Don't worry, there's a housing market correction coming. I've been seeing more articles lately that support this. People buy houses based on monthly payment. As interest rates increase, monthly payments rise. Once house prices start dropping, all those investors are gonna put their houses on the market to cash in, and it's gonna cause a drop in house prices.
