What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little bitch? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I’ve been involved in secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I’m the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my words. You think you can get away with s…

An issue I've seen with posts lately is individuals attempting to have another man do their thinking for them. Be wary of any man who attempts to tell you what to think. Fortunately,

Lift, eat right, train, educate yourself. The bar to gain access to attractive women is laughably low at the moment. The only thing holding young men back is their past. Be more concerned about your future.

Men have simple needs. I'll settle for a nice meal at the bar of a Texas roadhouse in a middle class town. they automatically decline if I don't have someone with me, is that something you've encountered? Bring your father (or a close friend/family member), or don't go.

It would be a roller coaster of emotions, mistakes, conflicts, and heartache. I'm not sure I have the ability to do justice to my story. I simply felt my father (who was RP aware in spirit) deserved better. We've lived together for along time. Before RP, he gave me advice and I squandered it. He passed on the torch, and it will be over my dead body, with bloodied knuckles and grit teeth, before I'm remembered as the weakest link in my family line.

I didn't have a healthy social life, no. My father had become gravely ill, I lost my established residence several times, I had lost 3 jobs, I was 50lbs overweight, I was out of shape, watched a family member pass, and became an orbiter to a oneitis etc in a 2 year span. I had a porn and gaming addiction to boot. I entered the anger phase and shortly after stumbled upon TRP. In the following years I, Started keto. Started fasting. Started lifting. Started training a grappling martial art. Starte…

Went to the club, the girl from the first date didn't show up. I tried to keep my drunk beta mind in a positive place, thinking how outcome independent i am, that i can leave any time, and i just had fun dancing alone and with some girls. Regularly I, go to the bar by myself. go to the movies by myself. go to restaurants by myself. Bye my own chocolate. Undertake new hobbies. Women look for value. To create a product of value, first you need to identify the market you're targeting. You need to create a product that people want. You need to properly package and deliver the product. You need to properly advertise your product towards the targeted market. You need to make the product accessible and demand a fair price.

Humans are driven by incentives. Failure signals to your psyche that there is an opportunity to improve. Improvement necessitates a change in behavior, often requiring the individual to discard behaviors or correct personal actions. Calibration based off of demand from the environment. You need to fail to reveal to yourself your weakness. Step up and quit wallowing in self pity. Handle your shit.

HGH is released whilst lifting in a fasted state. Keto and fasting are both tools. Lifting whilst fasting may not yield the biggest visual gains but it will reduce the effect hypertrophy will have for the muscle you do have.

Still they tell me I should've just pointed to the senior and not said a thing. You're paid to follow instructions, not have an opinion. I told them - trying to use logic - that I only gave an advice, and that no decisions were made, that they will have to make that anyway. Your logic was founded on flawed presuppositions. Make your money. Go home. Find ways to make money without answering to someone else.

Quit attempting to mold yourself into what you think women are looking for. Instead, mold yourself into the man you'd like to see when you look into the mirror. Then see which women line up for a ride. You can't negotiate attraction. Someone who hates strawberries but loves peaches will never love strawberries.

When your time is at a premium, you may acknowledge the fact that all human interactions are an exchange of value in some form. There comes a time for some individuals where you actually lose value by attempting to game women depending on time, location, and circumstances. Return on investment. If you're in some bumfuck town instead of a bustling metropolitan area, you'll generally have a quicker turn around by calling up a dumb bitch over driving an hour out to hit a city.

A man's fundamental strength is derived from his ability to walk away. From anyone. From anything. At any time. For any reason. Or for no reason at all. If you tie a ball and chain around your leg, don't be surprised if you can't fly.

Taking a life, assaulting someone else, raping someone else, or stealing from someone else. All of these things are wrong and immoral. You'd have to be autistic to hamster stabbing people whilst walking along the street as moral. Morals can be defined by the collective. This is the lazy way to establish your morality. But there comes a time where the collective may drift from the moral standard you indentify with. Ultimately, it's the individual who decides what morals he will adhere to. Ultimat…

Having a good body but not knowing how to defend yourself is like having a nice classic car but not knowing how to drive stick. You carry yourself like you don't know how to fight, and it shows. Frankly, it's embarrassing not to know how to fight.

Eating a bunch of crap will fuck with your hormones. I'd do keto for about a year, with some intermittent fasting thrown in. Testosterone is a hormone that helps regulate your moods. Hormones are made from fat. Fat metabolization is like a muscle. Eat more fats, eat less carbs. If you're lifting any weight worth a damn, immediately stop lifting more than 3 days a week. It sucks, I know, but you shouldn't be hitting bench press and deadlifts especially more than twice a week with no less than two…

The point of the post, which apparently went very far over your head, is that morality is a construct that changes with the times, Morality is an abstract concept by definition. However, just because it can change doesn't mean it should change. What causes the change? There is no evidence that the effectiveness of the legions declined due to changing demographics, and Rome had always used non-Romans to supplement their force, whether that was Italian allies in the Republic, auxilia cohorts and tribal allies in the Principate, or recruits from beyond the borders in the late empire. The legionaries were effective so long as they were paid in real currency. The problem with the barbarian recruits is that as the empire began to lose its cohesion, it also lost its…

Do you even understand what was happening to the population leading up to the collapse? Every single scenario you've listed was transpiring before the collapse. Only the military of Rome had any real currency. The rural populations were converted to serfs under threat of death because their services were paid using worthless money, and the serfs wouldn't stand for it. More guns are in private hands now (Australia) than there were in 1996. Squatting 400 lbs your first time is toxic. So you start with a lower dose. Read up on the Wim Hof method. Stress (whether it be physical, mental, emotional) is healthy so long as the dosage is controlled and you don't surpass your body's crisis point. Once the crisis point has been passed, the stress becomes lethal. Normally this entails scenarios of prolonged stress. It's the very stress that could kill you that makes you stronger. 2 parent households with a SAHM generally yield a higher IQ for the child by default and generally help avoid long term mental illnesses. Children are why people are here. 2 stable parents whom are committed to each other ensure the children have the best possible chance at positive outcomes. Unfortunately, it's being abused. The bluepill in you will always be there, like Freddy Krueger. Waiting for you to go back to sleep. Stay vigilant. Be mindful that no matter how much you learn, or how deep you are into the redpill ideology, one misstep and you're back in the blue. The daughter will adopt the behaviors and values of the most sexually successful individual in their family that they're exposed to, which is normally the mother at ages 1-5. The father most likely did not hold the mother accountable for bad behavior. Thus, it signals to the child that being an irresponsible adult leads to sexual reproductive success. Irresponsibility is the disease the mother passes on to the daughter.

If a guy is successful, he is usually successful early on There are usually indicators that he'll be successful in the future, but it's a far cry from a promise of success. Also, young men can be successful at a young age. However, your question was geared towards middle aged men. So I kept my answer within that scope. Younger men simply have less opportunity to become successful than older men, by the numbers. Someone with 20 years to be successful will tend to have more opportunities and more …

Women in western culture had their hypergamous nature curtailed by "patriarchal" values in an attempt to protect their chastity. A profound fall in terms of integrity in value has left many western men without access to marriage material females. It's essentially a soft eugenics, which is why western men are taking such a unique approach in there attempt to rectify the issue. It's a matter of life or death, gene wise.

It's a numbers game. Men have a large time window to accumulate resources. Resources or access to resources is what helps build attraction. There's no promise that women will find you attractive at a later age. The only promise is that you'll have more opportunities to fix your shit life, which tends to happen around 35 if it's to happen at all.

And the slave trade ended because it stopped being economically viable, not because of widespread benevolence of white people. The cotton gin was invented by white men. White men as a whole were against slaves because they drove down wages and whites didn't want to participate in "slave round ups." The end result was the same. White men ended slavery. As far as international slavery, whites were more prone to poor treatment in Islamic countries than blacks in white countries. You guys really nee…

Foreign aid absolutely affects social dynamics. Resources have always been the limiting factor in growth. What's the difference between r selected (rabbits) and K selected (wolves) groups? So what you're saying is the only way to solve climate change, education, abortion rates, etc is through overarching state control? The entire premise of conservatism is less government influence on what should amount to family obligations. The fallacies are unreal. Conservatives, generally, are against state education, state control of funds in regards to climate control, basically anything that takes the choice away from the individual and defers it to a removed party. It is not the state that exploits the vulnerability of the love a father has for his wife and children, it's any evil doer. The state is comprised of people who have a monopoly on lethal force. They use the love and care a father has against him. I had made a post earlier last month about distancing myself from a below average individual for just this reason. You are the average of the company you keep, surround yourself with other men who bring real value to your life. They will force you to create value in return. What this value entails depends on you. The only real friendships you'll make are with other, real men.

At the end of the day, you're going on the internet and asking strangers how to run your life. TRP is a toolkit on how to form your own opinions and be your own man. TRP is literally about understanding that no matter what opinion or position you hold, you're going to be challenged by fools. Figure out where you stand, and don't fucking budge when the crabs come out. Hold frame.

If there are no unicorns in the world to be found, we'll simply make unicorns! I'm shocked. Perhaps women are a reflection of men in general- those who put on a facade of integrity but in the end they're hollow because they still answer to another man themselves. Basically, women are empty because even the majority of Redpillers themselves, are empty.

6 years should be just enough time to ride out the fallout of this decline. My step brother and father should be able to help me out. I'm under no illusions that this will be anything but hard work, but I'm already working hard. So fuck it. What other choices do men have now?

At some point, it seems the only option left is for men to go their own way and occasionally dip their toes back into modern society as they see fit. I can definitely relate about the nagging to bring about our surrender. I refuse to listen to anything about the news or the media if I can help it. I'd like my thoughts to be my own, or as close as I can get to such a thing.

It's tough for other redpillers to let it die because they've unknowingly bluepilled themselves. The matrix isn't real, everything we've done to patch up the holes in this sinking ship has only delayed the eventual collapse. If they accept this last red pill, they have to leave the life they have behind. Some people simply can't conquer their fear and pull the trigger.

Which brings up an interesting point. If a TRP man goes his own way, what's stopping a women from following? Nothing. Men lead, and women follow. You simply need to be going in a direction worth following.

My thoughts exactly. Sexual strategy is based off of caveman ancestors and tickling women's lizardbrain. Build it, and they will come. The smart ones will see the value long before things get bad and seek men like myself out. Those are the kind of women I want to waste time with. Survival of the fittest, and the dumb ones too absorbed by their own hedonism will pass on or adapt. My children will be of tougher and smarter stuff. It's literally human evolution at work.

Simply put, society is carried by high value men, even if it's supported by a sea of bluepillers. When I was pulled into a meeting over excessive absences at work (father health issues), the VP told me that I was one of the best employees in the company; not only currently, but company lifetime, and that he just wanted me to go back to what I was doing. Right! Sadly this results in your body "forgetting" how to properly utilize healthy fats and healthy carbohydrates. It's important to view your body's ability to effectivity utilize fats as a muscle that needs to be exercised. Do I "practice" a ketogenic diet? Not consistently at this time, no. If I start seeing my physique and performance suffer, though, I slowly dial back the carbs until I get back to where I need to be. HGH and testosterone being produced mainly from fat oxidation, as well as ketogenic and fasting states being inherently muscle sparing, you'll actually do more with less calories while lifting. Quality over quantity comes into play once you can both effectively utilize carbohydrates and fats for energy. Not just one or the other. I'm sure you can see the benefit of being able to effectively switch between the two sources of energy depending on your goals.

HGH is a hormone that is produced whilst lifting and fasting as well as the first hour of sleep. Ketogenic diets are also muscle sparing, and helps do more with less. General stamina is usually an initial energy crisis once the body starts to remember how to utilize fats in the absence of carbs for energy. It will pass. Yes, it is an interesting topic, but it's nothing new and certainly not actionable information. Women have always been prostitutes and the only difference between them is whether they accept money, commitment, validation, or access. He played his hand when he should've folded. Every woman who has ever lived has been a prostitute. Whether it's time, money, access, validation, commitment, etc depends on the parties involved. The absolute minimum base line to be considered a lifter by red pill standards is to Deadlift, Squat, and Bench with proper form 3 days a week for 45 minutes sessions. Walk into a gym and notice how you seem to be the only one doing all 3 more often than not. No squat routines among gym bros are especially frequent. If you don't squat, you're not lifting.

Alot of crabs back then who tried to pull me down: that the diet was not balanced, that I didn't lift enough weight, too focused on form. Real ridiculous shit. Stuck with it and am cruising at 175 from 227 at 6'2" a year later. Develo…

We're a slave to the government. Whether you perceive this to be true or not is not the issue. Biologically, men have been designed to forge their own path, and be maneuverable. In the end, I can't remember the last time government has helped me or mine adequately resolve an issue that it didn't have a profound hand in creating. As it stands, the influence government is having on males in particular is toxic, no question. Ironically, it's this very adversity that seems to help forge real men. I …

For 18 you've got it figured out. I was blue pill to the max growing up, my father just waited it out. Hell, I didn't talk to him from 16-19 until I fucked up and called him for help. Like others have said, real life and the internet aren't the same. I've noticed the less I talk and the more I do, the more my life seems to fall into place. Your dad and gramps sound like men of action, not words. They probably didn't dwell on the plight of modern society because they were too busy enjoying the fruits of their labor. Take a step back. If a tree falls in the forest and you're not there to hear it, do you even give a shit? Same principle applies.

It's a women's biological imperative to aggressively trade up partners. They have a very limited fertility window and a long gestation period, as well as an extremely long "childhood" of the offspring. Women who didn't eagerly submit to a new, better partner tended to get left behind. Since women could not hold jobs or own property back then it was effectively a death sentence. You can do everything right and still lose your woman. You can do everything wrong and still open the door to a happy dog. Unless you don't even bother to feed and water it. Then all you have is a mess. It's relative, guys. Not sure how a dog will ever have a position to "Fuck you over" like a woman would. If you get tired of your dog you can take him to the pound and have him put down, no questions asked. Problem solved, no life-time divorce rape. I literally loled at the absurdity of this post…

They were never loyal. You're describing a time where their hypergamous nature was kept in check. You're arguing semantics now, we're not really disagreeing here. The dogs require food, water, and minimal validation and are effectively helpless on their own. Compared to women, who are also helpless but require multiple facets of your life to be of sufficient SMV in the SMP before they'll even engage. I dont think it's really necessary to extrapolate this point. In some of my darkest days, surrou…

Every time a fighter steps into the ring they put their life on the line. Conor McGregor has the nuts to step into the ring. If he's a sham and a fraud, what does that make you? Like it or not, he's self-actualized and became somebody important whether or not you want to acknowledge that fact. If you don't feel he deserves his spot, step into the ring and show him how it's done. Right now, you just seem like a keyboard Warrior. That's pretty beta.

Manipulation is taking place 24/7 since the dawn of time. The red pill simply illuminates the process. You become a player in a game where before you were a helpless bystandard. I know I did, but seeing her with a baby bump after all the red pill knowledge I've accumulated was enough for me to break away from the past. The thought of raising someone else's child is sad to me, to think people are desperate enough to do such a thing rather than propagate their own genetics. Like the Dune series, the Warrior-nuns of that universe seeked out the strongest genetics for their offspring. Their goal was to create the ultimate being through eugenics. Crab bucket mentality is real. When I first started I was told to "get off that keto shit" Yes, my strength gains dropped off. But I never started lifting to see bigger numbers. Everyone who fasts enters a state of ketosis, where your body oxidizes fat cells for energy. When you hear the stories of individuals struggling to keep their eating window small, you are hearing them suffering glucose and Insulin withdrawals. You also hear of energy level dips because the body cannot efficiently break down the ketones for energy, it's like an atrophied muscle that needs time and use to grow. Dollars to donuts you enter ketosis whilst in the fasting period, the problem is fat adapatation which requires 4-6 months of ketosis to achieve. Its why i always advocate achieving fat adaptation before adopting more extreme IF protocols: your body can now switch between ketosis and glucose consumption effortlessly. Its why ketoers naturally adopt IF over time whilst Fasters who neglect keto adaptation always describe the struggles of maintaining.

ROI differs greatly between individuals. Talent and drive both play a role as well. Combine both and you can easily pass your peers. You sound like someone who doesn't train. Its not like a job where you put in X amount of hours and receive Y amount of skill in compensation. This isn't fucking WOW. I agree with your assessment, as a fellow MMA light heavyweight. People who don't train don't realize just how risky it is to engage an unknown opponent(s) with no rules. Good luck to you brother, diet is the first step to being proper RedPill. If you can't even think right because your hormones are out of whack and screwing up your brain chemistry, you're pushing a boulder up a mountain on rollerblades. Being consistent is key. Sometimes I'll stray and eat two meals a day, maybe 3. The baseline, though, is OMAD and i do everything in my power to make OMAD Keto the default. Success is built upon little actions done frequently enough.

I ended up doing OMAD(One meal a day) because of work and training. The most important part of any diet changes is finding the balance that works for you and letting it be natural. The longer you go between meals, the more body fat you burn, guaranteed. lifting matters squats, deadlifts, and bench press is all you need

The optimal build is linkens sphere, HoT, bloodstone, and treads. The best lane is middle lane, max out vortex if CC is needed. Otherwise, max overload. Pick up a sheep stick if you need more lock down. Etc, etc, etc. Men today will spend hours upon hours refining their gameplan for their favorite games- years even. But try and give them the tools to improve their real life so they can abandon their virtual one? Faghetaboutit. Too much work, too many details. The irony!

In my experience, the best looking women cannot be complimented on their looks (without first establishing your high smv). Betas often validate them on a daily basis. It's the boldness women find attractive. Oftentimes the compliments have to be delivered with amused mastery, almost as if I were making fun of them. As you said, irrelevant at best, counterproductive at worst.

The problem, as you've Illustrated in your post, is that MGTOW and NoFappers alike lose their way. Going your own way and not masturbating should both be the end result of healthy activities commandeering one's life. Yet these two cancerous subgroups make it the end goal rather than a simple byproduct of hard work. Basically virtue signalling while they attempt to mimic True Redpill behavior.

You need to be honest with yourself in your usage of social media. If you are using it to advertise your smv, that's acceptable and encouraged. If you constantly have mini panic attacks on the amount of likes and Views your posts receive, then you are seeking validation and that's not acceptable. It's up to you not to lie to yourself about why you are using these platforms.

Like you said in your original post, the woman simply overlooked his flub because the disparity had to be high, smv wise. He didn't do himself any favors. He just got away with it because of other factors that he's not acknowledging. He sealed the deal in spite of his mistake, not because of it. In a low-risk interaction, this is a non-issue. Regardless, it's bad form as you said. It's a behavior that needs to be corrected, because it could cost you the lay when the stakes are higher and there a…

Even a broken clock is right twice a day, which is what I think we're dealing with here. The desire to masturbate is a symptom of much greater issues. Torturing yourself by not masturbating does not address the underlying problem. I do not masturbate because I'm too fucking busy doing things to improve myself when I'm not fucking around with girls. In 6 months I have the option of moving up north to Washington and the only barrier is securing employment, which I've handled. No boxes, no deposits, no background checks, nada. The money I save in rent I can invest in clothes, food, training, workout equipment. You're right on the money in regards to houses being traps.

Take up keto and intermittent fasting. Cook up a huge pan of bacon, fresh. Drizzle with butter. Cook up with eggs, grated cheddar cheese, fresh spinach leaves. The high fat low carb diet will curb your hunger as well, making you eat less. Read up on it, it'll change your life. It's only tough to start, not to maintain. It was obvious that this gentleman's smv was not high enough to secure this easy lay. He's talking about a feast or famine scenario. Where you either give out no money or absolutely drown them in money. Seeing as option two is reserved for rich beta celebrities or trust fund children, it's better to exercise discipline by not paying for women without getting what you want first from the interaction. The op of this comment chain is a retard. You're right in your assessment. Only pay for a light dinner if she's sucking you off under the table. Otherwise it's dutch all the way.

Paying equals validation. A woman's currency is validation. If he gives her validation for free, then she has gotten what she wants from the transaction. Women trade sex for validation. If he gives it away for free, he has nothing left to bargain with.

In my mind this is no different than some guy acting like a friend hoping for sex to fall out. He should have been Direct and clear with his intentions without saying them. The pair bonding hormone oxytocin is what women release when physical contact is made with a desirable mate. When a fertile woman makes too much contact with different men, they burn out their oxytocin receptors. Basically, they become drug addicts chasing a high with diminishing returns. In layman's terms, a woman with too many partners is impossible to pair bond with, let alone raise a child and a family with. No. How much carbs you should intake doesn't vary wildly: people didnt evolve with such easy access to carbs over the last 10,000 years. Anything over 30g a day forces your body to produce insulin because excess glucose in your bloodstream is considered toxic by your body. The presence of glucose and thus insulin in your body forces fat storage, causes body-wide inflammation, hardens cholesterol, fogs your brain, disrupts your hormones, creates triglycerides, lowers insulin sensitivity, increase…

Not just sugar, but any carbohydrate that illicits an Insulin response: grain, wheat, bread, legumes, cornsyrup, etc. These all get broken down into glucose, just like sugar. Ketogains should be on the side bar. Lost 45lbs in 4 months. Resting at 185lbs 6'2" and about 16% bf. That means abs and mental clarity. Hormones go crazy on a high carb diet. To truly be RedPill you'll need to discipline your eating habits. Health is everything.

Lift all you want but if you still eat shit you'll never get anywhere. I'm honestly baffled ketogains, keto, and IF aren't at least touched upon in the sidebar. Girls like seeing the cutt lines and bulging veins moreso than size. I've always had fairly big arms for 6'2" but only by dropping the bf% down to 16% did they start commenting and touching them in public.

At some point you'll have to leave the nest and go out into the real world. You'll have to put words to action. If you're constantly on your phone looking at this sub, you're doing it wrong. It's not rocket science. If you're following the TRP guidelines, you'll naturally start to find yourself to be too busy to visit this sub regularly. We all have to fly out of the nest sometime.

It fucking kills me to see this kid celebrate a women's willing enslavement to her sexuality as if she was doing herself some great service. I'm so tired of seeing all these used up clowns walking around crying about how they can't find a real man. They were sold a lie and have destroyed themselves.

Yet we'll see fools come out of the wood work defending her right to fuck the whole school, stating how she's setting herself free. She isn't setting herself free and embracing her sexuality, she's becoming a slave to it, like a junkie who'll be all used up once the ride is over. It's a fucking tragedy. VR cannot get here fast enough, that way the betas can hook themselves up to the matrix and stop validating these girls.

A man's biological imperative is to rape multiple women, kill off her current children to free up resources for his own brood, and kill any fellow mates who may protest. There has to be rules dude, or lives are ruined. Men and women are fundamentally different. She isn't setting her sexuality free, she's becoming a slave to it. Ca…

This is for people who are rapidly closing in on their personal goals. It's incredibly difficult to maintain a strong frame in the absence of goals. Some people are just too talented for their own good.

Beautiful write up. The greatest disservice you can do to your favorite plate is marry them. You deny the risk/loss/scarcity aspect in the relationship they desperately crave. You're essentially throttling the emotional roller coaster ride that theyre a slave to for no good reason. Instead of fighting other women for fear of losing you, they have to branch swing with another man to create the same feeling. It's actually pretty sad for women. Slaves to their own emotions. You can "marry" your fav…

I'm right there with you. Currently have an orbiter who is enlisted and a model. Any sexual escalation would make maintenance a hassle. As it stands she helps my plates spin like tops. Catch them before they become big and they'll orbit forever. With a HB10 on your arm you'll pull in 7-8s like its nothing. And it's absolutely great for keeping an abundance mentality. It really can't be faked. But i digress.
/r/TheRedPill29/03/17 01:14 PM

Frame isn't just a word, it's a state of mind. Its being in control of your actions in spite of your emotions. It's "seeing" a situation for what it is and acting appropriately depending on your desired outcome. Yeah, i walk around daily, keeping my goals in the forefront of my thoughts. Why not? The alternative is getting caught up in someone else's bullshit. Frame is about being outcome independent. Take the crooked with the straights. Have my upvote

Read the whole post, read the last part where it's stated Chad isn't real and is merely a tool to be used for frame maintenance in case you're doing too well, too fast. Then reread the sidebar. He's the metaphorical moving goal posts to keep your frame strong in the absence of strong competition to illicit fear or the absence of an immediate life goal once a life goal has been achieved. The absence of goals and the lack of competition can "dull the edge" of your frame, as it were. Leave your ins…

No kidding. Having the ability and confidence to be direct is signs of a good frame- not to be confused with whether a man is honest or a liar. It doesn't matter what is said, it's how it's felt by the women.
/r/TheRedPill29/03/17 02:47 AM

It's all about the oxytocin and dopamine release in their brain. We're in agreement bud, you can say whatever you want as long as you make them feel the way they want to feel. A man with good frame doesn't have to concern himself with truth or lies. Feelz before Reelz. AWALT.

It will give the women the ability to limit the man's agency. It will throttle the emotional roller coaster ride that women crave by taking away the risk and danger of their man walking away. Marrying a women denies them a key in maintaining a relationship: the fear of lose and the appreciation of what they have. She will have to seek these feelings elsewhere, which leads to branch swinging to create that same risk/reward dynamic. Instead of putting it all on the line to keep their man from anot…

Definitely. Maybe they're not seeing the forest for the trees. They see me fearing Chad and praising him. You see me using a tool to maintain my frame and guarantee that I never find myself in a position where i feel I'm too good to remember the sidebar. Instead I'll be lifting. My goal posts will keep moving.

So fucking true. I nearly kicked myself for being such a fool. I see so many posts here from RedPillers saying "Fuck Chad" and that's beta. We shouldn't care, we should be too busy lifting, spinning plates, and maintaining frame to give two shits about what "Chad" is doing. This tool will insure that when you're so caught up in your frame, you don't fly off into the sun. You'll be grounded. You'll maintain.

Thanks man, my recent return to RedPillAwareness after my bout with oneitis had me running out of the anger phase ASAP once i realized where i was thanks to you guys. It took me all of 30 minutes to be angry with myself for being asleep at the wheel before i was jumping up for joy laughing about how blind i was, but how great the familiar bitter taste of TheRedPill is. I cant thank this forum enough. Not all of us start off in the same place in our journey, I'm throwing out this tool in the hope…

I read hours upon hours of the redpill. The side bar. I accidently red pilled myself 3 years ago and subsequently lost frame for another three years. I caught a case of oneitis and in the worst stage of the disease, you guys were there for me. The problem was i didn't know how to get back to red pill awareness, i chased it like a junkie with no idea how i got there and no idea how to get back You guys showed me the way, I'm thankful. So I'm giving back. I achieved my goals while spinning my plat…

Yes! We should never feel we're so alpha that we ignore the sidebar. No fear is even more dangerous than too much fear. The shock of being kicked out of your frame can be so great, you may never return from BluePill because you'll be asking yourself "how could i lose frame when i was so high up compared to that dude!? The solution is to keep the goal posts moving, thus Chad was born. By doling out your fear in small doses, you give your frame that extra strength to withstand the unexpected. you'…

You're exactly right. Upvote. I wasn't suffering from fear, i was suffering from no fear. I became lazy and arrogant, to the point where i started being beta because i figured i was miles ahead of the pathetic dudes i was surrounded by. But one dude kept improving himself while i laughed and spun my plates. He took my favorite plate from me and the shock was so great to me at the time, i broke frame. it never even entered my mind that i could lose a plate with my "strong" frame. I thought i was …

Like i said, he doesn't exist, neither does the boogeyman nor the messiah. Your only "competition" is other people on the same playing field. Yes, youre exactly right, you're so busy improving yourself and maintaining your frame that you become their competition. You become the guy other guys bite their nails over. Because Chad isn't real, he's fiction. Therefore you have no equal. I wasn't suffering from fear, i was suffering from no fear. I became lazy and arrogant, to the point where i starte…

He's too busy spinning plates, lifting, just being awesome in general, to concern himself with anyone else's opinion of him. He never loses sight of his goal, to be better than he was yesterday. Neither should we.

Its definitely a transitional faze, that you want to get as much out of it as possible, while moving on as quickly as you can. We are our own worst enemy, not women. I think my second anger phase lasted all of 30 minutes. Where everything clicked. I was mad at my oneitis, then i was made at myself for letting myself fall asleep again. Then i simply moved on, happy to have control again. Some of these guys just dwell in it though. Thats not growing, I'm sure we're in agreement. The red pill is al…

OP is clueless. 99% of self described RedPillers are stuck in the anger phase and are simply seeking validation. But out of that group, some overcome. You get the 1%, distilled, true redpillers who aren't wasting their time and energy hating on others, especially women: they're too busy living their life to the fullest. The top percentile of RedPillers aren't part of some society. They recognize that they're part of something bigger than some forum. They are grateful to have their agency in thei…

Chad is a the boogeyman of TheRedPill, ready to steal your girl at any sign of weakness from your part. Sometimes you can do everything right and still lose out to Chad because women are fickle like that. The point of Chad is to remind you that self improvement is a journey, not a goal. Your work never ends. Your goals must always come first. There is no time to waste, because Chad isn't: he's lifting right now, texting your girl right now, making her wet as we speak. He's watching. Waiting. Alw…

No kidding, guy is clearly afflicted with oneitis and is suffering from the anger phase. Not the women's fault for being true to her nature. It's men for pedestaling someone who has no real value. AWALT

So basically this guy is throwing up his hands and saying "I just don't feel like being awesome everyday! " So frustrating, and I thank you for this guide. Keep us posted with more information.

When today's kids are literally being indoctrinated by Disney-esque stories of love, it's no wonder that they have no other understanding of love but that.

I'm specifically qualified since I've suffered from oneitis on several occasions, some lasting three years. Be busy. Have goals. The time you're sitting around kicking yourself is time you can be lifting, learning a skill, hanging with friends. Be positive. No one cares that you're hurt, she certainly isn't or she wouldn't be treating you this way. With so many women out there ready to throw themselves at you, why are you getting caught up on the one that's too dense to see your worth? Because b…

TheRedPill is a toolbox with a how-to attached by a select few people generous, yes, generous enough to share their experiences and make it available for those open to learning. Ever hear the phrase haters gonna hate? That applies here. By virtue of being an open forum you'll have people coming in specifically to dilute and twist the content here. Then you'll have the "newRedPillers" posting their rants/fieldreports/life story etc seeking validation rather than self improvement. Then, on top of …

If your frame with women is weak, you still have poor self-image. If you thought of yourself as Chad Thundercock, you wouldn't even have to talk and the girls would be tripping over themselves to suck you off. Start off by having (or focusing, if you already have) goals completely independent of women. Something that increases your SMV. Frame is who you are, independent of the world around you, especially independent of women. Like a ship on the seas. Frame is about being a leader, not a followe…

Genetically I won the lottery. Tall, dark, handsome, in good shape, killer smile, nice hair. Good genes. Back in 2013, when I was 25. I suffered from a case of oneitis for about 3 years. At some point, my dad came into my life and gave me a book "the fire from within" by Carlos Casteneda. I read it and accidentally swallowed the red pill. My focus shifted from pedestaling women to total self improvement. I started lifting, dressed better, demanded respect at my shitty job by the way I now carrie…

Real RedPillers will take the advice given here with a grain of salt and use the tools provided by this sub to better themselves and achieve their goals, as they see fit. The problem is this place is developing more into a cult than a toolbox. TheRedPill was always about providing the tools necessary to succeed, it was never meant to become the new blue pill.

You've got the whole world ready to shit on your head, why do their job for them? TheRedPill is a journey, not a destination. Keep working on yourself, don't let your insecurities run wild.

Masturbation seems to be present whenever healthy habits that occupy your time are not present in abundance. Whether masturbation in of itself is the cause or merely correlation, my opinion it's a little of both. I find that if I do masturbate, it's often during times where I could be doing something much more productive in that time period. I'm going to share an old post of mine, hope this helps The desire to masturbate is a symptom of much greater issues. Torturing yourself by not masturbating…
