Yeah. Upwards nod can be interpreted as a "sup mothafucka?" to dudes you don't know or a "the fuck you looking at?", as silly as that sounds. You can still proceed to do so however. I think what's going to become necessary is for the mods to occasionally make purges of the content on here. I remember with the last one that happened. The place was getting so fucking watered down and becoming like the seduction subreddit, or the incel subreddit. It was pathetic. Fixed my sleep schedule. Been waking up at about 6:30-8:30 consistently now. Today is day 11. Also been approaching more and more people and talking and socializing at the gym. Static stretching is pretty good too after a hard workout. The muscles can get pretty tight after being blasted with the weights, so just releasing them through either stretches or simply a quick foam rolling session is good. Stretching/mobility work in general is awesome on rest days, it actually will probably help out with your recovery.
