The passport bro argument always seemed so stupid and moot to me. Random women online say these men are low-value undesirable men. I can agree that some of them most certainly are. The part I dont get is why they care about undesirable men leaving the country to try and be happy. I guess they just want these men to rot in misery. I dont understand.

This is true but the larger prevailing culture of the US is pro-divorce, pro-hoe phase, pro-boss beach. So while you can go marry a traditional women you're still constantly fighting an uphill battle both economically and culturally. In my opinion, it's normally not worth it for most men to marry in the US. If you're not appreciated or supported I would tell anyone to leave. This is pretty much the case for the men of the US. I think them being passport bros is an attractive and smart alternativ…

Ok I dont see how you still miss my point. Im saying it is completely fine to compare and is something all humans do. Im saying if during that comparison it became evident she did explore more with other people and doesn't have a desire to continue to do so that's fine. If she isn't comfortable then she should not do it. All I'm saying is the comparison is a red flag for me and I would probably leave over it. You seem to be saying people shouldnt compare and shouldnt leave over it. That is you i…

I dont appreciate you putting words in my mouth and Im unsure why you're so upset that you have to resort to inflammatory language. The point is that men enter romantic relationships with sex being a huge factor. Let's hope we can agree on that. You are assuming that I want women to force themselves to do things they dont want to do and it actually couldnt be further from the truth. I don't think you are saying that either but of the two of us you are pushing for a certain behavior more than I a…

I've done a lot of work part time helping people manage their finances and you learn verrrrry quickly that most people have absolutely no discipline. I have people who are 50+ telling me they have not started saving or have less than 1 year's salary saved for retirement. These are the "mature" adults who have wised up after decades of experience. Most people are children with victim mindsets and a gross sense of entitlement. My point is people don't exercise discipline in most areas of their lif…

This is a weak take. Imagine I am your employer and I hire you on as well as 4 others before you. I tell you hey, I'm so glad your here 50LB Pup and I want you to know I notice all your hard work. Your peers purport to you that most of therm started at about 100-110K/Yr and got promoted within 12 - 18 months. You round 12 months and get no promotion and you start at 90K. I don't think most of the people are complaining about women but more so the environment. Men live in an era that actively admonishes them. I try to keep an open mind but the more I've grown to understand and experience people the less I trust them. A vast number of couples experience infidelity and when you enter an era that tells people that everyone is expendable, you should prioritize your own happiness, and has minimal amounts of community it's unsurprising. I'm living for myself and I'm ha…

I think this is an oversimplified take. There are dynamics beyond what is listed at play here. People will absolutely act different when they have optionality and to pretend otherwise is nonsensical. There's a number of very valid reasons to be insecure. You can make the choice to interpret differently for sure but to act as though it has no implicit effects on both the one with optionality and their partner is farcical. It shows a lack of emotional intelligence/maturity and delusion or ignoranc…

As someone who just recently got divorced .... never again. Most women are loyal to their emotions and that means you really can't trust them over the long term. People can change so much over life. I just don't see myself signing up to give away half my wealth on the bet that a woman's emotions won't change drastically with regard to me and her life circumstances. I may agree to a wedding and rings but I will not be signing any papers to make it legal. In my state there is no common law marriag…

I had the same issue when I was young.... It was a mental block. Once, I really became comfortable with a partner I finally managed to finish. I was surprised because I was so used to never finishing during sex. Try to be more present and attuned and it'll happen. You'll find the more you are able to feel vulnerable with your partner the more easy it'll be to finish.

This guy is literally in a seduction forum asking how to find targets to cheat. You realize you will be damaging yourself in the process right?! You're narrow-minded sex-driven brain probably can't comprehend this but you will ruin the way you date moving forward with your perceptions. Your experiences and thought patterns shape you. If you go around finding women who are unhappy in relationships and take advantage of that to get them to sleep with you to feel a new high you will be reinforcing …

Im trying to drive home a point that sex is mostly mental/emotional. Even things like "oh my partner is so tall and strong" are based on our psychological reactions to their physical stature. You THINK this person can physically dominate and protect you but in reality those situations don't often arise even if true. It's the idea in your head that turns you on.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/25 02:01 AM

This person gets it. Sex is 90% psychological. Most men think foreplay starts with kissing or when you enter the bedroom. It's an ongoing thing though. Cooking an awesome meal with no effort, picking a bomb ass wine, and then speaking at length about a neat adventure or a passion your working towards are all part of foreplay. They paint a picture of a man who is competent, adventurous, and goes for what he wants. Add in touch, suspense, build tension, and the sex following is going to be much be…

You're young. You said everything yourself. You're just not looking hard enough. You're physically attractive but not attractive on other levels. You asking her to be your girl showed that you wanted the security of knowing you two would keep seeing each other and be yours. It's pretty telling. I had a lot of the same situations when I was young. Girls that would hook up with me but never stick around. I'd analyze the rest of your life and see what needs work there will be other women who draw t…

I think maybe I have blurred the lines between parental and reproductive rights but my point still stands. Family law is inherently biased against men. I never stated men were being denied a right. I said women have rights with regard to reproduction and men don't. A mother can put a child up for adoption in a number of states without the consent of the father. That's a right she has. Her rights are established immediately and men's are only a possibility. You say the father can contest which I …

You're still missing the point(while putting words in my mouth). Women can put their children up for adoption or abort the child which absolves them of financial responsibilities. Men can't do that. In this regard men have no rights and only responsibilities. The only thing he can do is contest adoption.

Most women and men in the us are overweight so somewhere between B and C is average tbh but age and socioeconomic upbringing are such huge factors.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 07:14 AM

No, you really can't. A majority of child support offices force you to pay child support and will withhold the court ordered amount from your paycheck. So in essence if you make a bad decision and hook up with someone on a night out and she decides to keep the child your options are pay child support and be a dad or pay child support and don't be a dad. It's not exactly an option to walk away when your livelihood is impacted for 18 years. If you had a sister who put her child up for adoption but…

I think you're triggered or upset by this topic which is understandable but I'm in no way attacking women's rights and have stated multiple times that I support them. If my sister or close friend became pregnant I'd want them to have the ability to get an abortion or put the child up for adoption. If one of them got an accidental pregnancy from a questionable man I would want them to not be tied to that man for 18+ years. Women can make those choices which goes far beyond just pregnancy and they…

I said I support giving women those rights so I'm not sure who you're arguing with? My point is that with regard to children women have choice and men only have responsibility. If a man decides he doesn't want to be a father he doesn't have the option to walk away. I said men should get a choice and your response was solely about how women should get a unique option because of their unique situation. I already stated that I agree with that. While were at it let's also give men a choice as well. …

It's not about being denied a medical procedure. It's the fact that women can choose to carry the child to term, give it up for adoption, or abort it. I would agree with giving them those rights. Men have no say with regard to the fetus or newborn... but are given responsibility regardless of if they want it or not. Additionally, women have many more choices for birth control(we could argue about the benefits and cons of those choices) and birth control for women on most healthcare plans is 100%…

There's this idea that gender equality will somehow magically create some utopia and uplift men and women. In reality, men and women are not the same and as a result the same things will never have the same effect on both genders. Men might not have to be providers for families but they'll still have to provide for themselves. Women rarely ever take care of men financially. I really don't see all the gender issues people grew up talking about. I was in honors classes and the vast majority of the…

This is an extremely flawed argument. You're using an if-then statement but you haven't even established a strong direct link between the two. I personally don't think there is a very strong link between being decent and respectful and dating success. You may disagree that's fine but clearly showing respect isn't that important. You end your argument with an insult implying most of the people venting are probably not very decent or respectful at all. I believe you're capable of making a point ab…

My point is simply that there are entire spaces dedicated to teaching men how to date or be successful with women. If it wasn't so difficult for most men The Red Pill, Pick-Up Artists, and Dating Coaches wouldn't exist yet they do. MGTOW became a place for those who gave up or decided it was no longer worth it. A whole space was made for men who felt they couldn't succeed or the juice wasn't worth the squeeze. I won't even comment on the hopeless void that is parts of the blackpill. Women have t…

How do you know for sure that respectful, decent men aren't struggling the most in dating? Plenty of them aren't in a stable relationship and are looking for solutions and a place to vent about those struggles here on the internet. And some men claim to be respectful and decent and still don't struggle with dating while it's is clear that they aren't so respectful and decent as they think/claim they are. It's probably why places like FDS exist. The AskWomen, Offmychest, and AskFeminist subs are …

This is based. When a woman really likes you she will approach you, touch you, be nervous, vulnerable or a number of other things but the point is her behavior will change. Men's behavior also changes drastically when in the presence of a women that they are heavily infatuated with. A woman should want to sleep with you quickly. If she doesn't that a huge red flag in my opinion. Once you get past sex other behaviors will begin to reveal more of the picture. Is she rude? Is she talking to a bunch…

Good strategy for a woman sure but on average that's a horrible deal for the man in my opinion. Most people have horrible discipline. If you work in finance and look at credit, debt metrics, and retirement savings this is fairly apparent. If a women can suddenly be extremely disciplined when it comes to waiting for sex with you.... she probably isn't that into you. I've had more women upset at me for not being more aggressive in the pursuit of sex with them than the opposite.

I would agree most of us don't go to war but at the same time men have always carried the risk of being forced to go to war at anytime. A healthy male citizen could absolutely be drafted even though it wasn't likely. In return for that burden they got a small voice in the say of the country. Women didn't carry that burden and still don't... I'm absolutely in favor of them being able to vote but they have never carried that burden.

I actually forgot that it was extremely common in Virginia for women to vote and hold property. Many widows and other women held immense political and economic power.

Sure, I suppose we could go deeper and ask why men had the right to vote in the first place and women didnt? Men "earned" the right to vote through conscription just like African Americans and other minorities had to "earn" their freedom through conscription. Women while oppressed were rarely exposed to these horrors. My only point is that time is very relative and this post is so clearly trying to not give context. It's honestly ironic in and of itself.

You cant really compare previous generations easily. There's so many differing factors. Culture has changed, the economic climate has changed, dating culture has changed... it's not the same at all. These statements are exactly why younger generations don't want the advice of older generations. Cutting out avocado toast isn't going to get me the down payment for a house grandpa.

Sure, of course there are more factors but it's the approach that matters to most people. If you became rich and suddenly a bunch of people started hanging out with you in hopes to garner some of your expertise, resources and connections for themself that would be off putting to most people. I wouldn't call it morally wrong but I think most would find it distasteful. This statement helps explain why some men are hesitant when dating older women. There are new factors for women when dating besides just physical attraction. The equation when younger had less factors with the main 2 being are you hot and do we get along. Simply put now men are wondering ok is she dating me because I'm hot and we get along? or is she dating me because I make decent money and we get along really well? or is it he's cute enough I guess and we get along really well and he makes goo…

As someone who is relatively large 6'1" ~220 lbs. I can tell you absolutely that you over estimate how much size you need to be attractive to women. At my current physique I get way more attention and respect from men. When I was 25 pounds lighter I got vastly more attention from women being much more lean. Women want status and entertainment as much as anyone else. If you want to get laid get good at building and leading social circles.

Is this a real thing? I've never thought that. If anything as long as there is some physical attraction it makes me like them a lot more. It has even helped build my desire for them. I think partially because I feel like this is rare. As long as a girl isn't over the top clingy but is just kind then I find it very attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/23 07:19 AM

That's a fair point. I don't completely agree but it's definitely a perspective I haven't heard. I only say this because I think it's very evident that older woman can still greatly dwarf other women in terms of attractiveness. Some of the most attractive women I've seen have been nearing 40 and would run laps around these 20 somethings. It's rare but not impossible. I think it's also ironic because the point about whoring ones sexuality out for money and lifestyle is constantly something a lot …

I think the context of why a man cheated is more important. The vast majority of male porn is visual but female porn is normally erotica. In the vast majority of these books the man is extremely powerful, has a gaggle of women begging for his attention whom he ignores and then magically falls for some women because she's just that special. The point is women would rather be with a very attractive male that made a mistake as opposed to pairing up with a loser who spent money to see a whore becaus…

I think if anything your argument is a direct case against itself. If they had anxiety towards women's sexuality they wouldn't interact or sleep with them but plenty of them do. Just because they don't interact with them doesn't mean there is an anxiety. There's plenty of reasons to not pursue something we desire apart from anxiety. I think honestly the best sex requires some degree of comfort or trust. Most women will not let you do more invasive or obscene sex acts the first night. Most of tha…

I think what this person is stating and perhaps not very well is what if there isn't active wrong doing on either side and things go south what would or should happen. For instance, what if you're wife developed some sort of ailment after having your first child and now you could no longer have sex with her? What if you get injured at work and now you can only work at a desk part time making a much more meager wage than previously? Life happens. In either case would you expect both parties to st…

I'll be honest I don't think the model of SAHM and 1 income isn't really smart or viable for a number of reasons and each person should tailor their relationship accordingly. That being said I'm somewhat traditional. I make pretty good money and dated my ex for about 4 years until I relocated for a job. I don't want kids until I'm mid 30's and would look for someone younger than myself. My income could support a family on its' own. My ex's sister had a kid and while she was working and we split …
