If you are a woman, it would be filling the void with validation, because guys would smash for next to nothing.

I would recommend you start here: - you read models by mark Manson. You approach women fearfully and it's time you let that go by accepting that you don't control everything. Becoming ok with 'Vulnerability', which is sexy btw, is something u need to focus on. - Work out, take it seriously, don't half ass it. I have a video on my youtube if you need motivation but if you can look at the mirror and admire yourself for the hard work you put in, your self-esteem would sky rocket. And you DON'T need…

I also don't drink or smoke so I couldn't find a cheap fix to that, Instead I would -just start exploring the place and learn more. - Talk to people, even guys, even unattractive girls - fistbumb random people and give quick compliments "nice shirt" ( this is a great way to just make friends ) - bring a friend and talk with them - approach girls, don't be an ass, leave if they aren't feeling but don't let it get you down and approach another one. It feels amazing to get turned down by a girl but…

Setting your boundaries and not tolerating disrespect is what helps with a positive self-image.

Seems like he had plenty of chances if you guys had been close for 4 months. If he really did like you but couldn't come out and say it then he probably has some things he needs to work on in himself and this is a good learning experience. Also it's possible he just doesn't care anymore, the best thing for you to do to get some clarity is just talk with them, show your cards and figure it out.

I personally may still go out with you but I wouldn't take you seriously, for obvious reasons, you know what you did wasn't good which is why you are posting about it. But it all depends on the guy, maybe he wouldn't mind at all! but I wouldn't want to have serious relationship with a girl who sleeps with my friends.

I'm reading it right now and its already helping me be true to not only girls I like, but to myself as well. In addition, the time and mental space I've saved by just being non needy and forthright is a real gift.

For me personally, approaching girls has been fun and positive (after you get over the initial fear) even if they wouldn't give me their Instagram or number, it was still a good experience. Sure, we have some outliers that want to make you feel like what you've done/doing is wrong and that you should feel ashamed, but don't let them stop you guys, because there is a girl like op that's just waiting for a guy like you to walk into her life.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
