This is the most insightful answer I have seen, especially the part about "neutral" men. I guess the closest word would be "bland": no good, no bad, just existing

I think people should be a little more chill about being single. A little bit about my background, growing up, it was highly discouraging to have an early relationship. Back when I was an intern, it was the norm to make fun of your own singlehood. Everyone is chill about it. I agree with your statement that if people stop putting having a relationship in a pedestal, we would be okay

So then I ask: is it bad to tell these men "unfortunately you didn't win the genetic lottery, and although you're a great friend, coworker, and sibling/uncle/cousin. That doesn't mean you'll do well in dating. That's okay. It's okay to take the time, money and other resources you've spent trying to get dates and put that into your career, hobbies, and skill development/travels. It is okay to give up on dating and find meaning and fulfillment in your life doing other things. Perhaps that's what y…

I don't know if it was your train of thought or you did it on purpose, but you left out a big part that make the redpill toxic: they prey on the insecurity of other people, and tell them that you have to act a certain way to be in the dating pool. If you find redpill bullshit, fine, good for you, but some of us aren't that lucky to be able to understand how bullshit redpill is. Nobody here disagrees with what you said. What we disagree are methods that redpill teaches to young people and distort…

Not going to be an a-hole here, but trp does have a structure and repetitiveness that help ppl with autism, while the fact that dating are a lot more flexible. For example, trp clearly states that you can next a potential date if they don't response and never double-text. This may true to some cases, but a lot of time some people forget to hit "send", and a simple double text would solve the problem

You're not wrong. A year ago someone posted about some people who follows trp seems to have some personality problems or are neurodivergent

IMO, it is a rp/incel projection. Most of the things that the rp thought were "conditions" are just basic adult manners/functions. That's not to say that there aren't any bad women out there, I'm just saying that their (incel's) lack of proper adult functions leads to the thought that any demands are "conditions", even though those demands are justifiable. Edited for clarity

I feel like they're projecting, and your post is the perfect target. Anyways, try your best to make amends to yourself. Yes, we all fell into the red pill trap, but it doesn't justify shitting on others who share the same experience. Take your time to heal from your ex and the rp. Hopefully you don't have to come to this sub as often as you should

I'm not quite sure about my fetish. It just happened. Like it's hard for me to take initiative sometimes, cause I really don't know what others want. Femdom kinda gives me an idea of what I need to do

I feel like that is the biggest cope I have seen. Having a kid doesn't mean becoming a man. Being responsible and willing to go an extra mile for their kids does.

This is what I do to prevent me from getting RP back: _ Try to remember the good traits pre RP. One of many things that I regret about getting RP is changing myself for the sake of relationship. There are many things that I didn't like about myself before, but I make sure to note it down and try to change them. _ Learn to distance myself from intrusive thoughts. They come up usually when I am engaging with girls that I am interested in, but I would try to calm down. If it comes up during convers…

I think it's just FOMO. Whatever their dreams are, seeing yourself not achieving them and thinking your friends/family get what you want will make anyone lose their mind.

I only watch his physique video. I do like his physique since it's sustainable and it's my dream physique. Other than that I just ignore all of his videos.

You don't even know the guy. What if he's not overweight? What if he's not like what you described, yet he was cannot date? You assume the worst attributes to him and claim to have the moral high ground. That's the lowest type of argument I have ever know

15% body fat is actually good enough. You can go to sub 10, but that's not sustainable. Imo, they praise dad bods and bears because those people tend to be really strong; basically about strength. But in case you are still single, then yes, a good physique would be better than dad bods. After you're in a relationship, you can relax a little bit, but don't let yourself go: "maingaining" as much as possible. In short: good physique does help, but only if you're single. After that, try not to lose …

It's not that people don't have critical thinking. When they are desperate, they will look for anything for an answer. Also, critical thinking requires knowledge (imo). If you have no prior knowledge to a certain subject, of course you will become a victim to those gurus.

In statistics, sample size and population are entirely different concepts. Dating sites are just a sample group. To translate the same result to a whole human population, you may need a really extensive study. So I would take those result with a grain of salt

My guess with the declining of computer game and drinking factor is that people becomes less interesting to interact with. It's better to have something to talk about, rather have nothing and become awkwardly silent, in my opinion

Red pill has every components of a cult. Your friend/family members tell you how toxic you are? Well, they haven't opened their eyes yet. A girl rejected you? She needs to be wooed more, or she's a b****. They'll have any excuse for anything. To be fair, those guys who wholly believe these things tend to either have a very bad social life, or a not-so closed knitted community around them, or both.

The reason, for me, making black pill and hypergamy false is the fact that the traits that they listed are typical of narcissistic behaviors. I do acknowledge that we human are kinda narcissistic, but at the end of the day, that is our mechanism to protect our ego. What I find it false is that those traits that blackpill listed are results of lacking object constancy. I suggest you should find videos about what object constancy is and how lacking it make us having personality disorders.

I would say try not think of women as a collective, but as individuals. Because as individuals, we can have different opinions/lifestyles. Therefore, it's not contradicting when people say they want something, then get the opposite thing, because these are not the same individuals to begin with. Also, try to be more forgiving. People contradict themselves all the time, from something very small on a daily basis like getting what to eat, to something much more grand, like what they should do with…

It's even worse considering they will support the harsh treatment of Islamic religions because it ensures that women will and can only worship them, while they can reap as much benefits as possible through marrying multiple wives

They believe in Christianity because it benefits them sexually. It is the ironic "government-mandated girlfriend" playing out in real life.

I would suggest three main reasons: Scam. It's very easy to offer a low self-esteem guy with a quick fix for a "reasonable" price. It's just like Tinder with their programming (I still need some research on this, as I'm not very tech-savvy), they prey on thirsty single men, as they are willing to gamble away their money just to get into a relationship. Entitlement and ego. It's always feel great to consider oneself as the better option and other people as doormats. Someone in this sub also point…

Coming from someone who used to participate NoFap, I'll say that the movement alone is pretty cool, especially to those who have porn addiction. However, there is this point where people just try to one up each other. Another reason why I leave NoFap is kinda like why I left MGTOW and RP: the true NoFap will just do it because it is good for himself (porn addiction, depression,...), but not for the girls. RP, and to an extend, MGTOW, lie to themselves about the whole purpose of whatever they are…

Well you mentioned that the guy you know got hook up with girls at fraternity parties. It's parties my guy. Of course if you are the center of the party, some girls will want to hook up with you. So for the whole concept of "you're a safety net" thingy. If you know a girl for a really long time, and suddenly she started to notice you out of the blue, sure you may be right. But if that's a girl who you barely know beforehand: you never exist in her world in the first place. You were one of thousa…

IMO, it is not that black and white, but really situational. If you are doing things alone (working out, studying,... or just thinking to yourself) then you should focus on yourself. If you are with a group (friends, family,...) then you should adapt to the surroundings. If there are disagreements between you and your groups, then you should have a healthy discussion with them. There are many ways to voice your opinions that doesn't make you sound like an asshole.

In my opinion, it is not that they don't understand. It is just that they cannot admit what they are doing are to get girls. A big part of the manosphere in general is to do things with a mindset of doing it for yourself (a big hypocrite considering what they posts all the time). So RP guys are lying to themselves about the motives of what they are doing

Some people tend to over-correct themselves because of a bad experience. It is more of a "I have been doing X but I always get Y (something I don't like). Therefore, if I do opposite of X, I would get opposite of Y."

I wish I could find the source for what I am about to claim, but I couldn't, so take my word with a grain of salt. From what I have read so far, it is not natural for a person to be more mature for their age. I would suggest you either go talk to a psychiatrist or read more about psychology (I would recommend Jungian psychology, since this was recommended to me and it helps me a lot). As far as connecting with other, trying to understand their point of view is a good start. I would also recommen…

I don't know if you have known him yet, but I usually watch Alexander Grace's Youtube Channel. There are a lot of his videos about this. One of his quotes that I remember is: "In a relationship, the man is the hero and the woman is a hero-worshipper". Hope that's help

*21M, joining the red pill not too long ago. My answer is based on my few experience, so it may be different from others: I sometimes want people's (at least those who have known me for a while) pity/recognition because to me, changing myself take a tremendous effort. I have been taught that effort produces results (and ultimately, recognition), which is why I expect to have some recognition from other people too. I have always told myself that no matter what I do, it won't matter to those aroun…

From my experience, I would get extremely anxious and my brain will get foggy until I sleep properly. Also, if I don't get enough sleep, I tend to masturbate. One thing I recommend you do ( and I'm trying to do this everyday, not just when you don't have enough sleep) is focus on your breathing. A side story back when I was a freshman: my roommate decided to open a party in our room. Being a beta at that point, I just slept for 1 hour and decided to go to the library to study instead. It was not…
