STBXW ThreatsWe do have a 6 months old. I haven’t done much I regret in my life. But marrying her is truly the #1 regret I will carry with me. I love my son and he is such a good baby… but I wish I didn’t bring him to this relationship. | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/01/25 05:02 AM
STBXW ThreatsI’ve thought about this. I just don’t feel emotionally ready to talk to my work and coworkers about my marriage. It’s exhausting having to work hard, deal with a mean wife, take care of my son… but I think you’re right. It’s gonna be either I tell him or she does it for me | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/01/25 10:44 PM
STBXW ThreatsWe do have a new 6 months old. I fell for her hard in the beginning and the first few times she did it to me, I was hurt, I told her how I felt but it felt like she did it more cause she knew it hurt me. It’s my fault tho that I stayed and took it like an idiot. Slowly I built resentment and I started doing it to her and now we both are toxic to each other. I wish I had left early before having a baby with her but I was stupid. | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/01/25 10:42 PM
My wife and I simply cannot stop fighting. How to know it's time to divorce?Although I agree with you. You can stop fighting but how do you deal with a woman who wants to be in charge of things like the house, the kid, and everything? I either let her run things or she’s fighting me over everything… there is always something. Now she does not want me parents to see my kid. They haven’t for a month. It’s either her way or no way. | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/01/25 04:22 AM
The divorce subreddit is sickening!!!!I am definitely going to look it up to read it lol thanks for mentioning it | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/01/25 02:21 AM
The divorce subreddit is sickening!!!!Hey… you forgot to mention that these wives are ALL leaving their “narcissistic” husbands. Narcissistic personality disorder is like 1% of the population based on some data, but 99% of the divorced husbands on social media lol. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/01/25 06:41 AM
Any success with staving off divorce by making a list of demands to radically change the marriage?Bro you can’t demand desire. If she doesn’t desire you, you’re at loss. I’m sorry. This is the reality of marriage… | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/12/24 07:38 AM
Finally pulled the plugYeah I’ve read it. It changed my life. It did help me get more respect in my marriage but the sex still limited… | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/12/24 07:45 AM
Finally pulled the plugBrother, I am so honest. But we are at the point she can’t hear me. I am sure she feels like I can’t hear her too. There’s no conversation. Just blaming and not taking responsibility or accountability and defensiveness. I’m exhausted of trying to talk things through. But I know deep down, she’s a good person. Anyway, I am sorry for what you’re going through. But also I think it’s brave and good things will come your way in the future for doing the hard things in life | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/12/24 07:17 AM
Finally pulled the plugMan, I feel like this is my relationship too but we are not separated. I’m sad because I want to get divorce. But also sad to leave… | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/12/24 06:45 AM
AITAHHonestly establish boundaries, say if you talk to me this way again, then ### will happen and then do it. The consequence for her behavior has to be something stops her behavior. Idk what you could do but if you’re paying bills online, then do you really need to be texting her? Maybe block her for a month… jk, but you come up with something and keep your word. Otherwise she’ll keep doing it if there are no consequences, I was there before. The only way it made it stop is by having boundaries. Go… | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/12/24 11:31 AM
STBXW got the best of me last night, and I lost it.Brother, she is gone emotionally and over this relationship. The faster you let her go, the faster you get to focus on YOU! And your recovery and journey to a better life without someone who is bringing you pain! I know it’s easier said than done tho. Good luck! | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/11/24 07:54 PM
Should I divorce or play it through?Brother, we are just online people, we know nothing about the details. My advice is, talk to a close friend or your family. Be honest with them about your situation and see what they say. Talk to a friend who knows both of you. My situation is similar to yours except that my wife does not smoke or drink, but sex life nonexistent. I’ve been contemplating divorce and going to see a lawyer soon. Good luck! | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/11/24 07:10 AM
