Take you're time you will get there. I am 5'7" 170lb with muscle and my bench is 295lb, 275lb squat (I know I can bench more than squat, sad) and deadlift 395lb, so at your size you can definitely get there. I think starting off at a heavier weight will help you gain strength rather than say being 5'6" 120lbs and trying to bulk up. I've always found it hard to maintain a calorie surplus to bulk

I'm in the same boat with the height I just don't understand what you think is so bad about it? It hasnt hindered me from really anything in life except playing college basketball. But girls, career, alpha, friends, respect etc aren't contingent on height.

5'7" is fine. Leg lengthening surgery? I can't think of anything more insecure and beta. I am 5'7" and honestly have never had any issues. Be funny, confident, and know what you want. You must be in good shape with the lifting so that's good.
