Very good comment. Thats what I’m currently doing. Self improvement is my biggest goal for 2018. Just working on myself, hitting my goals, improving my looks, getting more confident, lift, dress good etc... Its a lot better than being desperate and just focus on girls.

I’m with you on that. I’m just not sure I’ll do it for more than a month. I feel the best around days 7-11 and after that it feels like my libido goes down a bit. But I’m not sure what to do in the future. I’m done with porn thats for sure, but I think I’ll bring back masturbation once a week or once every other week. Just not sure when.
