The article is about acid attacks in london, Senortrumper says "yay multiculturalism", you say "Don't forget gun control! London is a fantastic example of how gun control reduces violence.". Were you no longer commenting on acid attacks?

More where their right to practice their religion clashes with human rights, just because I left the religion doesn't mean they can advocate for my death, or because of their belief its ok to circumcise.

I don't envy your position. Agree to disagree and just don't talk about the subject anymore. Only broach it if you feel she's going too far and letting her beliefs impact you or your son. I understand it does suck and I had a similar issue a while back where, after a few drinks, I aired my MRA stances and questioned feminist narrative (muslims are good, circumcision is ok, wage gap etc). A few of the people I was sitting with got annoyed with me and we debated (mostly ending at me asking them fo…

That's a pretty poor excuse so I won't chalk it entirely up to that. To continue that logic would be to say FGM is used in Africa and the Middle East, we (the west) have a history of fucking them over so we won't say anything against it. I'd say it's more a product of medical companies (US at least) pushing circumcision for greed, the lack of knowledge about what it entails and the way that people can't bring themselves to admit what they are doing is hideously wrong and have been treating babie…

Imagine they offered self defense training to men for free and not the women. I wonder the extent of outrage? Well up until 2009 they had conscription, they taught lots of men self-defence for free.

I was raised a strict muslim. Part of my religion was to fight Jews and other non-muslims. Another part was to burn/stone/crucify homosexuals. Another was to beat my wife if she didn't listen, to beat my children if they went away from Islam and later kill them if they became apostates. I'm permitted to keep slaves, as I am to have sex with them without their consent. Tell me how any of that being from religion and being a serious part of my faith makes it acceptable? In fact traditional Judaism…

Muslims have the right to practice their faith which includes the right to engage in ritual mutilation, it was done to me and I will do it to my daughter. I don't pretend it has any benefits if any kind or that it does not cause physical or emotional harm- I support it as a religious practice that is 4000 years old that you are in no way required to follow. This is an article from Egypt, no one is asking you to live there. If you want to ban circumcision in America that is your choice to persue …

Tl;dr - my body, my choice. Circumcision is a bit of a no-mans land for the MRM, some are for it, some are against it. From what I've seen most on here are against it as am I. There a few medical problems which have been attributed to circumcision, namely erectile dysfunction and a few others that I really can't be bothered to recall - the most extreme are bleeding to death/sepsis from the procedure itself. There have also been links tied to anxiety, depression and anger but that I feel is mainl…

If you have to be told this, then you were not abused. So if a child grows up being battered and later has to be told that beating people is wrong there was no abuse? That doesn't mean that the gender-switched situation is correct, only that it is different and the difference (in one direction or the other, or both) is likely the result of sexism. How is it different though? If I spread a picture of a woman or a man the result is the same. I've committed a crime and spread intimate photos of som…

Erections are controlled by the autonomic system, you can't control it past thinking of ugly thoughts, case being the way you can wake up in the mornings with an erection or can get one completely randomly in the middle of the day. Either your body decides it's erection time, or your body can respond to stimulation of your genitals. Similar to how some rape victims have said they were secreting or even orgasmed during that time.

Interesting, do you drink yourself? Do you find it difficult to find people that don't drink or do you just forego the drinking occasions? Just strikes me as different to me and I'm curious; a lot of my socialising has alcohol playing a part - meeting mates in the pub, going to the hockey, chilling in front of the tv after a long week. Come to think of it, the only time I wouldn't drink is if I'm driving or in a position of responsibility.

The only lesson I've taken from this is the speaker really likes calling her a bitch. No analysis of studies, just whining that he doesn't like what she's saying and dishing out uncalled for character attacks. What I was hoping he'd do is ignore/briefly touch on her anecdotes and go to her claims of female physicians having greater rates of depression and suicide (when compared with other female doctorates), and that the suicide rate matches that of male physicians. My question would be if that …

It's not fair, however being a guy that is straight but with a hint of bi, I've found by not giving a fuck (to an extent though, my religious family doesn't need to know) I've been accepted reasonably well. I still get the, "I know you sleep with girls and I've seen you only making out with women, but I heard you kissed a guy so are you gay?". Circumcised as a baby - I'm not sure, my dick skin is pretty tough (similar to the back of my palm) so I don't really need lube. A few times during sex I haven't felt a thing besides pressure, that can be annoying. Interesting your point about being unable to reach orgasm, I tried doing what I normally do to myself on another guy (play with what's left of my frenulum) and he drew away saying it hurt too much.

Listening to the first part of the song, all I can think about is the number of girls I've met and later wrote off for being unable to cook, clean or generally look after themselves. Seriously bewilders me when I meet people that can't do simple house stuff. How anyone manages to make it to their mid-twenties without learning how to cook, clean and keep a house running is beyond me. I'm not saying people should be a house slave, but at least learn to look after yourself.

White knighting is a terrible thing, and this guy was told repeatedly not to get involved. If others can learn from his mistake, than white knights are deservedly punished for their crimes, then it wont be a waste I agree. It's like the British soldiers that died of trench foot and suffered all types of injuries because they wouldn't keep their noses out of Germany's business.

Recently, auto drivers in a district was ordered by women police cell to remove front mirror. Argument is that drivers use front mirror to eye contact womyn and they get disturbed. My dad's taxi driver in the UK, using the rear view mirror for keeping an eye on passengers is one of the few things he has to get an early warning before they puke in the car, kick off or run without paying. Simply illogical to put one person's comfort over another's need to protect themselves and their livelihood.

Struggling to see your point of view on why it should change, can I ask why? Due to the belief that people can be reformed or is it something else? I'm not sure where I stand on it if I'm honest. Isn't it possible that the loneliness men face in adult life, which we all seem to think is a great problem that must be tampered with, might be one of our greatest gifts? Or at least, the price we pay for the reward of producing above-average output that cannot be achieved with 20% of one's time, but that requires 80-100% of one's time? Interesting idea, and I see your points but what sticks out to me is what are we doing these things for? What am I trading my life, my family time, my friendshi…

I like the message, but I really dislike the delivery. A calmly delivered, unsarcastic video would do much better than the way this woman derides and ridicules. I see that doing it this way shocks but it's less usable as a tool for highlighting inequalities to the general public. This feels like the female version of the ranting and raving man that "whinges" about women taking advantage of their higher position. But that's just my opinion.

Ask him if he has ever had an erection at the "wrong" time, eg. while lifting, giving a presentation or speech, gym class. Do the opposite, challenge him to instantly get an erection using his mind only and then lose it just as quickly. Ask him if during class when the hot teacher bends over for an extended period of time if he got an erection. Ask him if he has ever woken up with an erection, ask if he has ever masturbated himself flaccid without orgasming while in that state. The whole point b…

I made a mistake at a theme park when I was younger (16) and I walked unknowingly into a ladies toilets. I was in a rush so I ran into a cubicle and did what needed to be done, as I walked out to the sinks they had these awesome communal basins that were round so the number of sinks wasn't dictated by the number of free walls. Anyway, I thought it was really cool that there were cubicles, there were no urinals to save on cleaning and the sinks were revolutionary sinks. Obviously I wasn't the bri…

When I was a kid at school I used to cry a fair amount more than would be expected of boys my age. Majority of teachers sent me outside to "get a hold of myself". When the girls in my class started crying there was no sending out, just being hugged and being told it was ok. It would have been nice to have that when I was a kid but us boys got on with life and girls needed mollycoddling.
