I second this advice. Not sure of your age op but If you're high school-college, then start drinking games. Tell people how to play and what you're playing. Don't play too long, just play for a little bit while it's fun and when people start leaving you should too. You don't want to be the guy playing drinking games all night, go interact with some other people at the party. Also, bring some liquor and give a couple people a shot. Easy way to make a friend and start a conversation. And on the 4t…

Facebook is a waste of time. I don't care enough to look at posts from people I haven't seen in 5 years just becaus I used to know them. I see my friends all the time outside of Facebook and don't have time to waste mind numbingly scrolling down a newsfeed and seeing all the nonsense people post. I feel like if you need Facebook to get girls, then you're doing something wrong. You don't need pictures with girls to show other girls that you're good with girls. I get preselection and I know that i…

I'll be honest with you here- I'm not trying to toot my own horn so to speak, but I was easily one of the most well liked people at my high school, my fraternity, and now my job. I have never ever asked if someone will be my friend. That's not how making friends work after the age of 6. You find common ground a d build a relationship from there. I had several different groups of friends because I had several different hobbies. I was one of the "cool" kids. We had the biggest parties with the hot…

You look like a respectable young man with a bright future ahead of you. Not too bad looking about 6/7 range. So you're asking why aren't you getting any love out here on tinder... Here's whh. Girls on tinder aren't looking for a relationship or a "good" guy. They're looking for someone to fuck. if you don't lift, start lifting. It's pick up on easy mode. You'll look like someone good to fuck instead of date. Replace selfies with pictures of you doing cool shit. Idk what you do, but you should h…

There is no such thing as a "break". "Oh this whole loving and fucking you thing just isn't really doing it for me anymore. You know what would be great for us? If we just broke up for a few weeks. You know, I still love you and everything but... It'll just be so good for our relationship if I get a free trial period of what it's like to be broken up with you. And if i like it, and you fail the shit test, this "break" is the break up. What do you say? Isn't that great?" It's done. Whenever a gir…

It's not about you. It's about your friend trying to make himself look better by taking you down. At any rate he shouldn't be considered anything more than an acquaintance if he does weak shit like that.

He said that guy was like 300 pounds, married, and in an open relationship. All three things opposite of what TRP would say to do. Makes sense.

I had to try and explain that to one as well. She said something along the lines of she shouldn't have to worry about walking home from a bar at 2am... I told her everything that was wrong with her statement from being by herself, at night, in a neighborhood with drunk people around. I also told her how men would be a target as well in that situation. And we're always looking for safe ways to travel. She didn't want to hear it. I was victim blaming or something like that. Oh well. Reason doesn't…

Absolutely. It might take some tweaking to what you've been doing but it's possible. If you think she sees you as just a friend, next time you go out with her run some dread game and flirt with some other girls in front of her. Show her you have options. Maybe she'll change her tune a little bit once she sees you have more than just her to pick from. Just an idea though, I don't know your whole situation

You rejected yourself. It is her job to tell you no. Next time, escalate until she straight up rejects you. Don't take yourself out of the game

On the way to work this morning, I was sitting in traffic and heard on the radio that there was a study done in Holland (I believe) that stated men who worked more hours, had a higher sense of value than men who worked less. The study also showed that hours worked did not have the same effect on women. Trying to find the study now, but no luck so far.

I like to emphasize lifting, not solely because of the gains and looks, but because of the other effects too. OP doesn't seem to have much confidence and when you start to see improvements in yourself you start to feel better about yourself. You also develop internal skills like commitment, perseverance, and courage. If you, OP, have another way of developing those values, then lifting isn't that important. It just has so many benefits besides looking good as well.

I only know what I know because of people who took the time to share their knowledge. If they didn't, then I'd still be where I was at. It's my way of saying thank you. Having empathy for those who were in a similar situation as myself. And nobody is doing it over the top where it's a burden (I assume). If I have some time on my hands, I'll stop by and check out some questions. And I only answer questions I have a good answer to. I don't answer questions just to answer questions, if that makes s…

Yeah I never understood the appeal of DT. I can see embracing it if you already feel that way and have that mindset, but trying to become that type of person seems backwards. I'm just trying to have a good time in life while being successful.

You're right. You are a beginner and very new to this. You only like this girl because she's the only one giving you attention and affection. You said it yourself, she's the only one pursuing you right now. And you're thinking about waiting until she, possibly, ends things with the other guy to make a move? No no no no no. Terrible plan with a terrible mindset. Right now you have what is called a scarcity mindset. You think she is the only girl you can get because she came on to you. You need to…

She comes out with some friends to a bar I was at and I put in about zero effort to courting her but she ends up inviting me over to her place after the bar. Whenever I reflect on the best experiences of my life, sex and hooking up with girls when I was younger has never jumped out at me. Thinking about playing HS football, the parties we threw, causing mischief with my buddies, and just enjoying the time spent doing shit we weren't supposed to was far greater than sex. Sex was like icing on the cake. And I was getting laid with some babes. It still doesn't compare to all the stupid shit we used to do that I miss.

Hey man, once I get to a point where I'm successful in my career, have control of my life, and am happy with where I'm at as a person- I'm going to put what I've learned to use for what I want. I don't know yet if that means marriage or a lifelong ltr, but I drfinitelt don't see myself spinning plates for the next 20 years. Eventually I'm going to use what I've learned from TRP to look for a LTR. I'd say marriage, but no way in this socioeconomic environment. What's the point of learning all of …

Yeah I've had the two most polarizing experiences in my life on shrooms. Literally the best day of my life and the worst day. After the bad trip my mind was warped for about three months. I had delusional thoughts and just the "truth"(my experience) fucked me up for a while. In the midst of that trip I decided the truth was too much for me to handle and it would be better if I fed my ego and distracted myself with tv and going on my phone until I could fall asleep. It literally felt like hell do…

Yeah cheating on your wife is so alpha bro. Starting a family with your wife is so beta. A dude who followed his dreams of being a personal trainer and having his own gym, who also got a million subscribers on his youtube channel, has a shitty life. A guy who ran a 4.4 40, won strongman competitions, got a scholarship to play college ball, pulls in at least 6 figures a year doing what he wants to do... has a shitty life. Dude is soooo beta.

Feminists always need something to fight against to justify their cause. If they couldn't say theredpill were the beacon of misogyny and bigotry, they'd find a different subreddit to say it about. But since we don't align with their view point on the world and human behavior, we're painted as the bad guys. It's especially ironic because isn't that oppression? Silencing minority viewpoints from a position of power? You know, the thing that feminists are supposed to be fighting against? We don't h…

Don't forget that men are the gatekeepers of commitment and women are the gatekeepers of sex. Men seek sex from women, and women seek commitment from men. In a traditional relationship, men will exchange their commitment for sex. But in addition to that will settle down and provide a stable income for her? In a traditional sense, women would be giving up their time by tending to the house duties while a man works and provides income. Everybody wins. It becomes problematic, for the man, when wome…

Trust your gut. If your intuition is telling you that something is wrong, then there is most likely something wrong. Wrong in the sense, that her behavior has become peculiar. Sure she hasn't outright told you that she no longer wants to be with you, but we can all assure you that it is coming. The same thing happened to me multiple times throughout my life. Things are going good with a girl, we're chilling, hooking up, everything is fine and dandy in my eyes and then one day... it just feels di…

The reason why everybody tells you to go to college is because thats what people should have done when they were our age. If you went to college 20 years ago, then yeah you're in good shape. The market isn't oversaturated with people with degrees, and there were a lot of job prospects if you had a degree. Also, I believe student loan debt was nowhere near what is today. So yeah it would be an awesome idea to go to college.... just not now. (College is still a good idea, just not 100% necessary f…

I believe sex isnt all about the stimulation and/or simulation, but is largely seeked for validation. I know a lot of men, myself included, who get their kicks from just knowing girls will fuck them. If you get a 9 who thinks youre the shit, you feel like the shit. If you fuck a machine that feels lile the real thing, you'll feel like shit. You know when you bust a nut and then have the moment of clarity where you ask yourself what youre doing? Yeah, youre fucking a robot. You're not validated. …

You're not eating enough. If you've been in the gym for a year and haven't made gains you're either not going to the gym or not getting enough calories. You're not going to gain muscle or strength just by lifting. This is a common misconception. If you eat and get enough calories you will put on mass. It's a fact. To me it does seem like you're a pussy. No offense, but you need to hear the truth. Wah, I made no gains cause I don't know how to lift and diet properly. Go to /r/gainit and /r/weight…

First, I'd say to accept the fact that it is your fault the relationship went downhill. You let it happen. You stopped setting goals and striving to improve yourself. Complacency is a fucking plague. It wasn't your family issues. It was your lack of ability to deal with adversity and keep your ship going forward. It was you who lost frame and became less attractive in her eyes. If you really didn't want to be having relations with girls why would you be on TRP? For knowledge, okay I guess. But why would you ask a question like this? It's a primal urge in our nature to want to get laid. You may not want a girlfriend, but your body wants to bust a nut in a girl whether you like it or not. Of course we're cognizant and wrap our tool to not have kids and just enjoy sex, but we always have that natural urge to spread our seed. Now, in your case it is one of a few possibilit…

If you are chilling with a girl and the frame isn't sexual, you've already lost. You should be escalating and it should be clear you're not just friends. You shouldn't be having a break in frame so big that they can say it's just as friends because of weak game and timid behavior. You should be teasing, leading, and setting the tone of the relationship from the beginning. Tell her to wear something hot. Tell her when you're going out and what you're going to do. Tell her when to be ready. I don'…

Happened to me before too. Was hooking up with this girl for about two weeks, go to a concert without her and everything was good IMO. Thousands of years of ideologies, religions, philosophy, and justice systems, and this whole time all we had to do was teach people not to commit crimes?! Wow, please give liberals and feminists their nobel peace prizes for coming up with such a genius solution. I mean, wow. It is incredible that they recognized nobody was ever taught not to kill, steal, or rob people so they thought it was okay. But now that theyre being taught not to rape? Expect zero rapes. I'm in a fraternity at school. There is a lot of social proof there. I know 50 other guys who are typically higher value than your average joe. We don't have a problem getting girls to our house to party. That is a huge case of preselection. It was rush so we had random dudes in our house and it was our job to get them to loosen up and have a good time. So I grab like 6 potentials a…

Women are playing a game of chicken between their youth and how much of it they give to their husbands. Thats why you see them start marrying around that age. They don't want to give too much of it to their BB during their prime years. But they'll happily give it as soon as they start to decline and realize their value is decreasing.

Size doesn't necessarily determine how strong or explosive somebody is. It's kind of like when you see skinny legs on a dude who can jump out of the building. Then gets under the bar and is still squatting 300+. I see it a lot more on black people. They have fast twitch muscle fibers which make them more explosive, i.e jump higher, more agile, and faster. Where as I have bulky legs, can squat 300+, but can't jump or run exceptionally well. (5'11" 175) I'm no expert, so if somebody has more knowl…

The thing is she said TRP's "manipulation" (Read: lift weights, dress better, be more social) doesn't work on her because of autism. Then since she didn't react how he expected her to, he started hitting her. What I don't understand is why she would say "I broke up with him because he was poisoned by TRP. Not because he hit her, cheated on her, or any other of the nonsense she said. That was the part that gave it away for me. I'm just going to casually mention how he hit me like he stole a 5 from my purse. And then rereading it, it's very evident it was a complete fabrication.
