This fits with the entire Bond series. How one can say they hate womanizers and also voluntarily watch every Bond film ever made, even own the entire collection, is beyond me.

Imagine calling plus sized women “mom bod”

There’s also tax benefits for being female owned by the way.

Sex can be a vice. I hope I may find time to present a well constructed argument as you have done, but I don't agree with legalizing prostitution. Like alcohol and cigarettes as a loose example, sex may be used like a drug and easily abused. The abusive cycle usually works out poorly for the user and well for the producer. Further, sex is not simply penetration/ejaculation. Although, this is unfortunately all that prostitutes can offer you in their exchange. Your true desire is deeper than this …

Holy shit. Those comments are so twisted. Clearly she is ready to lie in court about being raped. Wow. Edit: can that convo be archived so comments/users aren’t deleted?

There you go. Just tell them to “man up”, am I right?

Please. Let’s stop using that hateful term like it’s an acceptable description of bad personality types. There’s nothing masculine about abusive behavior. That’s absurd.

They must have misspelled “Executives that rule the world with Patriarchy” when they typed “boilermakers”...

Am I the only one who believes there are TWO people “rewarded” during sex?

Right. I don’t want to need to transition to a woman to get human inalienable rights.

Yeah.. I agree with the philosophy.. but I don’t want to live in a world where uneducated people are populating rapidly and spreading curable diseases.

To build off my own comment... I’m not sure men and women experience their sexuality in a similar way (straight men and women). Example: Female sex symbols in media and music: “I’m gonna make you beg for it” ...’you’ being a man or men in general and ‘it’ of course being given the privilege of having intimate relations Male sex symbols in media and music: “I’ll catch a grenade for you”... “don’t believe me, just watch” ... it’s not at all about physical intimacy, tantalizing or otherwise, it’s a…

Isn’t being charged money for sexual encounters oppressive though? How twisted is it that a biological imperative like sex is used to make a profit. It can be incredibly addicting (and The industry is entirely targeted towards taking advantage of males) It just doesn’t seem like a level playing field to me. Legalizing prostitution wouldn’t play out evenly for men and women. Please note, I have similar feelings towards the way sugar is sold and advertised to children. It’s a crime in my book. Als…

That’s a good point... probably for the best. Can it be archived? It is very frustrating to watch. The man is entirely incapable and dependent on his wife’s instruction and validation... Very sad. But I disagree with you in that it was surprising. It is very normal in fact. Terrible, unfair, ignorant, petty, but nothing new.

The title of the post (presented by NowThis - a subsidiary news organization currently owned by Discovery, invented by the founder of HuffPost, designed to target millennials via internet media...) declares the video “proves” something. The video proves absolutely nothing... It’s literally a personal rant. Outstanding journalism... Its mainly just a video of her regurgitating the ridiculous things she reads on her news feed. Total garbage.

Comments were what you would expect... but this one stood out to me and I think this sub would appreciate reading what she had to say. (Go find it and upvote it if you can, it should be the top comment IMO) ”Woman here. English isn't my first language, so I'll try my best to properly express my point here.. I really hope I can, so bear with me please. Nice song, great voice, that's for sure.. but I don't like the "either or" aspect of it. It's "either boys have it hard or girls", which shouldn't…

This makes sense. Anecdotally, I was attacked by my ex in high school. She cheated on me and lied about it so well until I literally caught her in the act. I ran away to think things through, I had already given her my virginity and promised her I wanted to marry her one day. We had been together for two years. This was senior year as I was graduating when I discovered her lies. I came back a couple days later and told her I couldn’t be with her anymore because I lost trust in her. Without hesit…

“...recognizing the reality of gender” stereotypes, agreeing they exist, and conforming to them. Can’t a man be whatever he wants to be and still be a man? Can’t a women etc. Why can’t a man be interested in dolls, horses, dressing attractively, and the color pink be as much of a man as the guy into fast cars and guns? Why do you insist on telling them they’re a woman trapped inside a mans body. That’s illogical. And the antithesis of free thinking. Being a man is nothing more than having male s…

What you’re describing is called “personality”. Isn’t this gender expression discussion just reinforcing harmful stereotypes?

Her texts indicate that she intends to get back together with the boy... WTF 😦 Edit: why the downvotes? Did I read this wrong: “Whatever you do, please don’t say that we’ve been talking,” Muller wrote. “We can’t see or speak to each other until this thing blows over … Hopefully after graduation but not sure.”

Man slaughter is a lesser crime than murder. I believe man slaughter is more happenstance and less intentional or premeditated.

I see. It’s been a long time since I’ve watched it, I don’t seem to remember it well. Still, I’d prefer to see a human male, not a super hero, acting out a strong masculine role. I’m getting really sick of the fat stupid good for nothing husband married to the beautiful brilliant does it all Mom storyline.

This is such a sad story. Please be strong and keep your chin up. Keep focusing on your long term goals and don’t dread these hiccups. You have to let things that are out of your control be that way and don’t behave like you need to justify yourself. If you were genuinely not creeping on them then that is all you ever have to say and act like. As they say, haters gonna hate. In this case ignorant teenage girls are gonna gossip... and this is something they are very good at so don’t try to fight …

Name calling doesn’t help the conversation... but thank you for pulling up this bio. It’s very relevant. What can we do to help change the world view narrative? Why are men always the ones responsible for all the woes of western civilization? Why are such incredible achievements scoffed at and rebuked as insincere?

Here’s a little gem from the apples and oranges section: “While men compete over whose rocket is the biggest, women are fighting to stay alive against assaults on their personhood — and their planet.” (I apologize I’m not sure how to make the post I sent to imply I’m providing a direct quote...)

Non Apple News link: link Please read, the article is not long. About 10 min, less if you can scan quickly. The whole article feels like satire, but low and behold it’s at the very top of my Apple News feed from a “reputable” news source no less. Follow along later in the article the author makes a disparity claim between women in 3rd world countries fetching water and supplies for their families and the lifestyles of billionaires like Bezos and Musk. Saying they’re comparing apples to oranges w…

This. So much this. There is no female “hive mind” or special sisterhood which unites all these women in a way that men are lacking in whatsoever. I’ve heard many times, even on this very subreddit, that men lack a unified voice of reason or don’t naturally form a hive mind the way women do. Men can be a team and share brotherhood no doubt. What women have, or are subjected to like the rest of us, what unites them is over a century of incredibly wealthy individuals profiting from female propagan…
