I've only succeeded in obtaining a happy weight by keeping things extremely simple. Everything else has failed for me. Back in my relationship days (which I reflect upon with great regret) I would very often wonder how ANY of those women could have functioned if not for a man in their life to guide them, protect them, financially sustain them, etc. No wonder parents want to marry off their daughters to a "nice" guy. If the sex is incredible and she's actually fun to be around (legit funny, intellectual conversation, etc.) then the appeal is there.
