I'm drowning in debt and without a car sure, but damn do I want pussy. But within me there's a side that gives no fucks and is slowly building his frame, discipline, and game. He cares about himself. Restarted going to the gym. Lost some weight. Started attending more classes. Practicing the violin more. Havent read anything useful, should correct that.

I don't post weekly because I like to check in more periodically. More time to reflect and make change. I'm down 30 Lbs and 13%BF in 22 weeks. The Gym is my second Home. Eye contact has evolved to a point where I can see it visibly make others uncomfortable. I'm working towards internalization. Reading books I found listed here: The Slight Edge, How to Win Friends and Influence People, 48 Laws of Power. Great reads so far.

Listening to The Rational Male Audiobook during rides to work. This is my dead ringer. Listening to The Rational Male hit me deep. I was talking to my friend who got me into TRP and reads here about how it solidified what phase I was in to me. Beforehand, I believed myself to hover somewhere between Depression and Acceptance. I was very, very wrong. I was in Denial. The Rational Male pushed me into Anger. Channeling that anger towards my own ends has helped enhance my push towards personal satisfaction. I would recommend reading or listening to that book to any male struggling with the pill.

I'm learning more about plate management. Before, I subscribed to what Rollo calls the Sniper Mentality. I'm adjusting my approach to cut a wider path and talk to more and more girls with less reliance on Tinder/Bumble and more day approaches. With some success and failures under the belt.

I ghosted a plate that tried to give me an ultimatum: 'Show me commitment or I'm leaving' My failures weren't catastrophic. Building on them is critical, and I learned a lot from them. An approach on a woman ending in the "I have a boyfriend" rejection I didn't press an advantage or the matter. But I didn't get hung up on it.

Talked too much to a potential plate and invested myself more than necessary; Fell back on scarcity mentality.

Overall, I believe myself to be improving well.

Improved my deadlift from 425 to 435. Worked my ass off at my day job. Got new towels that's are really soft. 2/3 saved up for a truck.

Positive:

This three weeks been amazing with a girl, I felt loved and had good sex.
Leaving to a new country for a job next week, know 0 people, kind of scared but it's something I have to do.
Took the habit of reading again.
Started to control the negative thoughts that go through my head and trying to analyzse them.

Negative:

Kind of developed oneitis into the girl of those three weeks.
Haven't been consistent on gym and diet.
Spent more cash going out/eating outside.
Oneitis made me realize I'm so far still to grasp TRP concepts, I can read a lot about them but experencing them is a full different thing.

To improve:

Clean diet and gym.
Keep reading, look into meditation threads.
Would like to find someone in the forum to talk about problems.
Keep controlling my thoughts that invade my head negatively.
Plan my life in the new city.

Been out sober the past 2 nights in Vegas. Going out sober again tonight. Trying to go out 4/5 nights/week.

First night: made out with cute 35 year old but couldn't close because she said I was too young. Need advice how to handle when they talk about me being too young. I probably misstepped there.

Second night: Ran into Owen from RSD. Thought that was pretty awesome. Overall game was weak, couldn't get into the zone and my openers were all dumb. The one good convo I had where she was loving me she had a BF.

Anyone else live in Vegas?

Not much to say.

Read like a maniac. Worked. Thought about many things. Visited an old friend and had to realize - sadly - that we seem to differ to much by now to get along like we used to. We think differently, act differently, prioritize differently ect. Me tendinitis seems to get better (finally lol). Will start working out again as soon as tomorrow. Will continue stretching for Kickboxing (which I still can't resume because of my tendinitis).

Also: Shaved my head. It's fucking great. No need to worry about styling or anything. I really like it. It also fits me, my headshape and my character pretty well. Mixed opinions from girls I know but that was to be expected.

Also: Watched a movie with a potential plate. Was prepared to escalate, kino and have sex. I usually perceived her as an HB7 but she somehow thought it would be appropriate to wear baggy clothes, an ugly pair of glasses, dye her hair one day before the date and just generally look like a shitty mess. That made her look like an HB5 with an above-average body. I was so revolted that I couldn't escalate without my brain vomitting. Therefore, after watching the movie, I politely told her the next time a train arrives and she left me in a perplexed state asking me if I didn't want to come with her. No lol.

I started working out and having more sex then I did a year ago, even if it is with one woman. I wrote out a strict 5 goal list in my journal for those special things I want to achieve with life and women and I am hoping that this lost will blossom into something more grande like developing a technology or becoming a really reliable developer of apps and games. For the new guys that might read this. Make fucking lists of things to improve. Why? Because you are instilling into your noggin the information you are trying to learn. Watch videos, listen while I'm in the car, write about my success and shortcomings and take action everyday even if it is for an hour. Mine consists of two simple ideas to practice everyday even at work.

Practice on vocal ptojection, tonality, speed and make your voice rhythmic when you speak.
Hold your frame of cool, calm, collected confident sexy man. Or simply "I am enough"

Good luck bros! Even posting to the thread helps with the neural pathways making connections and instilling xoncepts quicker.

Positive: Recognized that my cynicism contributes a great deal to how people take to me as a possible friend. Gym is still a consistent, fun thing for me. Reading more. Paying more attention to my appearance.

Negative: Slipped back into smoking weed every night, still not practicing my instrument consistently (regardless of school coming in a few weeks), allowing myself to feel down in the dumps too much.

Decided I was trying to do too many things at once, and my efforts were spread out and ineffective. Put some things in life on hold meanwhile I work on others at a more concentrated and quality pace, like getting certified to be a personal trainer.

Making better progress now.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH started squatting serious around March this year and I just now finished squatting 300lbs 5x5 at 175lbs

Most people usually weigh 200lbs and have to switch to 3x5 at 300lbs

Going strong into 305lbs 5x5 on Monday, fuck yea

And now after an enter week of eating squeaky clean, no carbs & low fat, i get to enjoy my carb weekend pigging the fRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRuck out to recover for Monday

I expect this to be buried, I do this mostly for myself.

I kept at working out. I've gone maybe 5-6 times now in total, nearly every other day albeit one or two days missed. Can you believe that I manage to drag myself out of bed every other morning at 7:30am and throw myself on a train, head to downtown and grind away at a gym? This is new to me. I enjoy the high every time I work out. I do cardio and 5x5. Albeit my squat is so problematic as I'm feeling this pressure in my left bottom abdomen when I push up the weight. I think it's gas. It's really surprising that my cardio is improving, not as in I'm better at running, maybe very slightly, but my blood pressure went from "good" to "optimal", bro this is insane. After just a few days running I can control my heart rate and bring it down with two or three solid breaths and essentially feel in control. This is good. + I'd like to get more beef. I want to be a muscular guy, not just skinnyfat, though my bodyfat is definitely dropping despite my diet of chocolate bars and other junk which btw is going to receive a new stimulus package in the form of a dedicated protein drink with all the daily essentials one might need (Omega 3, multivitamin, creatine, protein etc) so yeah bodyfat dropping, muscle.mass and muscle definition is going up.... Which idk.. sucks but doesn't. It sucks cause my genetics are not ideal. Chest Gap. My abs are probably going to show up all the way fucked up too when they're visible. I'm going to get a fat injections in my chest for the chest gap, can't do much about the abs if they're fucked. Also, my membership is going to end soon, and the majority of what motivates me to go to the gym is these friends I go with. It's essentially peer pressure and competitiveness to not be the loser who quit. Never want to be the first to quit. Or quit at all. I want to win idk.

So he membership is ending, and I'm.not sure if we're going to get a new one or all switch to a gym nearby idk what will be pushing me to go. But at least the new gym will be cheaper, closer and I'll have to make a new friend there to peer pressure me into going.

Oh man.. this is just fitness. Imagine the rest of my life! One thing at a time. I want to master physical activity.

I'll try to wrap it up quick. 1. Made 600$ during the summer. Will invest 80% in current projects (omnibackpack, protein drink, style and clothes), put 20% in savings. 2. Will cheat for my tests in school to make sure I pass. Dont question me. 3. Took up the habit of studying new languages and reading. I can feel those habits slip!

Reunited with people I havent seen in 6 years and it was a lot of fun. Was a good place to put to test some socializing.

Came up with goals I want to achieve within the next year.

Walked into a meeting with the president of my company, expecting to get fired.

I simply held frame and was clear on my needs.

Walked out of that meeting with my write-up thrown out, with both of them shaking my hand, thanking me, and then scheduling a meeting for my raise.

Lost my v-card on the last day in a foreign country. It was a rather lofty goal of mine to get laid abroad, so I was pretty stoked about it. I also gained 20lbs over the past three months and I am very happy about my physique
