden ticket.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:33 AM

False. Unattractive women usually only get pump and dumped.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:30 AM

And let’s be honest, the women dating convicts are not going to be the top rung women are they?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:25 AM
1

They might be terrible but they are doing something that you aren’t, or are something that you are not. Maybe handsome or charming or charismatic.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:22 AM

I think both men and women rate traits they have in themselves as more attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:15 AM
1

A lot of men lose interest after children because the woman gains weight. Let’s be honest.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:13 AM
1

Abusers are great at lovebombing though. That is the difference. And with people that have low self esteem and are desperate, its very effective.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 12:12 AM
3

You are one person. The huge group of men see Valentines day as simply a “money grab” instead of a day to show love for their wives. A nice dinner and flowers is apparently too much. And then they wonder why their wife is no longer attracted to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:40 AM
1

The clock is ticking for women in their thirties but they always have more options than men, and they can just go older if they want a quickie marriage. Would not recommend though.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:32 AM
2

In terms of dating yes. But single women are happier than single men. I would always prefer to be a woman in any scenario.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:30 AM
2

Look at romcoms (media with the target audience of mainly women) from the 90s to present. Nearly all of them end in happily ever after which is synonymous with marriage. All the Disney Princesses ended their stories with marriage. There was a media machine that reinforced the idea about the virtues of marriage. If you couldn’t get a man to marry you as a woman it meant you were not worthy of long term commitment. If you got divorced it means you “failed as a wife”.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:27 AM
1

Men and women.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:23 AM

By the time a person has become resentful, its already too late. You have taken advantage for far too long and the relationship is as good as dead.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:22 AM

What about mens “acts of love” towards women? Is making her do all your cooking and cleaning an act of love? Is controlling her and punishing her “loving”?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:20 AM
8

Taking care of someone financially is also an act of love. Is every woman entitled to that though?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:19 AM
2

This is ironic when men historically tend to forget birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas, even when she is making a special effort. Continue to date her, even after commitment. That is the key here.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:16 AM
1

Speaking about relationships from a point of incel is wild.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:14 AM

Men feel emasculated by taller women, richer women, and women or high status. They might not admit it but their behaviour will definately show their insecurity. Stop lying.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:13 AM
7

Nah. That advice is given to men when they want to attract women. Counselling is the most commonly communicated peice of advice when divorce seems on the horizon.
/r/Divorce_Men25/08/25 09:23 AM

Divorce your wife. You can’t keep going like this.
/r/Divorce_Men17/08/25 08:12 PM

Try to follow along Op; what happened to true love Poster; feminism Me; feminism did not destroy concepts of true love because before true love men were commonly beating the shit out of their wives. Unless you believe a relationship where a man m fucks up his wife can be one of true love, my point is very clear.
/r/Divorce_Men08/05/25 01:17 PM

Tbh at this I find it immature. Like believing in fairytales.
/r/Divorce_Men08/05/25 01:15 PM

Monogamy is not bullshit. Most people cannot deal with their partner having sex with other partners. And it would make reproduction, paternity and family structure an absolute nightmare. The concept of mating for life is bullshit.
/r/Divorce_Men07/05/25 02:13 AM
-4

Yes because the era when men could beat up their wives was the peak of “true love”. Please be sensical.
/r/Divorce_Men07/05/25 02:11 AM
-1

That doesn’t benefit children though, one semi absent father amongst too many children would cripple society in less than two generations.
/r/Divorce_Men07/05/25 02:10 AM
-3

Monogamy is not the issue. Its the idea that we mate with one person for life that is.
/r/Divorce_Men07/05/25 02:09 AM
3

True love was always just a marketing scheme. I don’t think humans are suited to mating for life. We go through so many changes, and there are so many internal and external stresses, and we have so many needs, that having a few long term relationships across of lifetime seems to be the limit.
/r/Divorce_Men07/05/25 02:08 AM
0

If you cannot find a way to be content in yourself then you do yourself and a potential partner a disservice. If you cannot figure out how to meet your own needs then you end up burdening your partner. Build social connections that are not just romantic, stay well connected, build a life that you love, and then you can withstand the love loss and break ups that happen within ones romantic life.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/25 12:21 AM

And I would support it, if that is actually something men would work towards. But in general, men like to be in spaces where they can meet women.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/25 11:18 PM

That is just false. I can be lonely and I can do a duvet day with a friend, or I can talk to people I love, or I can even go to work and talk to strangers and it 100> helps fill that loneliness void. You are feeling lonely because you are imagining a utopia instead of thinking of the reality; you friends probably go home and one sleeps on the coach because his wife says he smells like alcohol, one got yelled at because he came back two hours late, and the last one is woke up at 4am because his k…

Yeah, most men would still love to flirt with some dudes wife.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 05:38 AM

Wait, doesn’t this go against the “women love assholes” idea, and instead validate “misogynistic men are bitter because they can’t get women”?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 05:36 AM
1

I agree. More men should just leave women alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 05:32 AM

Yeah but more men would rather hold onto the chore than to be alone.

Men want to be in spaces with women. That is the problem.

Lmao, “look pretty for you”. Unless you look like Henry Caville I guarantee that you are not in her mind in any way when she is “making herself pretty” 😂😂😂😂.

False. There is a reason men complain about start fishes in bed. They want a woman that wants them and shows them how much they are desired. They do not want a woman to lie there waiting for it to be over. That desire, that eagerness; that is what women want too.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 05:08 AM

This is just silly. Would you rather have sex with a woman that lies still during sex, disinterested and saying nothing, or would you want to be with a woman that is moaning, wet, and can’t wait to have you in her body? Of course its the latter because you want to fuck someone that desires you. The only thing is that its more pronounced in women.

You can choose to be afraid, or you canface the beast. Instead of running about from your internal state, set aside time to process it, sit with it, feel it. That’s the only way it will go away.

Say this to a therapist not her. Its just baiting her back into an argument which is not helpful at this point. Be emotionally disciplined. Vent to friends and family or whoever appropriate, just not to her. And if you have to write a letter - never send it.

Women on average are happier single. Men on average are happier married. If men were as happy being single as women are, men would advocate for divorce much mote too.

Understand that relationships are a risk to women in a way they can never be for men. A woman can get pregnant and is not as physically strong as a man, so its actually smarter for her to stay single than to risk being with any man that isn’t the best possible partner for her.

Men make women’s lives worse with their possessiveness, dominating, and authoritarianism. Women would rather be free. And that’s why dating is not the most important thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 04:21 PM

Lol. Most men are not husband material. As in a supermajority of them. Especially in their 20s. Look at r/waitingtowed thousands of women waiting to wed and thousands of men delaying it. The problem is not women not wanting marriage. Its finding a suitable mate to be married too for life.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 04:19 PM

I think those comments disprove your point.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 04:17 PM

Then take video games, films and porn for 100.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 04:14 PM

Lol. Men also villanise women’s standards - especially the 6 feet and 6 figure part. Men won’t stop crying about not being a Chad with money. The only difference is that men want to constantly cry about it where women move in silence. We do not care if you do not want us. But don’t try and limit out freedoms and also just stfu. 🤣

I think women should definitely be assertive in dating. The only problem is most men will take a free lay even if they are not really interested from someone they wouldn’t otherwise pursue. It can easily backfire on a woman if she wants an actual relationship.

The only difference is there are a much smaller percentage of eligible men than women. If the population for men and women are roughly 50/50, but men rate higher for crime and antisocial bejaviour, it means that there is a greater number of ineligible men in the dating pool than illegible women. Dating apps, which I think is the closest indicator we have without having direct data, shows that attracting women is a huge problems atm. That indicates that women are even less interested in dating than men, with a widening gap. We can bring up male loneliness rates too, because men men do not have the social support of girlfriends. Deny the evidence if you want but it is literally in your face.

Yes because men instead choose to abandon their children. Do you see how that argument does not help you?

Because people are more than just a data point.

Men often lack robust support systems. And this is why women in general do more to maintain their relationships. Homelessness is an issue often preceded drug and alcohol issues. Which stem from emotional and personality issues. The bottom line is that to fix male loneliness men will have to do the work like all of us in society have to do to maintain our mental health. Women have plenty of empathy, but it gets tired if you continue to complain but refuse to do anything about it. Go to therapy, g…

Well generally the reason why men are women commit familicide. Men often do it to seek vengeance against the mother or to punish her for leaving and women often do it because they cannot cope with looking after the child anymore (and sometimes post-partum). The difference in reasons which we know from multiple cases of this occurrence happening yearly, is probably the reason why people respond differently.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 11:58 PM

I think when women are talking about that, they are talking about their dreams. And everyone has dreams. I don’t think they actually expect to have goats in your back yard OP. They are not pre-requisites 😂😂😂

What can you offer women that is better than feminism? Ill point to some issues and try and give me a fix that is better; Women having multiple unwanted pregnancies, miscarriages and dying from birth Feminisms answer; legal birth control Being trapped in an abusive marriage. Feminisms answer; no fault divorce Having to marry in order to save yourself from destitution Feminisms answer; education, ability to get a job Becoming penniless if your father or husband dies Feminisms answer; women have t…

How has feminism created this system? Before feminism a man would have to have enough wealth and status to impress a woman’s father. Look back in your family history and see if you ancestors’ were ever wealthy enough to be desirable men in those periods. I actually think a lot of the men these days have more chance of getting a woman now, than they ever had before feminism.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 11:28 PM
2

If the red pill actually did a good job of gaming the system then yes, but I have seen far more normies get into the relationships they want over red pillers. Feminism did not create this system. Sexual selection dictates the competition between men and women in terms of relationships, and it precedes feminism by literally hundreds and thousands of years. As long as women have the baby box and men have the swimmers, women will always want men that can support them post partum, and men will alway…

No he didn’t. Please try to listen and understand. She was sexually satisfied when they had sex. But she wanted sex more than him. Therefore; incompatible.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 11:15 PM

No, its an incompatibility. He could have been great in bed, but if she wants 6 meals a day but he only wants 1, then that is an incompatibility.

1

I’d agree.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 11:13 PM

And even then, it only takes one job loss, one parent dying, one illness, and the relationship can fracture. C’est la vie.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 11:11 PM
2

Yep. It happens sometimes. Not everything is in your control.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 11:10 PM

Men are always ripe for the picking because they will always want more pussy than they can ever get. That’s why no matter how oppressed women are, men will always want to take it a step further. Additionally, to radicalise someone first you need them to feel disenfranchised in some way anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 11:05 PM
0

Exactly. The point Im making is that its hypocritical for men to say that women make poor choices in dating, because men also make poor dating choices. It doesn’’t have to apply to the majority or anything. Do you need a lesson in reasoning?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 12:31 PM
0

Yes because your individual experiences have anything to do with readily available information beyond your sphere. I do have an anecdote to submit though. A right wing guy who think single mothers are the downfall of modern day society; who only ever dates single mothers.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 12:30 PM
2

I don’t think a red pill guy would say no to a woman as long as she was hot. But that is irrelevant. It doesn’t have to be “red pill men” it just has to be “men”.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 05:07 AM
3

It doesn’t matter. Men do not just say “on a certain type of women that want Wade Wilson”. They just say “women”. Men most certainly are stupid for having casual sex with crazy women because that’s how babies are made, Einstein. You think a condom can’t be poked with a needle?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 05:05 AM
2

Go look at any video of her in handcuffs getting marched by the police. Despite her killing her bf, there is nothing but thirst in the comment section.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 05:03 AM
4

A) That is not the topic here. But as you brought it up; it basically looks the same. The only difference is when you have had sex with them and they discard. That is the only consistent “tell”.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 05:02 AM
7

Stop changing the terms. The women lusting after Wade Wilson online are the same as the men lusting after The Doll online. Secondly, there is a population discrepancy when it comes to abusers. There will be more abused women because there are more abusive men. But that doesn’t stop men from also being attracted to broken mentally ill women, and there are plenty of men that fit into this particular category.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 04:03 AM
7

The average woman doesn’t want to fuck Wade Wilson. That isn’t the point here.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 04:00 AM
4

The only woman I lust after one insta baddie and she knows who she is, so stop. Do I need to post the stats about how many men compared to women buy Only Fans, or are you going to bow out of this debate now?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:59 AM

Ffs lol. On the flip-side, bad boys tend to be very confident, charismatic, good looking and will love bomb the ever living fuck out of you.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:57 AM
13

Are you kidding me? When do men take accountability for single mothers? Firstly they are the ones that make the mothers single by being ABSENT fathers. Where are the men taking accountability for busting in unstable women? And you must be crazy if you think men who buy Only Fans don’t keep it a secret. There are millions of husbands right not with Only Fans that their wives don’t know about. What is even worse is risking your marriage for a OF sex worker who doesn’t even know you from Adam. And …

/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:47 AM

Right. Also it’s “pick better” when talking about others but, “I believe in second chances” when talking about themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:45 AM
2

I mean, if you think any of these women won’t poke holes in condoms, then that is just an extra layer of stupidity. Let’s not pretend that these men won’t happily bust in a “psycho girl” because the make up sex is hot.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:44 AM
1

Is this a comment for Wade Wilson or The Doll, I cannot tell.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:43 AM
1

A) That is irrelevant to my argument, and B) it still makes it hypocritical. But as you brought up the point; to be honest I agree. I think women should stop looking for the good in men altogether, stop dating for potential, and stop looking for redeeming qualities. Women need to be more savage and ruthless when picking partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:41 AM

I actually was literally just thinking about The Doll. Luigi at least can be painted as a Robin Hood type so I don’t think he counts.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:37 AM

I mean, I wouldn’t call it dumb. I would just say that they are probably seeking a level intensity that tends to come from a toxic relationship. It is clear that they are getting something out if the experience, whatever it may be.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:37 AM
3

It’s more than that. Its about acknowledging that seeking excitement and danger exists in both men and women, not just women.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:35 AM
1

Exactly. You will find people that prefer toxicity in relationships in women AND men.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:33 AM
1

Men initiate the relationship but women are the ones holding the relationship together. If you add kids then its the woman keeping the whole family together and investing the most.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:31 AM
1

If that were the case then why do men expect a women to cook, clean and do all his domestic labour for him while all he has to do is have a job like everyone else. Isn’t that coddling?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:28 AM

How many ours do you work a day? How many breaks are you entitled to? The first few years of parenthood are pretty much hell. If you are having children back to back then you pretty much always have a newborn or a toddler, meaning long term sleep deprivation for a good 10 or so years.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/24 07:30 AM

Women do not choose to be independent; they still benefit from taxes paid by married men. The data disagrees. There is a correlation to marriage rates decreasing and female financial independence increases. This sentence is not logically or contextually connected to anything I said. /r/PurplePillDebate01/11/24 07:25 AM

I don’t think you have any idea about what raising multiple children is like. Have you ever cared for children for a significant period of time? Spanking will just give them psychological issues which will make them more violent to each other, and erupt during their teenage years.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/24 07:23 AM

What do you mean by “a finesse”?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/24 07:22 AM
2

If you go with tradwife then the wheels are already set in motion. How do you expect to leave when you have multiple kids and no career. You either stay or look for a new man to look after you.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 01:22 PM
1

Why do you think being a Tradwife is an easy choice?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 01:21 PM
3

Trad wife. If I was a 100% biological woman since birth, I would have had a brain with a woman’s motivations, including the feminine urge to delegate the burdens of my survival and well-being onto someone else and make it their obligation. If this were the case then why do so many women choose to be independent single and childfree? Not every man in the before times was rabid bible-humping quiverfull wife-beating tyrannical sectarian. Your mental image of traditional marriage is a caricature. So…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 01:21 PM

I think you qualify to being a Tradwife! Congrats!
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:41 AM
2

So you have sex with people you don’t find attractive. You wouldn’t want to know what it’s like to actually have sex with people you found attractive? Aren’t you settling for having sex with people you do not even find attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:34 AM
2

This is purple pill debate. Im using the definitions given to me by red pill. I don’t make the rules.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:33 AM
1

Not really. Lots of kids means more resources spread out between offspring. Great for mice, not great for humans.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:32 AM
3

Its still submissive. To be honest men work very well when they are being dominated by a more masculine man. I think you would be well suited to being a tradwife actually. Additionally, women are more over represented in both degree holding and house ownership in America. Men are the ones that are over-represented in NEET (not in employment, education or training). I think women look for men that can be depended on, but in general men are the more dependant ones.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:30 AM
2

In wars and critical disasters, men tend to abandon their families anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:27 AM
2

Then why aren’t more women trad wives instead if modern women then. Surely every woman would just choose male to be lead by instead of getting a degree then, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:26 AM
2

I mean, the thing about humans is we have superior intellect that allows for imagination and empathy. But perhaps this conversation is beyond you. You are probably right.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:25 AM
1

What is a “non annoying woman”?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:23 AM
3

I mean, you would do as your husband told you. That is your job. To be obedient and subservient to him. If he allows you to have money then that would be nice of you. But if that takes away from your wife and mother duties you might have to set that aside and just be happy about the allowance he gives you.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:23 AM
1

Again, less focus on fucking men (👀) and more focus on the lifestyle choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:21 AM
2

What is your reasoning?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:21 AM
2

So alpha fucks, beta buxs then?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:20 AM
0

Then it’s likely you would be the starter wife/gf, and wants he gets successful go after much better looking, younger women. How attractive are your mother/ sisters. If they wouldn’t get with a millionnaire-to-be it’s unlikely that you would be able to get one. And how would you pick a “good guy”?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:20 AM

STI’s and dealing with men is a huge downside.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:17 AM

According to redpill, wouldn’t 5+ body count women be seen as “ran through hoes”? Would top men prefer a “ran through hoe” over a young virgin?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:17 AM
2

What do you think being a SAHM entails?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:15 AM
2

Has redpill not worked for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:22 AM
2

That’s odd. As a woman you would have even more evolutionary reasons to have safety nets than as you do as a man. How strange.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:21 AM
1

I see. Survival of the fittest I guess.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:20 AM

I do not think men invest the same in children as women do. Men in general can take care of a child’s basic needs, but doesn’t do the extra tasks that help brain development. The perfect example is Motherese. Motherese is a type of speech that adults use when speaking to infants and children, characterized by a higher pitch, slower pace, and more exaggerated intonation. It’s also known as baby talk, infant-directed speech (IDS), or caretaker speech. Here are some characteristics of motherese: Pi…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:19 AM

Which means her disobedience would more her a modern woman. I have a feeling that that isn’t what you are trying to say though. Proverbs 24:9: “Any foolish thought is sin”. Romans 3:23: “For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard” The Bible is an extreme hypothetical.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:11 AM
1

So you would be a tradwife to perhaps a less optimal man. Maybe a man that is poorer, or a lesser character?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:10 AM
3

You are describing everyone currently living under late stage capitalism, Sir.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:09 AM
6

That isn’t true. People that marry young have a much higher risk of divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:08 AM
2

Again you would need to be hot first. Is your mother hot? Is your sister hot? Could they get the attention of 50 rich guys? If not then you would need a plan B.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:06 AM
1

Who cares? I do, obviously.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:05 AM
2

Well you would still have a dopaminergic reward response to sex and orgasm. 4-5 days of the month you would still get horny and desire sex, and find babies especially cute. However there would be more risk due to pregnancy, and STI’s. What’s it gonna be?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:04 AM
2

Why do you think hormones would have any effect on this choice?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 03:00 AM
3

Well can I ask you. Have you kept yourself pure until marriage? Are you married? Do you have children? Do you dedicate yourself to being a good father? Are you faithfully in church, have you read your Bible back to front? How much to you adhere to The Word?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 02:57 AM
2

Think less about the dick, and more about the lifestyle choice. Are you sure the women in your family only have one body count?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 02:55 AM
5

I’m guessing you would be a tradwife then?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 02:54 AM
2

I never said “hoeing around”, however I have to ask. As a male, wouldn’t you like to know what its like to have sex whenever you want it?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 02:54 AM
1

Would you enjoy being penetrated in every hole?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 02:52 AM
2

Its what redpill spaces have defined a TradWife to be.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 02:52 AM
6

Not at all. Men can be submissive; men are submissive yo their bosses. They are submissive to their army superiors. They are submissive to ideas about how to be a man given to them by other men. So why, can you not be submissive to your domestic boss at home?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 02:51 AM
5

As defined by red pill, being a tradwife means being obedient, submissive and subservient. There is even Biblical scripture used to support it.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 02:49 AM
3

Tradwives traditionally prioritise caring for their kids and husband. That is a full tome job. Its the mans job to provide in traditional dynamics.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/24 02:48 AM
4

I would want a modern woman. Here is why; - my career plus her career would mean that we could live a comfortable lifestyle - I do not want several children - I want a partner that is my equal, that I can converse with, that has an identity - her sexual experience would make sex more enjoyable for us both
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 06:45 PM
6

Well Eve ate the apple in genesis. But I am assuming that you would be a traditional wife, is that right?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 06:42 PM
3

In red pill it IS a binary choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 06:38 PM
1

You don’t get to do both. If you aren’t a virgin then its unlikely the the most eligible trad husbands would want you. What then?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 06:37 PM
6

Only fans is work. The only way you can do 0 work is if you come from money (and your parents are willing to share it). Also, are your female family members hot? If not then neither would you be. So what then?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 06:35 PM
6

Being a tradwife is not easy mode. Taking care of multiple children 24/7 and doing all the domestic labour for the whole house is not easy. Being a modern woman is easier because women fair much better with independence than men.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 06:34 PM
4

According to red pill, both is not an option. According to red pill, virgin women submissive women are the ones that get trad men. That is why I am posing the question.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 06:32 PM
3

Being a tradwife is a lot of labour. And often the “pampering” is more like a quid pro quo. If you have a nice husband, then yes he will treat you well. But if he likes to be dominant, if he likes power, or if he is insecure, the chances are you will be pampered when you are obedient to him, and punished if you are not.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 06:30 PM
6

Its risky business, let’s see how it pans out for her.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:59 PM
6

We have all seen the memes comparing tradwives to modern women. Maybe its you who does not understand.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:58 PM
1

What if he starts being abusive towards you. What will you do then?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:57 PM
3

I need to see you with a woman filter to know if you would he hot.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:56 PM
8

Trad women are too busy raising multiple children to trade stocks. That is the husbands job.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:55 PM
2

So a woman shouldn’t save herself for marriage. What if a Trad Man wants a virgin wife before marriage? If she wants that kind of man then saving herself would be the best option, no?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:54 PM
3

Im just going by the definition already determined by red pill spaces. We have all seen the memes.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:52 PM
2

What ever you want. Its your choice. But to be a tradwife being a virgin is a must. However, as a male, wouldn’t you like to know what its like the be able to have sex whenever you wanted it, if you wanted it?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:50 PM
6

If you were hot and already wealthy. Let’s hope that would be the case.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:47 PM
12

If you divorce him, then you will have no career, no job accept minimum wage to fall back on, and several children that he may or may not pay child support for. Are you sure that is the best option?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:46 PM
8

What if he is never held accountable. Or is only held accountable when he goes to hell. What then? Will you live all 80 of your years under his thumb?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:44 PM
9

Sorry Bro, you gotta pick.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:42 PM
6

I am strictly arguing a concept that has been defined by the red pill. I do not make the rules, but as they are already defined by the red pill, I want to know what men would opt to be, given the option.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:41 PM
3

If you were a woman, would you be submissive, obedient, and subservient in every way to your husband?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 05:38 PM
9

I am just going by how redpill men define a “good woman”.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 12:18 PM
6

Well damn
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 12:12 PM
9

I am specifically talking about the “Tradwife” vs “Modern woman” dichotomy which has been floated in many “pill” spaces. This is not the first time these ideas have come up. I am just interrogating the concept.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 12:12 PM
17

I am just going by ideals already set out by the red pill community. Red pill clearly states what a “good woman” is. A “good woman” is virginal, obedient, maternal and submissive. I don’t make the rules.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 12:04 PM
8

What if your dominant husband does not allow you to have a job? Would you obey him as a trad wife would?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 12:02 PM
24

How would you pick that good man? What would you look for? If he started to be abusive, or cheat with a younger woman once you get older, or once your body changes after so many pregnancies, what would you do?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 12:00 PM
1

Just because a woman rejects you, it doesn’t mean you don’t deserve love. If she isn’t attracted to you then she isn’t attracted to you, you are going to have to accept that. And these messages are coming from different places. Its largely men that bully other men for not being able to attract a woman. The answer is to find your own meaning in life. Decide who you want to be. Divorce ideas of sex and romance from your identity and self worth.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 11:55 AM
18

Would be be subservient and submissive to your husband? Follow his lead, let him make the decisions? If he asked you to quit your job, would you? How much control over your life would you allow him to have? I have defined tradwife very specifically. A tradwife traditionally does not have a job. Her job is the serve her children and husband.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 11:50 AM
1

Women are ALWAYS the ones that bare the burden of what parenthood bring. If only women could be are callous as men when it comes to abandoning children.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 11:45 AM
2

It costs women equal or more to raise a child. Men should always wear a condom. Additionally however, there should be more birth control methods for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 11:44 AM
0

For men yes. For women no.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 11:42 AM
2

No. Its about character. Look at the way people love Tom Holland. Yes he is a handsome superstar. But people are endeared to him because of how to treats people. He is wholesome. And morality and merit does not equate to sex. There needs to be attraction for that.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 11:31 AM
3

I think men are the ones left isolated in old more than women actually.

Very few people choose to be a single mother. Question; would your child make up for the fact that you are a single mother or do you still pick childfree? What about the concept of dying alone with cats?

Even when men DO have families they don’t put in effort… to be honest men are a weak link, and having less of them around would be beneficial generally. You are assuming Im am saying all the women will reproduce, but Im not saying that. Im saying the women that WILL reproduce will, and the women that won’t, won’t.

I mean, the single and childfree by choice women population is growing - by a lot. There is a decrease in birthrate globally. Isn’t it already happening?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/24 09:27 AM

I mean, its a strategy that could be used, but its incredibly costly to the woman. That means multiple more pregnancies and splitting her resources between extra children.

The difference is that women have access to resources now. So if she has her own resources as a means of survival, she can CHOOSE to be with a man or not. That means its no longer coercion but a choice.

Men shouldn’t. Men should choose to be single rather than being with someone they do not like. Unfortunately most men would rather take something over nothing.

I wish this were the case. But men often push for no condoms to be used during sex. It is what it is.

I mean, its what Im doing already. I don’t need a stranger on the internet to tell me that.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/24 02:48 AM
1

Im agreeing with you
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/24 02:47 AM
1

Yes it does. Its nature AND nurture that affects the outcome of children. Humans especially need a lot of positive nurturing parental input to be well adjusted. And in the world we live in, children need a lot of resources too. And yes some women buy eggs, but its a small percentage of people. This is why I am saying there needs to be a cumulation of these three aspects; signifiers of good genetics, resources and fatherhood skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/24 02:46 AM
1

Umm, do you not think we aren’t already leading to collapse?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/24 02:43 AM
2

Yes and no. Successful males benefit from frequent mating and monopolizing access to one or more fertile females. Females can maximise the return on the energy they invest in reproduction by selecting and mating with the best males. Obviously men basically choose women based on how fertile they look. However I think a lot of men marry women because they get pressured into doing it. I think a lot of men prefer the idea of staying unmarried so they don’t “lose half in the divorce” and because they…

I would prefer that men are more selective with who they date and procreate with, but I have no data that suggests that men in general are capable of being as conscientious of children they create, as women are. That fact is supported by data that states - women are more prosocial and altruistic than men - women do more of the childcare - more single mothers exist than single fathers - men’s involvement in parenthood often hinges on whether he is with the mothers child or not - women file for cu…

You always have to capitalise on your strengths. If your short, make sure you are fit. If you’re bald, make sure are well groomed and have good facial hair. If you aren’t fit, make sure you dress well. At a glance, you want to the overall impression to be 👍not 👎. And yes, financial stability is a must. /r/PurplePillDebate15/10/24 03:13 PM

See, this is where you are misunderstanding sexual selection. Men are already attracted to traits that infer fertility and successful baby carrying (large boobs, fat around the hips and butt, wide hips, youth). However if a man has sex with a woman, and she and the baby die, guess what happens? He simply moves onto the next woman. Sad but true. According to a study by the San Diego Widowhood Project, 61% of men remarry or are in a new relationship within 25 months of their spouse’s death. Men re…

The women who can’t find a suitable mate simple won’t. And I think that is the way it ought to be. Scientists talk about over population for a reason. I don’t believe that 100% of the population needs to reproduce. The fact is that generally men are much less sexually selective anyway. Most men are down for the pump and dump, which is why women tend to be the more selective gender as the baby carriers - its an evolutionary function. Successful males benefit from frequent mating and monopolizing …

Yeah, we need to stamp this our immediately imo. It is just as relevant, and I wish men could get on board to be selective in their partnerships with women, but most men are ok with the pump and dump. And thats why usually its the baby carrier that is the most selective sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/10/24 08:25 AM

Obviously only the top 20% of women (attractive, physically fit, educated and financially independent, maternal and is willing to be a mother not just rely on her husband to pay for a nanny while she doesn’t work etc.) are the women we’re talking about right? Eugenics; the arranging of reproduction But who is it arranged by. In general there are attractive traits, but within that women select attractiveness based on their own definition. What I find attractive and what another woman finds attractive are different. There will be some convergence but there will also be a lot of variability too. For example, some women like Dad bods, some women like slim men, and (a lot) of women like athletic men. Women generally have a preference for tall men. It may …

Hopefully yes. We are overpopulated anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 07:10 PM

Sexual selection; women generally are the baby carriers, so have to invest a lot in each offspring through their lifespan. Looking for the best mate means their efforts are less likely to be a waste of their effort.

It might be that a shorter stature might have benefits in the future (higher gymnastic ability, can run faster). I think an individual should sort for their own physical weaknesses and try to compensate. On point 2; being able to sustain a family comfortably is enough imo. Who said anything about 5 women? Monogamy benefits women. There is a growing number of single childfree women for a reason.

Exactly.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 06:14 PM

There is the reason this post is prescriptive. Imo violent and anti-social men have hijacked reproduction, by using systemic oppression to coerce women into reproductive decisions that they wouldn’t otherwise have made. And now the world is overpopulated, antisocial behaviour is high, and the globe is warming.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 06:14 PM

It doesn’t. But what Im saying is prescriptive in many aspects, based on evolutionary and sex selection theory, and my own beliefs about how I think society should be.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 06:09 PM
1

I mean, I must have come in contact with thousands of people in my lifetime. The people who were also attracted me and a relationship is less than 5. So I guess it is what it is. Of course people tend to date for a multitude of reasons, and someones it can end very badly for the children.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 06:06 PM
1

Also true. I think this should be adhered to more especially in terms of bad health.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 06:03 PM
3

Kind of. Men brutalising women and gatekeeping resources is how we have gotten here actually. And thus we have a society with too many violent, narcissistic people, and climate change is destroying us. Imo women should choose who they reproduce with without systemic coercion.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 06:01 PM
5

There is a growing number of single women for a reason. No matter what your ideal of beauty is, number 2 and 3 should not be an option if you want kids. Remember Im referring to reproduction specifically and not dating generally. Just don’t try to make a hoe a husband (or daddy).
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 05:57 PM
2

I only started having this perspective after being with men. My standards have actually climbed with every successive relationship after realising how much you have to insure yourself as a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 05:54 PM
1

Well in individual terms maybe there aren’t many people who will meet what you want. And this is why people are single.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 05:52 PM
2

Unfortunately sexual selection is not fair. Men bare more of the brunt of being selected and women bare more of the brunt of creating and caring for children. We all have crosses to bare.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 05:51 PM
2

Not necessarily, genetic variability is good for society, and attractive people exist in all races and creeds.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 05:50 PM

Men are open to it. If men choose to bust in women that won’t make good mothers, that is on them. I can only promote what I think is optimum.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 05:49 PM

And men do choose, when they have enough resources and good looks they DO choose. But in general the baby carriers are the more selective sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 05:45 PM

That is not true at all. Species that overpopulate tend to die off when they run out of resources which is literally what we are seeing in the world.

Altruism; disinterested and selfless concern for the well-being of others Its my concern for children (and the adults they become) that aren’t considered enough by their parents reproductive decisions that fuels this post.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 04:34 PM

Its not a policy. Its a collective decision that individuals choose to make based on their own judgement.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 04:32 PM
-3

Well it is true that a growing number of women are choosing to be single and childfree by choice, and I think this is evolutionarily aligned. Females tend to selectively reproduce when the circumstances/ habitat / environment support it. And if men chose to selectively date only the top women, or alternatively choose to stop reproducing at all, then the world would be a much better place.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 04:30 PM

Imo opinion the same criteria, good physical traits that signify health, good financial standing in case you die, good motherhood characteristics.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 04:28 PM

Working on yourself can improve your physical looks, your financial standing and your prosocial and altruistic traits. Again, I think its a culmination of these three traits that makes someone the top 20%.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 04:27 PM
2

Well a lot of women are choosing to be single and childfree if they don’t find a good match, and I think this is the best option than settling.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 04:25 PM
1

Well, there is a reason that the male of bird species tend to be very colourful compared to the female of the species. Sexual selection. Sexy sons hypothesis. But yes, if you are the top 20% of women, do not date down, and select positive attributes that you might lack. But women in general should aim for the best men or nothing in my humble opinion.

I mean sexual selection does not go both ways as far as I understand the theory. Women in general are the baby carriers and so generally they are also the more selective sex. Why is it unhealthy? That’s like saying apples are unhealthy simply because they are a popular fruit The growing rates of single and childfree by choice women seems to refute that Different weights is fine, but its a cumulative imo Average people will exist, because generics can appear in many different ways, but I think if the average of people had better parental relationship, then it would create a better world all round.

/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 04:06 PM

There are a few issues here. But the “judgement” is a major part of it. When people post thirst traps, the idea is to get sexual attention from people online. Their representation of themselves is motivated by getting this type of audience. However people might have other reasons for dressing sexily, or posting pictures of themselves. For example; the might be aware that being attractive will get them better treatment in society so they aim to be attractive, they might be really proud of their b…

There are assumptions made about gender. And men do have an expectation to be benevolent to their female partners. I could only compare two examples though, because a lot of posts have been deleted.

You still have to be selective, and you still have to reciprocate interest that is already there. And also take rejection well.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/24 10:48 AM

Well I look at the data. Statistically, women are more prosocial, women have higher rates of fidelity, women are more emotionally and socially intelligent. On paper, the average woman makes a better partner than the average man. However women choose to stay single for many different reasons. Maybe they want to focus on their career or education or mental health. Maybe they have come to the perspective that they can’t be a good partner during this time. For some women, being single is a choice. I…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/24 10:36 AM

Nope. Statistically women invest more in the home than men do even when they work the same wage. They cook more, clean more, take care of the kids more and take care of their partners more. They are the better partner all round. Men walking away from marriage is actually saving women.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/24 10:32 AM

The men that walk away from marriage wouldn’t make good husbands anyway. They should continue to opt out if that is best for them.

No, its because of sexual conflict.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/24 10:44 PM

That is not true. There are so many men that change their mind from 3 months onwards. There are so many men that simply dip because being a father is a lot harder than they thought.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/24 10:45 AM
2

They didn’t make it work. Some single parents are barely keeping it together and their children suffer as a consequence.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/24 10:44 AM
2

That is not true at all. And yes poverty is a causation. The reason children in poverty have poorer outcomes is … poverty. Cheaper but poorer quality food. Parents that have to work 60 hours leaving them barely home. No access to after school clubs that cost money, or tutors, or suitable childcare. Schools that do not have the resources to educate them adequately. High rates of crime in poorer areas. Please familiarise yourself with the data.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/24 10:40 AM

That is false. Pedagogy was desigbed by men for men before women were allowed to study. However men tend to have higher rates of ADHD for example, which means that they might need to be educated differently in order to help then learn. This is not a conspiracy, but more just the natural disposition of men learning in a more kinetic way, and women being able to sit down at a desk and internalise information without the need to move around a lot for a long period of time.

Their are confounding variables that you are not paying attention to; Life expectancy ; men take more risks and are less likely to engage in healthy lifestyle practises which affect life span. Men also do more dangerous jobs which are legitimate, but women also tend to cook on open fires which leads to a shorter life expectancy. Education; men and boys actually struggle in school a lot more than women, and might need special education practices that help them learn. They also tend to be NEET whi…

Brought to you by Daddy Google As men age, their sperm quality can decline due to a number of factors, including: Decreased sperm count, volume, and motility Decreased testosterone levels Reduced blood supply to the pelvic area Shrinking or softening testicles Enlarged prostate Narrowing of the vas deferens These changes can make it harder for men to conceive, with a 2020 study finding that men over 40 are 30% less likely to conceive than men under 30. /r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 02:17 PM

I bet you she did it because his money outweighs his looks. That’s literally all men have going for them when they start to lose testosterone and their hairline recedes. Wait until she is 36 and he is 42 and men at work start giving her attention.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 12:29 PM

Exactly. Which is why ideas of the wall are pretty asinine. But if we were to legitimate it, across the board men struggle to attract mates more than women, on every level and in every category. Including this “wall”. Let’s not even talk added variables like autism or disability.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 12:29 PM
1

Oh no absolutely not. Where I work I see a lot of 40ish men. Many of them don’t even get a sniff of pussy. As a man you have to be rigorous about looking after yourself physically if you want to compete with the younger men that are naturally good looking and youthful, and in their testosteronial prime.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 12:25 PM
1

But it becomes even harder for men. Once you lose your hair, unless your have an above average face, half the women who might have once been interested in you will be MIA. To recomp that you might have to have, say a 10-20% increase in salary year on year to still compete for the same women, depending on how many follicles on your hear are going to the grave.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 12:23 PM

I think its far worse for men because men already have such a difficult standard to reach when it comes to being attractive to women. And then when men start to bald, the uphill battle becomes Everest. For women she might lose some of her looks, but even then she might go from being attractive to 60% of men down to say 45% of men, which are still great odds.

I think they gain marginal money, status is dependant. Earning more money as a man later in life might not necessarily compensate for the declining looks. I know plenty of men that have gotten bread winner partners simply on their looks alone, but again, its an uphill battle for men. The worse they age the more money they have to make to compensate.

Both men and women have declining fertility the older they get. Old man sperm = disabled babies.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 11:55 AM

But then look at the reverse. Men of all ages tend to be attracted to young women 20-25. A 60 yr old man has such an unrealistic understanding of his SMV that he thinks he could ever get with a woman a third his age. Sexual Over Perception Bias predominantly happens in men, not women.

I actually think men created that industry not women. Women didn’t have their legs until corporate marketers decide it was feminine to be hairless. Sexual desirability =/= sexuality. FYI Male ejaculation and the male orgasm are two separate functions that happen to coincide typically. That is why men can train themselves to have multiple orgasms or have dry orgasms. Additionally the female orgasm is a positive reinforcement of sexual activity. Without that reward, there would be next to no physiological drive for women to sex. And lastly fertilisation of the egg is more likely to happen when a woman orgasms possibly due to the contractions women have during orgasm that pull …

/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/24 06:38 AM

This is a problem men have created. It is simple stimulus and reward. If a woman has sex with you and gets an orgasm out of it, you have positively reinforced her having sex with you. Men en masse haven’t done that and in fact made sex unpleasurable for women (rape and SA and general poor sexual behaviour). This is the consequence of your own actions. Take accountability.

I was invested because I cared about my partners pleasure, even when I didn’t have one. Female pleasure is not so hard to figure out. There is so much information about erogenous zones and how to stimulate them. It shouldn’t take you having to have sex in which women regret for you to learn, especially as…

I just don’t see women that are single, never married/ divorced with no kids settling for a divorced single Dad in his that’s almost 40’s, and demoting themselves to the position of stepmother.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/24 07:56 PM

If a man wants casual sex then his best bet is to be as attractive as he can possibly be. If you are ugly it doesn’t matter how much of a bad bot you are, you are still ugly.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/24 07:50 PM

They don’t make women wait for sex because women are the ones who control access to sex. They don’t make anyone wait because its generally out of their control.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/24 07:44 PM

If a woman doesn’t really want to have sex with you it’s probably because you just aren’t sexually attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/24 07:41 PM

I think its more than that. I think its biology. Males reproductively want access to lots of women. That’s a very successful way of surviving your genes to the next generation. This goal sometimes gets in the way of other aspects of your life. It is what it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/24 03:07 PM

Women are socialised to nurture not just by nature. I think the differences between genders would be much much less without socialisation and is greatly overstated. And this nurturing is evolutionarily towards CHILDREN not grown men . Women since childhood have to do the lion-share of taking care of everyone else in the household. We required to put in so much effort to look nice for men, to look slim enough but thick enough for men. We are required to listen to men when they talk ad nauseum, an…

Don’t you think he wants to be a father too?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/23 01:19 PM

I think you need to bare in mind sexual differences in men and women. Men just want to reproduce. Women want to survive their offspring. It seems that this non-concordance is an evolutionary adaptation which modifies a woman’s arousal. Men with high testosterone tend to be more violent. So even though though high testosterone is attractive to women, there also needs to be modifying factor that prevents a woman and her offspring being harmed by her sexual partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/23 01:05 PM

Depends what you mean by better. Unfortunately many men desire a woman to control and exploit (see Andrew Tate) so in their eyes its seen as “better”. But it is also really difficult trying to control someone’s every move and it can be consuming to an abuser. They spend their whole lobes keeping tabs on their partner’ and they feel very disregulated when their partner doesn’t do what they want, or they feel like they are losing control over them. But most relationship experts - therapists, psych…

/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/23 12:51 PM

Someone can be attracted to their partner, but simply have a skill deficit. Communication involved a lot os socio-emotional processing which has a key period of development within childhood. I think its more about having a financial capacity to have the kind of lifestyle that is comfortable to luxury. Men are attracted to masculinity (if not sexually, but in terms of status). Women are actually attracted to masculine traits with a high mix of traits that would be beneficial to her offspring, usually seen as feminine traits. Guilty of impregnating her? Yes. A man should do everything he can to ensure that his sperm does not enter the cervix of a woman if he does not want her to become pregnant. I dont think this needs to be something you convince of someone. I think men should stop seeing a womans choice to not have sex with them as an affront, or some form of oppression. Relationships in general are complicated, and there are so many variables that make sexual relationships hard to come by at times (libido, stress, other relational problems, lack of connection, physical/physiological problems etc). I think one needs to be able to separate their ability to obtain sex from a woman, from…

TRP doesnt teach positive self development. If you have to tear someone else down to bring yourself up, its a good indicator that your odea of confidence is actually a misguided sense of superiority.

Do men reward empathy, emotional and social intelligence in other men? Is that something you do? There's so much that's wrong in your message I don't even know where to begin Use your words.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/21 02:18 AM

Confidence comes from the success from seeing the results of self reflection. You went on a date. You thought it went well. She didnt want to see you again. You look back at the date and realise she would widen her eyes whenever you ordered a new bottle of wine, and laugged nervously when you began to slurr your words - you drank too much. OR You blame her, call her a bitch and continue with the exact same behaviour as your last date. Which is the strategy that will end in success?

lonely and facing rejection Plenty of people experience loneliness and rejection, and yet are still able to form lasting, beautiful fulfilling relationships. Many people are single, and can still form lasting relationship. A great example is RP forums, why are RP men still complaininh about loneliness when they have the opportunity to build connections with potentially thousands of men in theae communities. What are the variables contributing to that?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/21 02:11 AM

Have emotional and social inteligence means that you are able to see romantic relationships beyond the attainment of sex. The focus of sex, in my experience, is often a sign of immaturity. You have to value yourself beyond your abilitynto simply be a sex toy. Its dehumanising. Again; self respect, and self esteem.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/21 02:08 AM

Define "results". An important part of high self esteem, is having motivation system that is based on your own values and beliefs, and jot that solely conditioned on what others think of you. If other people opinions are the only thing you value, then you sense of self will ultimately be fickle and fragile.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/21 02:06 AM

RP doesn't promote healthy self development. It promotes treating other people like they are less than, and using manipulation tactics to "obtain" sex.

Well, there are legal repurcussions for using bodily fluids without consent. Ethical and legal considerations regarding the ownership and commercial use of human biological materials and their derivatives If I then use your dna to create a child should you have to pay for it because you willingly gave your dna to the state? "Body autonomy is the right for a person to govern what happens to their body without external influence or coercion." Once the sperm leaves a person body, then you can argue that its not part of your body anymore. Even more so when that sperm joins with an egg and becomes a foetus. It technically is no longer a sperm, but something else*. If that sperm is still apart of your body, then you have full control over what you do with it (ie allow it to be ejaculated into someone without a condom**).…

Male Entitlement = Feeling entitled to sex, womens attention, and taking rejection extremely poorly. These are often towards specific women that they encounter. Basically Incels. What you state as "female entitlement" is just high self esteem and the expectation to be treated well in a relationship. If someone is treating you poorly then yes, you do deserve someone better. That doesn't mean you get to dictate who that "someone better" is, and demand that they be with you.

Social skills, conversational skills and tact are not character traits. They're cultivated abilities. Call them what you will. Everything I mentioned can still be learned. They aren't sexually attractive. They aren't sexually attractive I see the men that look like those on Incels.co, and Rate My Face all the time on relationships, with women that are similar levels of attractive. Chad doesn't have to have social skills, conversational skills, tact, self esteem, or any of those other things that are must haves for non Chads. Neither does Adriana Lima. Chad can have the personality and social skills of a tree stump and women will still line up to suck his dick. So can Adriana Lima. Chad has options. Options are power. The more power one has, the better life is, especially if the responsibility that usually comes with power is ameliorated in some way. A lot of them don't understand what it takes to have a long term healthy relationship, which leads to a black and white, me vs them, winners vs losers approach to dating, in which the goal is to never let a person "get one over on you". I worried about the same thing. I thought that I would be inextricably emotionally tied to the first guy I had sex with. It wasnt that way for me at all though. I think maybe because I knew the characterteristics of the people I wanted in my life, and he didnt have them. I'm wondering though, do you ever feel like your emotions for a person override whether they are a good person for you or not?

Agreed. If you want to date try a dating app where the specific objective is to meet someone romantically. Another safer option is approaching people that are friends of friends in a social environment (as a vetting process has somewhat already been done). But be friendly without the specific goal of hooking up. Make friends first and check out her social media. Is she single? Have you got anything common. Do not introduce anything sexual/ romantic unless she initiates it. Never cold approach - …

Not really. Its how you go about it. Dating online its pretty easy to just put "Seeking something casual" in your profile. Or go to a site like Ferlife or Feeld which is more oriented towards sexual relationships only. How much dating experience do you actually have. Just take a look on OKc, there are plenty of people that state exactly what they want in the first few lines of their profile and its not an issue at all.

So are you saying people that abstain from sex dont have a myriad of sexual dysfunction? (Here's looking at you, Catholics). Sex is a need for more people. It inherently isn't bad. I think if both partners are mature it really isnt an obstacle. There's also nothing wrong with a strictly sexual relationship. Just be open and honest about your needs and expectaions. That's all that's being asked of you.

If you only treat people well if you want something from them it shows how devoid of principles and character you are. But • RP likes to complain about women being attention seekers. But the fact is, if a woman casually flirts with a guy, and partakes in other behaviours that illicit attention, from people she actually has no interest in long term, she has simply recognised a need within herself and taken the neccessary steps to satisfy that need. Thats just being goal oriented. These two points…

I like how your taking one point, and instead of linking it with the rest of the point, your making a Motte and Bailey argument. Men are taught to be chivalrous; true, but that doesnt mean that relationally, everything that I have said isn't true. Women are taught to accomodate the feelings of others, to treats mens agos like they are fragile, to be emotional buffers - and these skills are paramount in relationship building. Weight =/= Time, effort and otherwise investment into appearance. I would look at how much women spend their time and money on clothes appearance, dieting etc, as this question is about effort rather than outcome. Also, the inference is that women that weigh less are more attractive, but I'd argue that women with the classic hourglass figure, with exagerated curves, would be the beauty standard du jour (in Western Society). This doesn't neccessarily correlate with being thin.

First of all if anything you said was true then why did she say she was glad to go back to being a woman? She was glad to go back to being a woman because she is a woman. Its her gender identity. Cherrypicking; Just because 4 female guards got pregnant by an inmate doesn't mean that that person was a good choice to procreate with. It also doesn't mean it was the best choice for the child (and let's not mention the abuse of power and poor ethics displayed by the guards for this type of situation to even happen).

Definately worthy guys and pleasant people, but non of them single. I think cool people tend to gather in groups, however I think meeting those groups can be a challenge sometimes. What makes it difficult is these types of people tend to have fulfilling active lives which can make first contact a challenge. And not everyone likes online dating. Possibly, it depends how long this has been a problem for. But in most marriages there are periods of time where at least one partner loses their libido. It can be due to stress, age, hormones etc. If that it something an individual isn't prepared to navigate then marriage/ long term relationships may not be for them.

Why is the assumption that she is not financially stable herself. Its likely that stress due to wedding planning has affected her libido. A simple solution would be to take a break from wedding planning of reinvest that time into connecting with her partner. Simples.

I disagree. If men have all the qualities in category one its very doubtful he's on the market for long. In fact, as another poster mentioned, these men are often locked into steady Long Term relationships. Where is this reservoir of "good men" that are being passed up for Chads and bad boys? Asking for a friend. And just in the same way that there are "good men", there are also "good women", and if a woman preoccupies herself with that kind of person she most definately is not in category #1.

Ok, but this is something that both women and men do. It even used to be a popular TV trope that commitment-phobic men are scared of marriage and settling down. “Cite all the studies you want, but the reality is most women will and can get boyfriends and marry just fine whether folks like it or not” I think the reason why many "marriage-aged" women are still single is because they aren't finding the types of relationshipships that they want. To be honest I think it comes down to the beliefs and principles of the individual. The idea that because a man is attractive he doesn't want to form longlasting, stable romantic relationships is antithetical to the human condition. I think if I man derives his self worth from his body count, then fucking as many women as possible will be his goal. Equally, if a man values the connection that can be found from a long lasting relationship, then that's what he'll do.

Not really. I think for example in Christian or other religious circles most people would be praised for their abstinence. I think each to their own, if you value virginity then cool, do you. The "privileges" that women get arent put there by a matriarchal system. Not having access to sex really is a first world problem. If you want more rights as a man; protest, organise, campaign; do the work to receive the benefits. Lobby governments to invest in male mental health. Argue for more paternity leave, and greater child rearing involvedment (so women get less favoured in courts) invest in your children. Aim to target toxic beauty standards. Support anti-war politicians (becase the draf…

Same reason as everyone else - Because they might get treated slightly better when they wear make up. Because they like it. Because it makes them feel good. And also, why shouldnt people in general spend time on the way they look? Would you prefer they wear bin bags and use the sewers to travel at night? Aren't they human beings too? Does a persons worth only summount to their outward appearance?

If they are so unttainable then why is it that women are more likely to message men they find less attractive? Doesn't that offer some leeway? Also I think we need to take into acount the relationship quality a man might be offering. Just because she is average in looks doesn't mean she aspires to have an average relationship.

If doesn't ask users about occupation, education, religion or political orientation. It doesn't ask users about the type of relationship they want or what they are looked for, if they want kids, have pets etc. It doesn't ask users the most important questions to them. Interesting take aways; The “most attractive” women receive five times as many messages as the average female does, with 2/3 of all male messages going to the top 1/3 of women. And women tend to favor the most attractive men, though the ratio is less extreme. But there are a few interesting phenomena. For one, men on the site tend to be more generous than women when it comes to rating attractiveness, leading to a nice bell curve with the bulk of ratings falling around ‘average’. But despite thei…

The study is about people with personality disorder traits. A lot of these people will probably be subclinical as they are not taken from a pool of individuals specifically with personality disorders. Bare in mind its takes a licensed mental health professionalto diagnose personality disorder, and most people don't have access to this kind of care, so I think it's fair to say the prevalence of PD in society and under-represented.

It could be that these maladaptive traits present more in young women than older women, which could be due to development and maturation, or internalised messages surrounding romantic relationships. What I dislike about the af/bb scenario most is that its seen as dichotmous. Alpha and beta doesn't exist. Exactly. This idea that women are just attracted to asshole men doesn't account for the personal familial history, nor the experience of trauma by the individual. People that have experienced abuse in childhood are more likely to experience abuse in their romantic relationships later in life, both as perpetrators and as victims.

"More inclined that others" means there is a statistical, measurable significance between a group with maladpative traits and those without. What evidence do you have that women prefer assholes?
