Who even cares how much you hangout? Do you, you value your friendships the way you want

You've had your time and now it's over. Shit hurts but you'll get over it with time. If you want someone to talk to hit me up, sometimes it's nice to let off some steam. Make sure your mind is occupied with stuff to do. Go workout, read books you wanted to read. Do anything you've held back from for 2 years. Be you!

You've never truly had PTSD. I've got it from a major car accident and it's no fun to have being afraid of driving while it's raining or in busy traffic. Butrelated to this post. No girl is worth it to be so messed up about. Maybe for some weeks max, but ever that you have to let shit go. Get some new girl(s) and get that shit out of your system. It's not your turn anymore and once you get that in your head it's all just a playground for going around. Enjoy the ride and don't get stuck.

I've cut most of my social media out of my life recently. Feels so much more freed. No looking at other people.most happy versions, just focus on yourself and do what you wanna do. First I had the feeling of missing out on stuff. But it fucking not matters to keep taps on everything around you.

This sounds like me. Been weighting aroun 72 to 75kg. Can bench 90 to 110kg. Just eat whatever I want, but have to keep my protein intake high with shakes on the days I train. Just don't over eat. Started creatine 7 years ago. Weighted 60/63kg. That boosted me at least 5kg. When I stopped lost like 1 to 2kg, but with extra food I got it back. Creatine is your friend!

Could also be a turn on for her. Some girls get off from getting you blue balls. Don't overthink it and just move on. To many bitches to care about this shit.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
