Own Your Shit Weekly - October 25, 2016It's been a couple weeks since my last OYS, everything was the same so I felt it was pointless to post an update that didn't exist. My frame: I feel much more confident in general. Purposeful slowing of my responses has worked wonders. Pause, think, act. I'm one of those guys who always talks before I think. It helps to have a quick wit in social situations but this is also very detrimental when dealing with conflict. There has been 0 examples of me DEERing, yelling, or responding with a loud to… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 27/10/16 02:19 AM
Help with fetch questsJust watched this. Realizing after watching this and reading all the replies I'm really just being a big baby. If she is so fragile that she perceives me not fetching her something as trivial as a glass of water then she is forcing me to display low smv. This is unacceptable if I am to make a strong frame. | /r/askMRP | 12/10/16 07:27 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - October 04, 2016Thanks man, today I got it down to a little over 11 minutes. Cardio interval training really does make you faster. My cut us making me lose linear progression on my lift days. I just had my first stall on strongliftd with bent over rows at 125lbs | /r/MarriedRedPill | 08/10/16 05:13 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - October 04, 2016Ok fair enough, sounds she is going full harpy. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 05/10/16 11:38 AM
Own Your Shit Weekly - October 04, 2016I'm reading this and honestly it seems like you're being super reactive. You were withdrawing due to a rejection. So you were butthurt and in her frame and had a covert contract that you will only be nice when she does what you want? It seems like you are in her frame still and not leading. It seems like you are living like a single person due to your admitted anger. Just my .02 | /r/MarriedRedPill | 05/10/16 01:05 AM
Own Your Shit Weekly - October 04, 2016Pillars of Frame Physical 4th week of stronglifts missing no days. Cardio on off days. Starting weight: 198 Last week: 184 Current weight: 188 My scale was wrong last week, I haven't gained or lost any weight I had something under it making it read wrong. My legs have noticeably less fat on them and all my lifts are going up as they should. Made it past full plates on squat, and I'll be deadlifting 2 plates soon enough. Also on my off days I've reduced my time to run a mile from 15:45 to 12:45 i… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 04/10/16 10:17 PM
Think I am in "a" Main Event & FIGPYour post history shows you've only been posting on this sub for a couple months. Do you feel you have gone too Rambo too fast? Are you being too angry? These are questions you can only answer yourself but I've read where u/bluepillprofessor has said that many marriages can get nuked if you go from beta to chad alpha Rambo extreme too quickly. Based on what I've read you really should only be on dread level 2 right now if the timeline for you is accurate. Which dread level do you think you're at… | /r/askMRP | 04/10/16 04:26 PM
Will you take care of me when I am old and sick?"I'm a man and statistically I'm going to be old and feeble first. I'm gonna need you to prove your love to me the next time I take a shit." | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/10/16 10:42 PM
What are some realistic options? Am I spinning my wheels and hopeless?Couple things, She works 30 hours a week and doesn't help with the kids. I remember my first time job. What is she doing with her time? Unless she has a 3 hour commute each way change this immediately. Secondly, and you already know this in your heart, she asked for an open marriage to feel better about banging this dude. She already has an emotional affair with this guy and that's why she doesn't want to cheat on him, with YOU. it makes her feel weird which is why you're getting grandma pecks. … | /r/askMRP | 02/10/16 10:35 PM

Own Your Shit Weekly - September 27, 2016Thanks man my diet is on point. Nutrition consists of at least 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass. Carbs and fats are reduced with fats taking precedence over carbs. Everything is weighed and I'm steady right around 1500 cals per day. The diet and lifting are the easy part, and the most fun as well due to noticeable measurable changes. Thank you. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 29/09/16 12:50 AM
Own Your Shit Weekly - September 27, 2016Pillars of Frame Physical 3rd week of stronglifts missing no days. Cardio on off days. Instead of M,W,F I'm just going every other day which will give me 2 more times to lift per month thereby getting to my goals that much faster. Starting weight: 198 Current weight: 184 Goal: 165 and reassess Emotional I'm starting to be able to identify shit tests. For the first couple weeks I didn't want to change much and go Rambo before I knew how to fight back properly. After I would fail a shit test it wa… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 28/09/16 11:12 PM

Victim puke and introThank you for the perspective, this is what I was looking for. Time to get my head in the game. | /r/askMRP | 24/09/16 11:00 PM
Victim puke and introAgreed, I'm working on myself. I know I have self esteem issues and I'm actively trying to destroy the mind connection that my happiness is tied to other people's perception of me. It's a difficult habit to break. | /r/askMRP | 24/09/16 11:21 AM
