1) Child support isn't paid to the mother 2) I don't know why you simply assume that the rape of men by women is not being prosecuted. The phenomenon just happens to be very rare 3) The question is certainly difficult. And I am not quite sure I can give a confident answer, but I find neither answer satisfying. Does such a child deserve to grow up in poverty? 4) Let's just put aside the question of rape for a second, seeing it is such an edge case. Let's just say that if a man can successfully es…

A women does not have a say over whether or not she should be a mother or not in a direct way during pregnancy. She can not give birth to a child without these parental responsibilities. Women have a right to decide what happens to their own bodies and with extension what happens to the fetus not on their status as parents directly. Try understanding this distinction

A fetus and its safety is valuable because it is a potential but not actual person. What we must weigh against each other is the right of personal autonomy of the mother and said value. In my personal opinion the right to person…

What is their not to understand? Different issues. If a father takes care of a child, the mother will also be responsible to support the child financially. Don't forget child support is paid for and to the child.…
