I am not talking about rights (in the legal way), but about overall state of the society. That's what remains unsolved. Again, for both sides. It doesn't matter that laws are okay and state everyone equal, when a misogynist or misandrist judge or jury decide by their own skewed opinion. I can see this dying out with the people, but what feminism does is supposed to do, is speeding it up. Feminism actually is about equality. Only most people who call themselves 'feminists' don't really know what it means. Also, the name is kinda unlucky in it's inequality.

It only has unlucky name, but feminism means women and men are equal. It is obviously stupid to assume that not being a feminist means 'men > women' and not consider 'women > men'. Edit: Correct way to word the message would be: 'So you think men are better than women or women are better than men' Every sane good person is a feminist, but many are not happy with naming it feminism, because it is not fair, it is just historical name.
