Thank you for all this advice, I appreciate it. I'm asking for joint legal and physical custody currently. She's wanting majority custody and saying my job isn't stable enough to have enough time with our kid. So, we'll see.

Absolutely, dude. Thank you and I have been doing that. There's nothing to show of any anger on my end. I'm just asking for all the time I can have with our child and when she says she's only okay with what she seems as consistent, I just say I respectfully disagree but I'll agree to the time for now. And have it documented and get the time I can until there's a court order in place.

Absolutely. I've asked for all my time over text. So, it's documented. Hopefully they see this restriction and it plays a role. I just want to be in our child's life as much as possible. It terrible being removed so much.

My stbxw was also a SAHM by her own choice. It wasn't mine as I was clear with wanting a dual income household. Currently separated and divorce has been filed. I'm definitely stressed and nervous, but seeing this gives me some hope as I fight to have our child involved in both of our lives as much as possible. Thank you for this!

I appreciate you my guy. Definitely gonna let the Lawyer do some work and listen to them. Especially with how much I'll be paying him. Lol.

Agreed and I have to remind myself on that for sure. It's been so hard in this relationship for a while. I was already thinking of divorcing but that was the final straw for me. I'm not gonna give her a kid just to give her a kid.

Thank you, dude. I appreciate the support and sorry you had to go through that man. It's nice to have support for sure.

Thank you for this advice, I gotta keep telling myself things like what you said multiple times a day sometimes when I get anxious. It's hard not to be scared of and worried I made the right choice. I know eventually I'll be more secure with it and know it was the right choice. Definitely gonna talk to my lawyer before anything.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
