I agree with you there. I do a lot of self-analyzing after interactions and I'd say it's a pretty common trend. I fluctuate wildly between giving too little of a shit 'I.e, this girl could be a bitch, so I'm not gonna give her the time of day' 'I didn't want to fuck her anyway' to fuck it, I give zero fucks. I'm gonna say some random, shockingly inappropriate shit and see how she responds. Then I'd walk away from the interaction either having amused myself or salty about the encounter bc I hadn'…

The phrase 'be polite but have a plan to kill everyone you meet' is pretty well known regardless of branch. Who cares if it was originated by the Marines? And you do realize there are airborne infantry regiments in the 82nd, right?

Good point. To be honest, I'd pee in her butt, but I think the fact that she originally was down to have sex in the first place after I took a leap of faith by asking so bluntly was a big confidence booster for me. Make sense?

I think I didn't do a very good job of detailing what's been happening over the years. Been in since I was 18 in a hyper masculine culture where being alpha meant you were the toughest, gave no fucks, my way or the highway, etc. Just this year and since I've been going through these threads, I realized that while I had a lot of good qualities, I didn't really understand what being an alpha male is.
