Just be yourself, but look for improvements. When I was in HS I was socially awkward, skinny and had no conversation skills. After browsing r/fitness r/mfa r/seduction and r/ social skills I have improved tremendously. It takes time however and patience is key. Yeah I'm going to switch it, I still have another year until summer anyways so it's not like I'm in a huge rush. So do you do 75% carbs/25% fat on workout days, and 75% fat/25% carbs on rest days?

Iv'e been working out for awhile, but never really stuck to a program until the last few months. I'm around 15% BF and on a cut. I'm thinking of switching to a recomp because some of my lifts are stalling and its frustrating to lift the same amount 2 weeks in a row. I know it will take a little bit more time to lose the BF but I'm in no rush. I got to ask, did your lifts stall after a few months, and do you think recomping is easier?

I was in the mall and at a beach the last couple days maybe for more than 12 hours. Basically me and my wing would go up to girls and tell them they look cute and tried to start a conversation from there. Sometimes we'd go indirect. Mostly direct though. And what do you mean by looking for something else? Do you mean to make comments on their clothes etc? -Gotcha -So just cut off the you look cute opener completly? Better opener would be like "I just had to stop you, those shoes are really cute"…
