That great feeling during exercise, like the runners high, is actually the body producing cannabinoid mimicking hormones, not endorphins. I find it amusing runners especially get to love that burst, just shows even if we are fitness minded we still like to get high, if it didn't feel good no one would do it. (I'm just commenting that's all, lift away if that's what makes you happy my friend 👍)

The gym is the same for men and women, encouraging vanity. I do agree men can be lunatics, I've had to defend myself from a few female ones too, my thoughts lean towards less division based on mob mentality and more cooperation within the two halves of humanity, no one actually asked to be suddenly awakened into whatever ordeal this life is, or at least we don't remember.

Because we can't use sex as a weapon and because we won't make a big deal about things and if we do we are promptly arrested and have more financial sanctions added. They tell us to "get on with your life" after a family breakdown, however it is hard to do that when we are paying whatever the government deems fair, for me the last year I paid child support they decided 42% of my wage was fair...

I'm still amazed that porn is so freely available. Social media sites get the bad press (though social media is an insidious evil) while I haven't ever heard one complaint about freely available porn. When I grew up everything was a lot more restricted and unavailable to minors and yet now it seems to have gone unnoticed and is seen as a given. It just seems odd to me

what job does a man earn more than a woman based purely on gender? Which is what the never ending complaint seems to be, the only job I can think of where there is a pay disparity between genders is in tennis...for winning a championship like Wimbledon the actual prize money is the same but the women only need to win 3 sets not 5 as the men do...less work as men, same money as men...so who is being ripped off?
