I only use social media to interact and keep up with bands I enjoy, I really don't get the appeal of posting pictures of your life. A neighbor I know posts literally everything her and her familly do, even her daughter is starting to do the same, it's insane to me.

Ironically enough, you are doing the same thing that those subs that want to ban this one are doing. You have cherry picked a handful of posts that are by women when majority are from men just like those subs that want us banned cherry pick posts from this sub where guys actively hate on women when majority of posts are guys sharing their thoughts on subjects or showing what they have been doing lately. You can't expel darkness with darkness, or hate with hate. If we do the same thing that some …

In my opinion, you should not hire an escort just to get over the virgin label. All you're doing then is feeding the mindset you have created that your worth is based on what you have done with a girl, or experienced in life compared to others which is bullshit. Change your mindset bro, learn to love yourself and realize that ultimately, your worth is based on what you think it is. If people want to label you as a kissless virgin, then let them. Who gives two fucks what anyone else perceives you…

Funny how this has the exact opposite affect that they want, I would guess majority of those boys will never sexually harass a woman, but by making them apologize, all you do is feed them with hate and contempt by essentially accusing them of being no better than those who have committed those crimes. Sad to see, I hope none of them ever do turn to extremism or actively go harass women because they got treated ike this as you mentioned. I see a lot of this on other social media too, mostly on th…

I personally don't think all social media is going to bring negativity into your life, except TikTok, I will never install that bullshit. I have only ever had an Instagram, Twitter and Reddit, and am fine. I use Instagram to keep up with news of bands I enjoy, and interact with them. I only use Twitter and Reddit for catching news of free games or sales, and for this subreddit. If you don't actively go searching or poking around in the negative areas of those apps, or interacting with toxic peop…

Don't fight fire with fire man, it just means that we are willing to stoop to their level. No reason to be petty and attack their posts that slander men, if someone does that and we feel the need to retaliate, then we will truly be slaves to them.

Could I DM you with some questions that I have? I am underweight for my height and don't know how to go about putting on weight while defining my muscles with the equipment I have available.

Don't let bad past experiences define you and how you live, instead let those experience shape you into a better person so they don't happen again. I think it is also helpful to look at the feeling of bitterness from two different angles: when someone wronged you, or when you made a mistake. I find when someone wrongs me, it is easy for me to let it go and not hold a grudge, I am a very non-confrontational person so it does not benefit me to stay angry and bitter. However, that does not mean you…

You have given really great advice in these posts, massive thank you for taking the time to write all this. It is definitely a help and reminder to a young person like me. I am very glad I learned at a young age not to seek validation from anyone else, I believe it is the best thing anyone can do, and I think the lack of it is what plagues so many people today.

Absolutely great words of encouragement, thank you. I definitely fear for young boys and girls growing up today, I'm only 18 but feel extremely fortunate to grow up when and how I did, kids today have a lot of things being stuffed down their throats from what I can see. The same can probably be said for when I grew up, but I like to think that it wasn't so.

I second Think Before You Sleep. Guy is super easy to understand, has a lot of stories, and offers logical advice to just being a better person overall. I know Paul Proteus is no longer an active creator and hadn't been for a while even before his passing (RIP), but his videos are great also, go give them a watch if you haven't already, he has about 40 total if I remember correctly. Solid advice, and overall just very chill atmosphere in his videos.

Virginity is nothing to be ashamed of or be depressed about, is it really worth the effort just to experience a few moments of pleasure? Anytime you feel your mind drifting off to thoughts like that, just think of the pro and cons of getting involved romantically or sexually involved with women. I myself am not much of a people person, and prefer to stick to myself and the routine I have built. Thus my list of cons heavily outweighs the pro, which really is just ejaculation. Notice that there is…

I think when people try to compare you to someone else they think it will give you the drive to do more, which is really stupid because then you are always going to be working to be "better" or "on the same level" as someone else. Just realize that life isn't a race, if you have to take more time to finish your schooling or anything else, then that isn't a problem, it's not a competition. In my case, I was ahead a year or two in high school for my age (finished in 2019) thinking all was going we…

I play a bit of piano and very minimal guitar, my main instrument is drums, been playing it for around 7 years now. Piano is easy to pick up and learn yes, I did an independent video course when I was around 9, took lessons for a couple years on and off after that, and again lessons when my little brother was taking it. After all that, I can play alright, it will take me a while to learn a piece as I will really need to sit down and practice it, can't sightread at all or anything of the sort. Vi…

Double standards play a part too I think. Man cheats = scumbag. Woman cheats = Her man isn't giving her what she needs. Man has to meet a womans standards for dating, but god forbid you do the same, then she deserves better and you are a sexist pig. Man hits woman = abuser, jail time for you. Woman hits man = emotional, in the moment reaction. I have also heard it put like this: All the traits that were good in men are now universal to all humans, so all the bad traits of men are now the only tr…

Hey man, I may have not ever been in a situation like yours, but I think we all go through a stage in life where we feel like we are at rock bottom, and once you are at the bottom, the only way to go is up. Start getting back into the habits you had before your ex came into the picture, and become the person you want to be. I believe true self confidence can only be achieved when you learn to love yourself, because then it won't matter what anyone else thinks of you. Invest time into hobbies tha…

Yeah you're completely right. It just really rubs me the wrong way when my own sister thinks like that, I didn't think I would ever hear her say that, but looking back, I should've seen it coming because of previous converstions and interactions I have had with her. I don't agree with this idea that literally every little thing is sexually arousing to a guy, but it is something I will have to live with.

Yep, I don't want to be angry all the time so when I find my mind wandering down that path, I just stop what I'm doing and take a minute to reset, it's easy to get caught up jn all that stuff and I don't want to live like that. Will definitely check that channel out, thanks for taking the time to reply!

Yep that is something I try to do, when I start seeing posts like that or getting angry, I just turn it off and remind myself that not everyone is like that. I definitely will keep your words in mind, thanks for taking the time to reply!
