A lot of that parallels what I've researched. I appreciate you sharing. I'm going to get back into taking it tonight.

I ejaculate once every 3 weeks to once every 2 months. Are you sure?

Fair enough. I had the same dreaming effects, I think it's due to serotonin changes caused by one of the ingredients but I don't remember which. Appreciate the input!

I do nofap and only ejaculate into plates.

There is a theory working in an open office will make you more tired because your brain has to filter out the stimulus to focus. If it's true I imagine music is the same.

You bring up some good points. I suppose I am filtering out information often. I also do work in an unstructured manner. I think my sheets don't move much on a night but the rest makes sense. Perhaps on working days I just need to rest more and do everything else on non working days. Thanks man!

Interesting. Maybe I'll need SAD therapy during the day too. Thank you!

I use an alarm and woke at 6am all 7 days. I can't remember the exact order but I have slept from 9 to 10.30. The 10.30 days I had already napped on the train or during dinner by accident for a while. Sometimes I wake before my alarm.

Quality is average I guess. Not sure. Not stressed. I do software engineering but I love it. No stress. Am in a open space style environment.

Awesome. Thanks for the heads up - I had this issue long before zma though.

I'll dig around and do some research after college. Thank you! If anything comes from it I'll gift you some cash. Appreciate the help.

I already have 4k iu. Why 10k?
/r/askTRP29/11/18 08:57 PM

I get between 7 and 9.5. Most often 8 or 8.5. I've had 9 consistently for weeks before. What happens if you take Zma on too little sleep?

Bloodwork showed low b12 which I fixed and it made no difference. Further tests showed my supplementation worked too. I now get enough in my diet. I refuse to believe most people struggle to wake up, go to a fairly easy job for 8 or 9 hours and are falling asleep by the end of it, maybe getting a gym session in. Especially when diet, exercise and sleep are on point. I wake at 6am and fall asleep at 4pm unless I'm lucky. I might have a low genetic ceiling but I just don't buy it.

It contains more but the absorbed amounts have been observed to hit just over 100%. I also take supplements and eat a variety of meat and veg to be safe. I'll get some Siberian Ginseng. If it works ill gift you some money. Thank you!

I'm trying to avoid honey so I don't have the sugar. My carbs are all low GI, GL, and the worse I have is brown rice (after my tiredness as well). Other carbs are oats and the like. I'm certain it's not food related. Thanks for the ideas though!

Hah, appreciate the comment! I get around 230g of carbs a day. My 12 hour window is due to eating outside of a 12 hour window being linked to obesity, cancer and reduced longevity due to your circadian rhythm not working properly as it's first meal in a 12 hour cycle is a trigger according to Dr Rhonda Patrick. I have already experimented with eating outside this window and it doesn't change anything. My fasting period is after my tiredness and mostly just when I sleep. So it's not the cause.

I don't get SAD due to light therapy and vitamin D - I'll try laying off the Zma. Thank you!

I actually have a shake with over 100% of my nutrients and vitamins in, including the B vitamins, so I don't think it's those. Is it still worth exploring specifics? Thanks for sharing your insight!

Depression checklist: 4000IU Vitamin D a day. Wake at the same time every day. Get 8-9 hours sleep every day. Bright sunlight upon waking. Exercise regularly. Optimise nutrition. Eat in a 12 hour window. Have some zinc and magnesium before bed. Have a mission or some goals to focus on. Get a means of income. Do what your inner voice nags you about. Clean your room. Tidy your fashion sense. Get a quality hairstyle. That voice is telling you how to not be socially rejected. Cut out porn, social me…

I'm new to lifting. I can't tell if you're being serious. You can hit your natural limit going 3x a week? With what sort of program?
/r/askTRP29/11/18 08:13 AM

Schedule out 8.5 hours for sleep. Then schedule out work/class. Then schedule out x time for studying. Then with the rest plug in your goals from top priority downwards. I recommend getting gym, reading for 10 minutes and meditating for 10 minutes in first. This eases you in and those 3 will serve you the most in the long run.

I get a new plate once every 3 months. That's more than the 0 I was getting. I am however like 20% redpill. This shit works if you follow through. I can imagine if I stuck with it that 3 months could be 3 weeks easily.

Don't let anxiety run your life. "Hey man when it's late could you just be a bit more mindful of how loud you are, been kept up by loud bangs and the like." Be friendly and if he takes it badly just walk away. He'll probably just say no problem, and then he might be quieter or he might not. If you can't figure it out then definitely move out. Sleep is so fundamental it should be your top priority.

Try earphones or noise cancelling headphones, maybe even route an alarm through them? Moving out might be a good idea too.

I quit video games two years ago. Its not that gaming is awful for you, aside from it artificially fulfilling goal achieving and socialising needs (so you will seek them less irl). Its the idea of free time that's poison. You play video games to unwind, or to kill the time, or because you're bored. Imagine if every hour of gaming was instead an hour of studying, or developing a skill like programming or an instrument. Every dollar spent was invested or saved. You would be far richer and better o…

When you are of lower value, you try to make up for it in other ways. You're not a better person when you're humbler and worse looking any more than the beta that tries to win a girl by buying all her meals and drinks is being generous when he really wants sex by the end of it. Read No More Mr Nice Guy and apply it here.

Honestly I sorted my biology out. Sleep and wake at the same time daily. Use Sad therapy light in a morning and have a breakfast with protein and fats. Use blue light blocking glasses an hour before bed. This sets your circadian rhythm. If this is out of wack you'll have anxiety, less energy and poorer mood, and perform worse in general. It also increases negative cravings and cognitive ability. Improve sleep quality. Essentially get more bang for your buck. Pitch black room (or blindfold yourse…

We don't know. Neither does your psychiatrist. Only future you knows. Do one of those shitty email future me services and send an email to yourself in 6 months. Just put "You should be x, y and z. Are you on the path?" Put the subject as TRP. When you read it you'll notice you're close to or have smashed your 6 month goals. Or you'll realise leaving TRP made you less focused and you'll be reminded to come back, and can share the experience with us. Good luck.

I don't have a place of my own. Escalate elsewhere. If its far from home get a hotel. Go to her place. If she's horny enough just go public or in a car or some shit.

Kino. Touch her. Keep it simple. Hug her when you see her or high five her when she does something well in a group setting. Main subreddit and sidebar has info on this. Escalate. If she stops you then go down a level for a few minutes and try again. If that fails then withdraw attention but don't be a hurt bitch about it. Should give you a decent chance.

Text logistics. Meet up and escalate. After fucking, act like you're just casual. No direct words about it. If she brings it up, tell her that you never said you were exclusive. Then play your cards how you will.

They probably ride both cocks. But value isn't just looks and dick size. Attitude, confidence, ambition, resources, social life, how fun you are, volatility, independence.. I can't answer for you because there are tons of factors. Read the sidebar and think about how he could be applying them. 1 example: Do you think a porn star has a scarcity mentality regarding sex? He probably gets sick of it.

Your life purpose will change as you learn. My life purpose: Be as valuable as possible. Being valuable feels good. Its fulfilling to be productive. It gets you girls, sure. It also gets you promotions, money and friends. I also want to be massive and strong. I want to work on future tech (career). I want to be financially independent. I want to study Psychology. Give it 20 years and these will be different. Either because I achieve them, the realism of them changes or I discover something new. …

Come hither motion with two fingers. Feel for the spot that's a bit rougher or just different to the rest. Cut your nails two days before so they're short and also have the two days to blunt over. Or just don't finger her and try something else.

Because sex, relationships and everything to do with society is about value. Which you have control over regardless of your starting point. You get the value you provide within a context, compare it to everyone around you, and the higher you are relative to others the more likely you are to get what you want (job, one night stand, friends, whatever). There are two strategies: Improve value, so you are the one with most value more often. You get picked more in a % sense. Shotgun more opportunitie…

I lost a plate recently that was what I consider a unicorn. Amazing personality. Smart. Completely submissive. Happy for me to sleep around. Paid for half of everything. Remembered the small things. I caught oneitis, the bitch saw a crack or two and I didn't know how to recover. It's frustrating. I allowed myself to be upset for 3 days. Thought about it to fuel my gym sessions. And then I got 2 other plates and spent time with my male mates. Vented a little to the ones I have that sort of relati…

Get healthy. Often if you're healthy you're gonna feel rather positive, optimistic and fulfilled. Get friends. Have a mission to focus on so you're not thinking of your lack of whatever it is that makes you lonely. Hit all 3 and you should be fine.

Everyone, including you and me, puts on a front depending on who we interact with. All those traits you talked about you don't know to be true beyond her surface act. So you treat her like any other. Then after x time, you can deem her worthy to promote to LTR. X time is debatable here in TRP but I've seen anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. However long you think it takes to see the worst of someone and to get past your personal oneitis honeymoon phase bullshit that'll cloud your judgement. Plus…

Read the sidebar. I'm skinnyfat, don't appear rich and barely have friends but I still get laid just enough to know its more than average. Those things are great goals that help you get laid but none of them are necessities. Start approaching and learn about escalation, kino, idgaf mentality, abundance mentality and have a greater mission. It helped me to start with slightly lower smv girls and/or by going clubbing. It's like TRP on easy mode because people are there for a good time and want to …

Dude. If you had a job you could be in education. If you studied alongside work you could learn a language. If you learnt a language you could learn an instrument. If you did all that you could get good at a sport. If you got good at a sport you could have made a business. If you made a business you could have invented something. If you invented something.. You can always do more. You'll never reach the end. Which is fucking awesome because otherwise you'd run out of things to do and be bored. E…

You should definitely lift. Be muscular. I was in your position. Changed my life. If you get hungry quite a lot that means you don't stick to an eating schedule or eat foods that promote hunger. Cut those out and only eat at meal times. I've heard nuts are good for snacking if you can't let it go. Never tried it. Up to you. Your diet shines through when you lift.

He isn't saying you can do well with just game. He's saying if he had to pick one that would be his best bet. Having only one of any of the three would prove fruitless the majority of the time.

Your personality isn't set in stone. Forget any causal link between that test and your life. It doesn't matter. Here's a new framework to work with: You're an animal with certain behaviours dictated by knowledge/experience, hormones and neuro chemistry. How do you optimise these 3 domains to behave well? Hormones and neuro chemistry come from a solid diet, proper sleep, regular exercise and a decent bodyfat/muscle ratio. Also stop over indulging in high dopamine activities like porn and video ga…

Only eat low GI / GL carbs. Only eat healthy fats. Get adequate protein. Hit your nutrients and vitamins. Cut out sugar and alcohol. It's hard to figure out and a lot of effort to maintain. I have 2200 calories of meal replacement shake to hit 100% of my daily everything, then have meat, veg and something like brown rice as my evening meal to cover bases that aren't scientifically known yet. If you're overweight do keto. Otherwise keep your carbs clean.

Throw in an activity that creates some plausible deniability. Netflix, hobby, showing something off.. That way if it goes wrong she can tell her friends she was just doing x. "Nothing happened I just went over to try some wine" = "I went to get drunk alone with a guy" = Not gonna fool anyone. Also just ensure you lead instead of asking. That's a tone thing after a certain point.

Wake at 6. Go to work or college. Go to gym. Home between 5.30-6.30. Prepare food for next day. Read or do online courses. Sleep. Some days I go to college instead of work. On weekends I try to be productive at least until 2pm. Then I do all my social activities, "admin stuff" and unfinished college work. If I have a spare hour on an evening I'll just research into things relevant to my career, health and such. Once a month I'll go see a fwb for 2-3 nights. I still need to add meditation and get…
