And One thinks it best to be concerned more about possible and likely outcomes than attempting to change much thats gonna change anyway as the results of cause and effect.

I think the mgtow opting out model is a very powerful force for change.

Easy to fix. It all revolves around reproduction and linking it to property rights in a fair and just way that benefits the children while keeping both men and women on the straight and narrow.

I would abolish marriage and divorce, replacing it with joint property ownership that begins at conception (and ends when the child turns 18) only after both parties have signed a declaration that the intended pregnancy is both voluntary and desired (the signing would be witnessed like a marriage). DNA testing would be mandatory to prevent fraud in the event the child doesn’t belong to the biological father. Also, no signed declaration beforehand, no joint property. There would be no get-out clauses here. The mother would have 18 weeks to opt for an abortion if she so chooses but doing so would also annul the agreement, reverting property ownership to what it was prior to any agreement being made, A random miscarriage would annul the agreement too but with a 24 month grace period following the incident, likewise if the child dies due to natural circumstances before turning 18.

To prevent both hypergamy and polygamy, once an agreement is in effect, further agreements cannot be made with others (multiple overlapping agreements can be made between the same couple to have multiple children) until the term is complete or the existing agreement(s) otherwise annulled. Attempting to have further children with others (infidelity) while an agreement is in place would result in a forfeiting of all property and parental rights to the honest, faithful party and the annulment of the original agreements. At this point, it would be up to the other person responsible to decide whether he or she wishes to enter an agreement voluntarily to share resources if he or she is not already bound by an agreement of their own but this would generally be a bad idea as the penalised infidel would have nothing to contribute. In the event of an unfaithful man in an agreement having an affair with an unfaithful woman already in a different agreement, they’d both essentially become broke bums that no-one wants.

As this mostly revolves around child-rearing and not purely sex, I would encourage all men to guard access to their sperm with their life, likewise I would have women guard their ovaries.

In the event of a gay/lesbian relationship, a similar process can be used but instead applied to adoption or surrogacy (as appropriate), allowing for a similar set of rights, even though they won’t be truly equivalent due to biological limitations. Likewise, straight couples who are unable to conceive for whatever reason could go through a similar process.

Additional safeguards would also include:

In the event of a serious sexual violence or rape case being proven beyond reasonable doubt, if the victim wishes to keep his/her child, the abuser would forfeit his/her property and parental rights entirely, in addition to receiving a prison sentence. The authorities would supply additional childcare vouchers (not money) to allow the victim to work and earn a living in a reasonable manner funded by a large fine to be paid off like a tax by perpetrators upon completion of their sentences, the agreement would naturally also be annulled.

In the event of documented evidence or a recorded confession of infidelity (regardless of if any pregnancy occurs as a result), property and parental rights would be forfeit. But this would be held to the criminal standard of proof beyond a reasonable doubt with the right to an appeal. Again, the agreement would be annulled.

In the event of any other serious crime or prison sentence of more than 2 years, all property rights would be forfeit to the other party in the agreement but parental access would still be available through visitation and the agreement annulled. Upon release, a fine would be applied to cover childcare vouchers and other forms of government compensation provided to the other parents. To keep things fair, single people would also be subject to a fine even if they lack children, the proceeds would go towards the same fund - acting as a red flag to potential partners. As a side bonus, this would kill off a lot of crime in the process as there’s now much more to lose than before.

If you build your worth primarily internally there is very little that threatens you. So my concern over the histrionics of losers is pretty low. If I lost all my money I would still be me, still have the skills and experiences I most value, still be able to take pleasure in the things I like best which are simple and inexpensive anyway. I'd still be able to hold a job if necessary and otherwise not compelled to do anything much against my own self interest. So my answer would be...just watch them eat themselves.
