Thanks for sharing this. It's awesome to hear encouragement here! It's even better when it's not just insecure douches bragging about their accomplishments.

The program isn't as important as consistency. Indeed! This is an insight that's wickedly underappreciated.

Any newbie lifter with no prior experience should not jump straight in to powerlifting. And what's the alternative? Bicep curls until you work up the courage to actually do excercises that are effective? Following the other bros in the gym in their lost, terrible programming? Not a good idea. They need a solid strength base first. Unless you have polio or something like that, powerlifting is the perfect way to build a good strength base. Dicking around first before deciding to get serious and pi…

"Hitting the gym" requires some knowledge to effectively actually accomplish anything. If y'all are actually serious about posture (as opposed to beach muscles) then you'll be learning deadlifts. Pull-ups and squats are also really good for posture too.

If you're shy, you need to work on how to become less shy. Simple, right? You can find the steps to doing that. As for the frame issue, do you act the same way around friends or family members? How about casual acquaintances? Practicing any technique is usually easier to start on those groups in that order.

Answering your question depends on what you mean by "game". Theoretically, less intelligent women would be easier to seduce, bamboozle, and fuck, right? Doesn't quite turn out that simple. What actually happens is that smart women and dumb women both want romance, and they both want sex. No matter what your IQ is (males and females alike), you have sexual needs, and you're gonna figure some way to satisfy them. The difference is that smarter women require a different approach to seduce. If you'r…

So bear in mind I haven't seen a ton of posts from you. The ones I have . . . they have strongly worded statements. You're not one to mince words. But when that trait is combined with posts like this basically saying nothing but "you're wrong", that sends the message that you've made up your mind and are not interested in hearing the other side. The combination of appearing to always have an "I'm right, deal with it" attitude, not seeming to have any nuanced ways to tell people they're incorrect…

Three thoughts come to mind: 1.) PUA/seduction material is inherently ripe for creating awful and embarrassing material that reflects poorly on the rest of the people in the community. That's what happens when you're taking people who are deficient socially/romantically, asking them to expand their boundaries and get out of their comfort zone, and do all of that with an air of self-confidence. When this material (hell, all of self-improvement?) is about people who kinda suck trying not to suck, …

I feel like this is a list of ways to be more attractive, not necessarily a list of ways to build attraction. Maybe the difference is moot, though.

Well, like Dale Carnegie would tell you, getting the other person to do the talking, and letting the other person talk about themself are both things that may make the person like you better. It's not all bad.

There's a link to resources that are exactly what you're looking for in the sidebar of Seddit. Did you not see that?

See, that's the kind of post people can learn from! It seems you just needed to elaborate on your ideas to be understood. I've found being high energy and random has got me success bwahaha! You do realize that the way you stated that sentence evoked images of annoying, tween girls "being random", right? That's likely why people, including me, didn't find much value in that prior comment with more explanation.

Also- do any of you ever get anxiety when it's getting closer to the end of the night and you haven't had much luck? I often find myself checking my phone, realizing that "I've only got X amount of time to meet someone" and become even less likely to want to open a set. Anything to get over this? Stop looking at the time in general? Dude, that's hugely common, even among non-PUAs. As for the sarging, of course you'd want to change venues! Geez, what are your alternatives?

"Do you want to go out with me sometime?" I wouldn't do that, for starters. Geez, especially if you're making her uncomfortable there, you're playing it wrong. She ain't gonna want to go anywhere with you if the feelings you create in her are discomfort!

So she's getting hit on by some AFC who can't read IOIs and cannot make her any more interested than she was initially? I'd have the same reaction.

The idea is that we want to make the woman attracted to us, so she see us as a potential boyfriend/sexual partner/etc. Getting a message of "you're just a friend" is therefore a failure, and one that we want to correct.
/r/seduction02/11/13 06:57 PM
1

Of course. However, is that necessarily the situation described in that line? I feel like the context of how the girl decides you're just a friend matters for choosing a strategy to reverse that perception.

If they friendzone you, stop talking to them at once This is one where I'm not sure I agree. Can somebody with more experience chime in here?

I'm hardly an expert on this matter, but my understanding of the situation is that the country's policies are, on aggregate, not pronatalist. There may be some political will lately to change things and recent pro natalist laws, but the larger set of laws and incentives does not support the making and raising of babies.

Literally play the lottery? I'm sure there are some that do, but I bet most are smart enough or affluent enough that they don't. Figuratively play the lottery? In what sense?

I feel like improving one's game, at least for me, meant that I didn't have to go sarging as much any more. When you can hit if off with the girl at Starbucks, in your class, or behind you in line at the bank, I don't have to necessarily set aside time to go out specifically to meet women.
/r/seduction06/10/13 05:29 PM

So you have multiple women on Facebook who are already attracted to you, therefore making this process work? That's a heck of a prerequisite, at least for the guys like me who aren't doing mad Facebook game like you.
