Lol what? Western Civilization is completely off? You mean like... the first world? Are you asking our opinions on our favorite 3rd world countries? If you're middle eastern, why not just go back to the motherland? You sound like you don't like modern, jew'd-out culture, which is understandable. But I don't think 'Western Civilization' is your problem.

Honestly, that's pretty fucking loony that your construction co. gave foreman to a schizophrenic. Like... wtf?! Schizophrenia is nothing to sneeze at. It's no depression or add. It's serious as fuck. Has he told you he's diagnosed? He might just be a crazy asshole. Real schizophrenics usually cannot hold a demanding job for very long. I'd be out. Go somewhere else. To me it wouldn't be worth the stress.

Just tell her what's up. I did with my wife. Just said listen, I started realizing it was causing me to be sluggish and foggy all the time. It's not good for you to cum that often. And so on. She's real cool and we're fine. I just go down on her a lot more.

Brain fog is caused by down-regulation of dopamine and GABA receptors. It's usually the result of withdrawal. Or neurotransmitter abuse. Weed is not helping you. Stop using drugs and alcohol for a couple of months. Stop excessive masturbation/sex. Exercise and eat well. Your brain fog will be gone.

I never claimed that masturbation raised cortisol and estrogen levels. That was OP. I do know that ejaculation in the form of an orgasm raises cortisol levels. I don't know that there's a difference between masturbation and sex as a catalyst here. I don't think estrogen levels rise, but testosterone levels drop, so same effect. It's like pulling a marshmallow off of the fire. Would you say its cool levels are rising? No, you'd say it's degree of warmth is diminishing. Potato Potahto. Check out t…

This is a really good post. It's so easy to compromise your opinions in the public sphere, especially at work and around family. I still find it very hard (living in CT) to speak my mind at work when the 5 leftist fagoids who sit around me spill their mindless CNN indoctrination all day long - only because one of them is my boss. But emphatic rejection, as you call it, is indeed wisest under these circumstances. You get nowhere by arguing ideology with normies. Try being red-pilled and having a …

How often do you ejaculate? You should not ejaculate more than once every 3 weeks. And that's MAX. Eliminate porn and masturbation from your life. It's poison.
/r/TheRedPill25/09/17 05:08 PM
3

It's just excess ejaculation and orgasm. Orgasm fucks with your dopamine receptors, big time. In that sense, it's as addictive as any other addictive substance. This is why porn addiction is so rampant. Constantly chasing that better high (more and more depraved shit). On top of that, your semen contains vital nutrients that are reabsorbed by the body when not used. We are not meant, as humans, to ejaculate nearly as often as we do. Not NEARLY as often. It's a plague. It's weakening men and soci…

Its' fun, and harmless as long as you don't overdo it People say the same thing about weed and coke. Maybe for some people it holds true. I can personally tell you that eliminating porn and jerking off completely, and even only having sex no more that once every 3 weeks, has completely changed me as a person. Like nothing else ever has or could.

NoFap is a fucking God-send. Anyone who knocks it hasn't tried for very long. I'm convinced that masturbation/porn/excessive ejaculation are utterly destroying manhood in our society. We're simply not meant to release loads multiple times a week. It's the BIGGEST lie. Go 2 weeks with no porn or jerking off. Or even sex. Tell me you don't feel like a completely new person. Stress - gone. Depression - gone. Glowing eyes and skin. Energy through the roof. And much more.

The blue-pill is very strong in most young guys. Once you've been rp'd for a long time it's easy to forget this. The concept of TRP doesn't even exist to those who are unaware of it. College is like one giant pedestal, with all the girls on top and all the thirsty momma's boys kneeling with a sparkle in their eye. Heavy deprogramming is required and it takes a good amount of time. Most guys don't see the light til their late 20s or 30s. Even that is somewhat rare.

Tough one. I can kind of relate. I'm 32 though. A bit younger. You have 2 choices as I see it: fuck her or go about your life and ignore her somewhat... treat her as any other coworker. But stop the hamstering. That's female shit. It won't get you anywhere. Even worse, she'll start to sense your attraction and will in turn become less attracted to you. She's a dumb female. But she's also a human, and humans want what they can't have. Once she knows she can have you, you've got about 3 or 4 days …

The good thing is, you can never fuck with the natural order of things. Truth in nature. Women don't want power. They want recognition and affirmation. They are secretly terrified of being tasked with real responsibility. All leftism and feminism are, are mechanisms for the elite to secure more control. Any woman who buys into it you can write off as stupid. There are stupid, malleable people in this world. A lot of them. Anybody you know who promotes leftism is stupid. All there is to it. You d…

It's all about not jerking off. Even having too much sex. Men these days bust nuts every day, or at least multiple times a week. We're not meant to - simple as that. It fucks with dopamine receptors, T levels, and a lot more. Semen contains vital nutrients and it's not meant to be expelled all over your paper towels and your plate's face every weekend. Sounds crazy, but give it a try. Porn is a curse.

Her only weapon is your fear of what she will do. This. Once she knows in her gut that you're more valuable and nothing she can do will phase you, she loses every ounce of her power. It's a crippling effect. Once that understanding sets in, you own the relationship.

women provide barely anything of value outside of their sexuality. Find a good woman. They'll still bitch & moan a ton. Shit test once a day or so. And they won't bring much to the table intellectually. But you'll find that they definitely provide a ton of value outside of their sexuality. They're fun. As much as there is to hate about women, there's as much to love about them. The real red pill is the mastery of your life, with women in it.

Fair enough - your prerogative. But your point on needing to address your woman if she behaves like shit... this depends entirely on the degree of the misbehavior. Yeah if she calls you out on something private in front of a crowd or openly flirts with others, of course. It's grounds for a disciplining or a ghosting. But a woman is NOT EVER going to stop behaving like shit. Just like a child, she'll stop for a few hours. Or even a few days if you're really lucky. But if you think yelling or repr…

The feelings of depression that can come upon me after a few days of drinking mimic almost identically the feelings of depression and nothingness I get after whacking it for a few days in a row. I'd be curious to see some research on this stuff.

Also, by association, betas will elicit guilt and shame just as hard. My mother guilt trips (or tries to) over every god damn thing she can. After I hit 30 and started distancing myself from her because of it, she caught on and began using my beta dad to proxy manipulate. And boy is he more than happy to. It's all really sad.

Go into tech man (computer science or IT management major... something like that). Learn to code a little bit. Java, Python, etc. But also learn to deal with people. You can land a role at an IT company as a project manager, QA analyst, UNIX admin, or something like that. That's where the money is and it's easy once you fall into a role.

I'll give you mine. They're bullshit. Men are becoming feminized. Women are becoming masculinized. Society is telling us to be one thing and our physiology is telling us the opposite. People are confused and losing their identity. The ones on drugs are the ones who can't see through it all and can't understand what's happening to them. I actually have a problem with #5. A big one. reading post after post, book after book, is dopamine seeking behavior. Filling your head with theory–new tricks and insights–without taking the proper action to implement them is mental masturbation in its purest form. It is definitely a hard pill to swallow, but for most people, constantly reading self help material is just a sneaky way for your brain to get a dopamine hit, while the host is left with a false feeling of success and accomplishment.D…

I guess it's not much different, except in that alcohol is mostly recognized as bad for the human body (I know, queue the study that shows a glass of wine is good for you), whereas masturbation is thought of as good for the body, is being deemed more and more acceptable in our society, and so on... to the point where porn and masturbation are becoming almost commonplace. Notice a drop in your mood after 7 days? I'm wondering because I'm reading a lot about the huge testosterone spike (145%) after 7 days and then a return back to baseline immediately after, around day 8. Thank you man. As someone who deals with a good bit of stress, this was too good to be true. I'm praying it wasn't just some sort of coincidence because this could be the holy grail for me. But it makes sense that it wasn't a coincidence. Trying to find more and more science on it. Apparently testosterone levels rise very high after 7 days. And other chemical changes occur... in dopamine and it's opposite hormone, and things like that.

Enable is an interesting word choice. It's funny how women only act out once they begin to see you as needy and below them in SMV. So where it seems as though enabling should be a product of the giving of free rein, in actuality it occurs when we are too available and laissez-faire. Vile creatures.

I'm going to try to get this all out of my system and put the cheating life behind me for good. Can you expand a little bit on the 'never lie to women' thing and what you learned from your divorce? Thanks man!

You're probably right... now that I think about it. It probably is my ego. If enough time goes by where I don't hear from any of my plates, I get beta and reach out to them. And it's not even like I necessarily wanna fuck them. Just know that they're still going to send me nudes and stuff. So yeah, I think it's probably an ego thing. I remember the one time I got cheated on. In college. I went full beta emotional tirade freak. So what's the best course of action, you think? What will be the repe…

My mom has guilt-tripped me my entire life. It's her M.O. So yeah, that's real hard to undo. It's in my marrow. It wasn't til very recently I realized how toxic my parents were. Nice as hell. But narcissistic and manipulative to the core.

Not sure if it's validation stuff. I don't know why I'd need it. My whole life I've been told how good-looking I am, etc. I've banged more girls than I can count. But who knows. I'm sure it stems from some experience way back that led to an insecurity. Literally just gonna go cold-turkey I think. I think I'll be happier not cheating. I don't like the person I am. I feel like everyone can see that I'm hiding something - all over my face. It's not a good way to live. That new pussy though. Fuck.

The part of TRP ideology that vilifies cheating, does so because of the honor factor. If you're cheating, you're breaking promises left and right, being deceitful and thus weak. Nothing to do with her fee fees.

It's not good for the soul. This is really true. I used to cheat a ton. I was also riddled with anxiety and minor depression in other aspects of my life. I feel like as soon as I made the decision to stop (even though I was good at it and never got caught), the stress completely fled from my life. Coincidence maybe, but I'm not so sure.

So is it possible for the alpha to be happily married - to settle down? Or are you saying that the alpha needs to sacrifice many alpha characteristics in order to be "happily married"? It's definitely very grey. I'm getting married soon and definitely the alpha in the relationship. Dread game is strong. I don't forsee becoming the bitch, but maybe that's naive.

I actually needed to hear this - thanks. Been cheating on my fiancee for a while. Because I can I guess. And because I'm addicted to the female body (I truly believe I have a problem). But I made a vow to myself that I was going to stop this once married (8 months away). I want so bad to stop and I'm hoping I can. I know I'm an asshole. Weak. Probably insecure. I've cheated as long as I can remember. On all girls. I'm really good looking, even objectively. Have a good job. In great shape. So it'…

If you think too much about women you'll drive yourself crazy. There's no answer. They are irrational, illogical beings. They exist to procreate, socialize, and care. That's it. They want to be led. They want to be what they are - inferior. They want the James Bond/Hercules hybrid to choose them. That's it. Does James Bond care about women's feelings? Is he wondering why his bedroom is dead and women are branch swinging? No, because he never gets to that point. Because he doesn't care. You need …

Your LTR doesn't like the change because it means less time in the day with you so she tells you that she doesn't like it. You tell her that you're going to go regardless of what she says and she blows up at you. Later that night you try to touch her and she rolls over or swats your hand away. Now not only will she not even talk to you, but she won't let you have sex either. You're going too far here. This is beta activity. So true. There's a female account manager in my office who pulls in like $180k per year. I don't talk to her much because I'm younger, in IT, and our tasks never really cross paths. I can tell you one thing. Going to the gym after a couple days of fapping vs. going to the gym after 5 days of not fapping is night and day. Weak shell of a man attempting some lifting vs. absolute monster, shot out of a cannon mentality.
/r/TheRedPill03/04/17 05:36 PM

Hell yeah. I found recently that cutting coffee out of my life has made me much calmer and happier. It's unbelievable. Like any other addiction, it begins to lose it's efficacy. Soon you're just having 2 cups to cure your withdrawal from the day before and make you feel normal. All of these things we use/pursue to give us an artificial 1-up in life end up doing more damage than good.
/r/TheRedPill03/04/17 05:34 PM

It caused a lot of anxiety in me because I became self-conscious about how stoned/stupid I seemed to others. I wasted a lot of years of my life smoking every night with losers. Drifted halfway into the stoner crowd after high school, which is not a cool place to be. You either go all in stoner or not at all. Smoking with stoners every day and still trying to maintain your old, normal life with normal people is not going to work. I quit a long time ago and it was definitely the right decision. Al…

you're set for the rest of your life being awesome on easy mode Just wanted to say I love this analogy. It's so perfect if you grew up on Nintendo and Sega. Doesn't even have to be big cities. I'm from a leftist town in NJ. Yeah you're right. But women are so god damn manipulative, that with "go ahead be mad" comes "THEN I'M NOT GOING TO YOUR FUCKING DAD'S RETIREMENT PARTY NEXT MONTH" or any number of other things. It's a constant battle. I really feel that marriage is a trap laden with societal expectations and conflict. I really feel there's no answer. We've all been there. Women are great when Christmas comes around, when you have a wedding to go to, when dinner needs cooking, etc. But I cannot fucking stand the…

That's the thing with any drug. It's never going to end well. The high or buzz or whatever feels so good is never going to feel good at the same dosage. You're always going to need more or else you're just sustaining an addiction for no reason. Speaking from experience. They all fuck with you in ways you don't expect and would never even realize at the time.

Women need to be led. That's all there is to it. It's very rare that I can just come home from work, have dinner, and then go read a book. I could, but it's guaranteed she'll be walking into the room, doing something near me, disrupting my concentration and peace. They are not individuals. They do not think for themselves and they don't care about ideas. They care about comfort and social acceptance. They want their instagram and their wedding blogs. That's it. And the amount of people who drink that much coffee are minimal. Do tell me how 1% of over users should ruin it for the rest. But this isn't flawed logic. Then you're retarded. Eloquent Lmfao no its not. Ive had coffee for over a decade, at times daily and at other times I'll go months without it, no craving and no jitters. I don't believe you. Lmfao? /r/TheRedPill24/03/17 02:36 PM

I totally agree. I don't not drink. But I drink only on occasions. Once every 2-3 weeks. With coffee, however, I don't see a benefit to this. Some might. But when you're having a latte a day, you're likely addicted to the caffeine.

It can be incredibly tough if you've been drinking it for a while. Especially in amounts like 60 ounces/day. Even 8 ounces a day is hard though. I find it gets tougher as you get closer to elimination. I drank half cups of decaf forever. It's a mental thing. I've never been so alert, awake, and happy in my adult life though. I never fully realized just how addictive that shit is.

It's amazing to me how many older man are beta as fuck. I always assumed it was something that came with time, i.e. men in their teens/20s live the m'lady fantasy life and come around to the truth in their 30s/40s. Jesus Christ, was I wrong. I see it everywhere. 50, even 60 year old men... profoundly cucked to the gills in all aspects of life - women, politics, culture, etc. Unreal. And incredibly sad.

The only people who say this are people who fail at marriage or whom nobody wants to marry. Be the man in the relationship. Find a sweet, cute wife who respects you and is the beta in the relationship. Learn to manage your time. Set boundaries and do you. Find balance. Achieve this and you will have a great marriage. Perfect? No. But I promise, living alone your entire life isn't perfect either.
