This isn't a red pill issue, although I know it seems this is the only safe place to talk about it but I've gone through the same thing, this is what works for me. Also don't just blindly disregard my advice because 'DRUGS BAD' - (it's that kind of closed mind that keeps people blue pulled).

he is right to an extent. We as people all have feelings that dictate our logic. That defines us as a species, women, however, do it MUCH more so than men Ex: your feelings of anxiety dictates whether or not you will talk to that HB10 across the room. If we could all look past our feelings, we wouldn't need a subreddit like r/seduction, we would all be naturals.
