How do you all deal with panic attacks?

Sounds like you need to lift more. Join an MMA gym. If you're having panic attacks, you've got something funky going on hormone wise.

CBT, meditation, good diet, and hitting the gym worked for me.

I have social anxiety, and general anxiety disorder, but don't really live with them anymore. I'd recommend looking up stoicism and getting into meditation. You just have to constantly put yourself out there and keep pushing. It may sound extreme, but do retarded stunts in public. Like start singing terribly in a busy street, or walk around in a retarded costume, shit really works. It breaks down your social fear, really fast. Also start talking to random people

Don't say that you're having a panic attack. It will sound like you are fagging out. Say that your asthma or a migraine headache is really acting up. When you say 'panic attack' people think that you are a psycho or retard or some kind of pussy, and will downgrade their evaluation of you.

Learned by bitter experience.
