Circumcised as a baby - I'm not sure, my dick skin is pretty tough (similar to the back of my palm) so I don't really need lube. A few times during sex I haven't felt a thing besides pressure, that can be annoying.

Interesting your point about being unable to reach orgasm, I tried doing what I normally do to myself on another guy (play with what's left of my frenulum) and he drew away saying it hurt too much.

You need to spit at least on your dick if you want to stimulate the glans, as you'll probably be rubbing it with fingers/thumb. It's certainly easier for you to masturbate. I can jerk it without touching the glans, but I can just imagine what it would feel like for some thin skin to be rubbing up and down when I do it.

yes. no lubrication can cause painful tearing if your skin is too tight (mine is). as a teen it was pretty painful just to have an erection at all, and at first caused tearing all on its own (imagine having paper cuts all around your penis just under the head, where the skin reattaches to the head). its naturally stretched over the years so that it no longer tears from just being erect. i have had several painful tears- some even during intercourse that have caused profuse bleeding. Saw a doctor about it and he suggested i look into restoration, or corrective surgery to fix. i have started trying to restore- but that isnt a pleasant exercise, and it will be several months to years before i see any benefit from it.
