“This issue is bad there for this other issue isn’t important” is literally your logic… my heart goes out to SA victims of course but I can use your logic against you. Imagine you’re a man that has either attempted to take your own life or you have lost your male friend due to suicide and a woman says “misogyny is bad because someone insulted me for being a woman” would YOU give a single fuck?

“Feminism isn’t about being superior men, we care about men too!” “Okay so are you going to call out misandrists?” “No because misandry isn’t an issue, it isnt real!! Incel!!!!!” 🫩

Some feminists support it. I’ve met tons of girls who claim that they are feminists and they call out misandry and the toxic behaviour of other women. It can be a good thing but currently it isn’t and unfortunately it probably won’t ever be

Feminism doesn’t have to be a bad thing for men. By definition, feminism and misandry are two different things. The problem is that misandrists call themselves feminists and feminists refuse to acknowledge it and sometimes they support it. It’s hard to tell the difference these days…

People constantly tell me that it isn’t an issue and I can just switch off my phone but how is that fair? Would you tell a woman who is going through misogyny the same thing? No you wouldn’t, because that makes you complicit to discrimination.

For some reason they take you as even mentioning misandry as a personal insult. They think that to care about misandry you can’t care about misogyny and vice versa. So apparently as a society we can’t focus on more than one issue according to them…

Us normal men that don’t view women that way are actively trying to warn you about these men and yet they would rather blame us rather than blame the actual problem…

Yeah I’m from the uk and I’m not surprised by this, The Labour Party has been pushing this narrative for a while. Not long ago, i read an article about how misogyny is now being treated as extremism by the uk government. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c15gn0lq7p5o.amp Why isn’t misandry receiving the same treatment? And now you’ve got this, young boys being taught respect girls and not be misogynists. Will young girls be taught how to respect boys and not be misandrists? And whenever you br…

I’m not saying that the conservatives are good for men, but there’s a huge difference between expecting men to be providers and hating them for existing. Both sides are bad and I’m not on any side, I just lean with the one that I feel more welcomed by

In my experience, the left either hate me or don’t care about me. Whenever I see a misandrist bash all men, it’s always been a liberal woman. Liberal men often allow it or defend it. Of course it’s not all liberals but until something changes, I will continue to lean right.

Well sort off, I’ll share something that happened with work colleges. Not too long ago, I went out with for some drinks with a female friend from work who had a bf and we had a few too many. She started touching me inappropriately, cuddling me, practically lying on top of me and talking badly about her bf. Drunk me who wasn’t thinking decided to kiss her and she kissed me back making no attempt to pull away. She ended up telling her boyfriend and eventually everyone found out. Since then I’ve be…

If anything it’s the opposite. This girl i debated said she used to love men until her male friends became misogynists so she’s now a misandrist and thinks it’s perfectly acceptable to hate all men. if your dog bites you, you should hate all dogs according to this logic…

Over 20 thousand people… TikTok often does nothing about this and it’s disgusting. The fact that there are young boys from 8-12 (possibly younger) using this app and may have seen this is what terrifies me the most.

I’ve been asking myself the same thing for a while now and I honestly don’t know. I’m not sure if they are just if they are just trying to score points with women or if there is some other reason but my best guess is that they are ignorant to our issues because they haven’t been through anything bad themselves. if they were abused, falsely accused or if they weren’t allowed to see their kids than maybe they would change their minds.

Yeah I’ve been trying for so long to separate feminism from misandry since by definition they are different but it’s really hard when misandrists are labelling themselves as feminists and the actual feminists don’t call them out.

The thing that gets to me is that there are young impressionable boys and girls seeing these things. Girls will see these things and they will join the misandrist crowd and boys will see these things and become misogynists going further down the red pill rabbit hole. It’s a never ending cycle of hatred and I don’t get how they don’t see that…

I just had a debate with a “feminist”. whenever she said something about SA on women or misogyny I admitted that some men can be like that and some can do awful things. Yet whenever I mentioned some of the bad things that women do like misandry, false accusations and not allowing men to see their children, she basically justified it all. I was willing to admit that there are some bad men, she wasn’t willing to admit there are some bad women.

Whether you’re a feminist, MRA, both or niether it shouldn’t matter, you love your kids unconditionally.

Crazy how none of them understand that misandry is why so many boys turn to Andrew Tate and red pill content. If they weren’t constantly dehumanising young boys and men then boys like Jamie from adolescence wouldn’t exist.

For me the problem isnt necessarily the show, but the people who watched it. It seems like everyone who has watched the show has taken the wrong message away from it. Stephan Graham himself has stated that they aren’t blaming anyone specifically but EVERYONE should take accountability. That includes angry raging misandrists online that demonise young boys which can eventually lead to boys doing what Jamie did in the show.

You know, 40% of women in the US voted for trump and over 30% of women are pro-life. So the fact that they would rather target ALL men, even the ones who didn’t vote for trump rather than targeting the women who are actually against them is insane.

I’m so glad you’ve made this, someone needs to call it out. You’ve got no idea how many Misandrists have threatened me, personally attacked me and told me to off myself for simply criticising them for this. Everything they accuse us of is exactly what they are, a “feminist” on TikTok made a comment on a video asking why men blame feminism and I made a simple response to her telling her that feminism itself wasn’t the issue but it was the girls who use it to mask their misandry. Seems like calm r…

Your logic is so broken, so you’re saying because of a few males on social media are saying bad things that makes it okay for women to hate all men? You know, there is women on twitter that say that if they were to ever fall pregnant with a baby boy they would have an abortion. I made a social media post calling out misandry and I got death threats from WOMEN. but even after all of that I still don’t hate all women, you know why? Because I know they aren’t all like that. But if you want to use t…

“Have you considered that women despise you because you were the #1 cause of their oppression” Was I? Yeah sorry because I’ve definitely been alive since the 1800s and I am responsible for the mistreatment of all women, it definitely wasn’t my ancestors. Seriously though, why don’t you understand that I and other men today had absolutely nothing to do with how women were treated back then? Why is THAT such a difficult concept to understand?

The fact that I got downvoted kinda proves my point. I completely agree with you on everything you are saying. I’m just trying to understand there perspective, both men and women were mistreated 100+ years ago in different ways. Not sure why people disagree with that

Oh I completely agree, feminism used to be about women’s rights and but now it seems to be about taking away rights from men and giving women more rights. You could say “oh but that’s not feminism that’s misandry” which is correct but these same women still go around parading themselves as feminists Edit: what did I even say to deserve the downvotes? Is this not true?

i absolutely do acknowledge the fact that women are privileged today, I’m just trying to understand their perspective. I am on your side I don’t know why we are arguing. A few weeks ago I made a TikTok calling out misandry on Tiktok on how it’s full of man-haters and the amount of hate I got was absolutely disgusting I would never wish it on anyone. I knew I was going to get backlash but I never expected to get death threats, yes I got death threats. The next few days I was miserable and sad unt…

Pretty much. As much as I love this sub, it has its flaws. I got downvoted for saying that some men used to mistreat women 100+ years ago… even though that is literally true, women were mistreated back then. However, that absolutely doesn’t excuse the fact that men were extremely important to women actually getting the rights they have now, women back then actually acknowledged the fact men were we’re important to them getting the rights they wanted. A lot of women seem to forget that these days

Well there is, considering men don’t have cover their faces and they are actually allowed to speak

Not denying that these are awful things but to say that women have always had 100% of their rights through out history is actually insane. Considering how there is still women today in Afghanistan who aren’t allowed to show their faces or speak, are you gonna say that’s fake aswell?
/r/MensRights03/12/24 05:24 AM

That’s just not true though, sure they can be quite privileged today but how can you seriously say that women had all their rights back then? Emily Davison literally got herself killed by getting trampled on a horse because of how women were getting treated. Did she just die for the sake of it?
/r/MensRights03/12/24 05:15 AM

Sure maybe there’s parts of the truth that were left out to make us look bad but are you really going to sit there and say that all those women that were fighting for their rights were just delusional?
/r/MensRights03/12/24 05:03 AM

Maybe it’s not entirely true but either way, men back then still mistreated women and you can’t deny that
/r/MensRights03/12/24 04:52 AM

Well men 100 years ago used to treat women like shit. Back then if a woman married a man she was his property. Obviously a lot has changed since then and what those men did is not our fault at all but some women seem to think that it is our fault

I’m sorry to hear about your bad experiences with men, Obliviously I completely understand your distrust for men. I think the main problem that we all have with some women and my only problem tbh is that some women go around saying that they are feminists whilst attacking men and thinking they’re superior to us. Along time ago, most feminists acknowledged the fact that men were extremely important to help women get the rights they needed and deserved. Thankfully women have those rights now but s…

I just want to start of by asking what type of feminist you are. Are you an actual feminist that fights women’s rights? For example; fighting for the women in Afghanistan who aren’t allowed to show their faces or speak or the women who can’t have abortions in the US due to what states they live in. Or are you one of them “feminists” that hate all men and use feminism as a weapon against men and making us all out like we all the bad guys just because of what our ancestors did years ago?
