I’d discuss with a lawyer at the very least. Things to consider: how will holidays and birthdays be handled, Spitting cost of doctor bills/activities/school/etc., insurance, taxes, and all that. Yeah, move them and protect yourself. No matter what she used to be like odds are that she’ll want to make this both a civil and criminal process to get what she wants. I had the cops called on my 3 times for the dumbest of dumb shit and didn’t touch her, threaten her, or even put her in a bad position other than being uncomfortable. Boundaries are your friend. Divorce is a financial transaction and you can’t try to get even or what you deserve. I learned this after a few months of back and forth with lawyers over absolutely nothing but us fighting each other over meaningless crap. You can rebuild your wealth, your friendships, your mindset.
