I’m sorry your going through this shit. My wife just did the same thing to me and hit me with a silver bullet. Never paid a bill but took my kids, accused me to be a domestic abuser because of arguments just to find an away out.I’m angry as hell every day and dealing with every emotion known to man. Fight for yourself. The system is shit and it will always be shit.

I did but Honolulu PD in Hawaii told me they couldn’t do anything about it because Hawaii didn’t have jurisdiction of my child. We have only been here 5 1/2 months. Unfortuantely six is the standard.
