I am going to keep a record of everything that happened and then I might try a legal approach later in time because right now I can't afford to pursue a lawsuit that has a high chance of failing I don't want to end up with lawyer bill I can't pay for and still no job.

Yea there is other female manager that I heard was a really great person on the day shift. She started work as a hand unloader for trucks for many years and applied to become a manager so she has the work experience to know how the operation is run and I have better working relationships with female workers who are older then 45 but younger women always seem to have a problem with someone, somewhere, about something stupid bs stuff, I make it a point to keep my distance as much as I can.

I talked to my lawyer already about the situation and he said I would have a better chance of winning a lawsuit if I got a permanent injury then to try to claim any form of racism or sexism but either situation.. no money, no lawsuit, get new job asap.

Yea my main concern is the knowledge that can effect change seems to be the number one thing that is actively being suppressed and any activities leading to that particular knowledge also get suppressed. I do believe the contract between relationships needs to be more clearly defined.
