2	What are your thoughts on this article? The reason you haven't seen it is because most of the topics here revolve around meeting women, passing shit tests, or maintaining frame. However in a serious ltr (something we rarely talk about here) you cannot be alpha all the time, it's tiring and sometimes you have to be a little beta. Additionally if you are alpha 100% of the time the women will think you are being an asshole and ditch you. 1	How do you handle a situation where your best-friends oneitis wants to fuck you? I would disregard the bitch, you promised your friend you would stay away form her. Friends are more important than plates. 1	Married RP'ers, how do you deal with a woman taking forever to get ready and you being late for an event? For my wife, I tell her: "I am leaving at time." Then 10 minutes before I leave, I warn her again. If she isn't at the door when it is the pre specified time, I leave without her. I did this one time, and now she is always ready to go at the right time. 1	Dealing with an air head boss In my company we have skip-level meetings once a year where we talk to our boss's boss. I would be nervous to do this, because B and S seem to be good friends, and B has proven she will let friends get away with doing nothing (as proved by another employee that literally does nothing). If B and S are too good of friends, you might consider pinging the person above them, though if B is a director already, you probably can't. Do just enough to be good; don't be a superstar yet. I don't know about superstar, but I've already attracted the attention of a few higher ups due to being able to fix some major issues at work. 1	I swallowed the RP. Should I restart and choose a different major and try to be a top student? I'm not sure about your country, but from my understanding in the US, your grade point average follows you even if you switch majors.
